@KIM JONGDAE HE stopped. "Oh.... SHe didn't really talk to me after she said she'd set up a date for me." He said. HE smiled. "Alright then. Let's go." He waited. He shook his head. "No. You didn't cause any trouble.... Yeah.... It's nice to hang with the guys." He frowned. "Really.... YOu weren't any trouble." HE didn't know if he liked this. This was so gonna be awkward later on.

@DO KYUNGSOO Jongdae wasn't sure how to take the reaction, he couldn't read the other like most. Perhaps it was his wide eyes or the way that he always seemed a bit hesitant to share what he was really feeling but something made Jongdae worry that something he had said had offended him. Had the other hoped for more than friends? He didn't know.

"Yes! She did, though she didn't tell me who you were at the time" he said and laughed lightly. "She talked about how kind and generous you are, though perhaps a bit shy..." he trailed off unsure if Kyungsoo wanted to hear all these things.

"I'd love to join you at the cafe!" he chirped happily at the others invitation, glad to have moved on to a lighter subject. "And please," he continued, "let me treat, I've caused you so much trouble already today, It really is the least I can do." They walked together in amicable silence until Jongdae broke it once again, "So, would you tell me a bit more about yourself? It would be a good idea to get a better sense of each other... I always wished I had been able to spend more time with EXO-K. I can't tell you how excited I was when SM decided to keep us together for our promotions... well, before everything fell apart" he let his voice trail off feeling a little sheepish for taking up all the airtime.

@KIM JONGDAE He nodded. He completely understood. He smiled. "It's okay. Trust. It scared me when I saw you sitting there." He said. He turned. "I had plans to go to the cafe today anyhow. Bom spoke of me? We are better off friends." He looked at the ground and inhaled. So he wasn't the only one unsure of this. "Well.... I'm going to the cafe. If you want to join me you can." He began to walk away. His cheeks a darker shade of red. He buried his face in his scarf. Better off friends, He thought to himself.

@DO KYUNGSOO "yeah, um, about that..." he hesitated, breaking eye contact, then pressed forward "I feel like I need to be up front about this, because I don't want you to get the wrong impression..." he paused again trying his best to phrase what he was about to say in the least harmful way he could think. "I'm not looking for a romantic relationship, I..." he stuttered to a halt "I'm in a happy relationship already, but it's all so new I-I didn't think it would be fair to you if I just canceled..."
He was rambling,verbal vomit, as Minseok liked to call it, and the flush that rose to his cheeks when he mentioned his new relationship made the embarrassment at the awkwardness of the situation all the more apparent. "Also, Bom talked really highly of you....and, Well...I hoped we could be better friends..." he let his voice trail off, a breathy, nervous chuckle following in the short silence.

@KIM JONGDAE He blinked. "Yeah. That's me." He said. He smiled at the other. Hmm interesting choice Bom, HE thought. "Yeah. Bom sent me." He smiled slightly. He had no idea what to do. He smiled. "So then I suppose this is the blind date that Bom set up for me.... Us?" He was seriously questioning this. He knew Jongdae, kinda, he wasn't sure if he'd be okay with a male for a blind date. Kyungsoo was fine with it.

@DO KYUNGSOO When the young man approached him, Jongdae felt his eyes widen slightly, "Kyungsoo?" he asked in a surprised tone. Well I'll be damned, he thought to himself wryly. "Hi," he said as he rose to his feet. "Did Bom send you?" he asked cautiously unsure if he wanted that to be the case or not, it would certainly make things...easier.

@KIM JONGDAE He waited and looked around. He didn't know who this date was. He had ever been on a blind date before. He was super nervous. He sorta wished Bom was here to talk him through it. He spotted someone sitting on a bench. Was that Kyungsoo's date? HE walked up to him. "Umm.... Hi." He said.

He looked at the guy on the bench and thought he was cute. maybe this was the guy Bom picked....

Jongdae couldn't decide if this was an extremely good idea or the most foolish thing he had done in a long time. It didn't sit well with him; to be doing this when he was in a committed relationship and a happy one at that. But, he didn't want to turn down the opportunity to make a new friend or perhaps to see if he couldn't find a suitable match for whomever Bom had decided he needed to be set up with. This was getting ridiculous, first the woman couldn't see when love was staring her in the face and now she thought he needed someone new in his life? he let out a beleaguered sigh and sat down on one of the parks benches to wait for his 'date'.

Minseok was aware of the whole thing so he wasn't really put out, but it still meant letting the poor guy down and he really hated to do that. While he waited he began to hum one of the old tunes he and his band mates had sung before everything went haywire.
