ELITE

1

These are the people you want to like you, they are the kings and queens of the school they are the top dogs, the elite. They basically run things at this school. They are the people that everyone looks up to, because well, they want to be them. You never really know with them, other than the fact that you can guarantee they have power.

(No one can apply as elite; only the admins can choose who can be one.)

Freshmen

2

This one's easy. The lowest of the low, the freshmen haven't had enough time at the school yet to establish themselves as part of any other group or clique. They'll get there in due time, but as of right now everyone else in the school just views them as the freshies. It's not a great place to be, but it's pretty much mandatory and it's only for a year, so hopefully the majority will get through it without too much trouble. Just don't start anything with the juniors or the seniors!

Jocks

3

The complete opposite of the freshmen, the jocks are pretty much the kings of the school. I say kings because the jocks are a male-exclusive group, left only for the biggest of brutes and the toughest of the tough. They're the ones that are playing a sport every season and can constantly be found in the gym lifting, or running (probably to said gym). It's a great place to be but we can't promise that this fame will last the rest of your life, so it's probably a good idea to have some kind of backup plan.

Populars

4

Unlike the jocks, the populars encompass both males and females. They get along with most people and are generally really attractive and really likable, though there are going to be people that dislike them or make judgments just because they're popular. Some are pretty mean just because they can be, and some are really great which is why they're popular in the first place.

Preps

5

The ones with the money, preps have the luxury of being pretty smart (not as smart as the nerds of course) and pretty popular, but it's not all great. Preps are often labeled as pretty obnoxious and pretentious and not everyone likes them simply for being preps, and they're position in the hierarchy is a bit skewed, because they're sometimes below and sometimes above the populars. Where they stand is pretty subjective, but it's for certain that a lot of people do generally like them and, more importantly, their money.

Wannabees

6

You really can't help but feel bad for the wannabes, because they try so hard and get so little. All they want is to be popular and have it all like some of the actual populars, but they just don't have what it takes. They'll do pretty much whatever the popular people or the jocks say, and sometimes they get exploited pretty badly, but they truly think that by behaving this way they'll work their way up the social ladder. It's a sad life to live, but maybe one day they'll at least think they're where they want to be.

Free Spirit

7

These guys blend in with everyone. They aren't really noticed or are particularly special, but at the same time that makes them a pretty good group to be in if you don't like a lot of attention. They're generally pretty well liked but there's nothing that really sets them apart from the rest, which in turn is probably the best thing in high school, realistically. They might be a little boring sometimes but otherwise, they're just good people making their way through their four years.

Rebels

8

The troublemakers of the school, the rebels are the ones that are constantly pulling pranks, constantly skipping class, and all around just breaking the rules and doing exactly what they're not supposed to do. They're a fun bunch but you have to be careful around them because people are constantly on the lookout for them. If you hang around them too much, you might find yourself in heaps of trouble, but otherwise, go nuts with them. If you want to do something bad, these are the guys you need to find. They're a pretty accepting group, too, as long as you're not a snitch.

Nerds

9

Super smart and super dorky, these are some of the main targets of the bullies in the school because, for some reason, being smart is bad in high school. These guys spend countless hours studying and making sure they only get the best marks on their tests and homework, and while they don't have tons of friends, they usually find comfort in each other. They can actually get pretty competitive, just in a different way than other people, but grades are essentially their football. There's not much else to them, but they generally put school before anything else in their life.

Losers

10

No one ever wants to be a loser, but sometimes that's just the way life works. Even the freshmen look down at these guys. They're often times the weirdos, the ones that screwed over someone higher up in the hierarchy, or someone who just has a hard time making friends. Sometimes there's that unlucky soul that doesn't actually belong here, but somehow ends up as a loser anyway. That's high school for you, kids.

Faculty

11

This should be obvious! These are the people that work at the school. The teachers, the administrators, anyone that contributes to the school and education system is going in this category. There isn't much to the group because they all vary person by person, but if you want to play a teacher, this is where they're gonna go!
