@☁ Jessica Baekho's carefree and sleepy expression quickly turned to a worried one at a single word of what she said. "Punished...?" He sat up a little straighter, wanting to grab for her hand but she was already explaining herself and leaving. He pouted, feeling a gutwrenching feeling start in his stomach. Had he really caused her problems by sleeping?
He fished out a torn page from the book she had given him, quickly jotting down a small message for her before pinning it to the tree, leaving both it and the food behind:
"I can not accept this food if I have caused you worry or trouble.
I will take my leave and I'll try to stay out of your way. If you ever would need me, check by the shops, where you first met me. I will go there whenever the clan stops by.
Take care, Angel.
-Baekho"

@☾ Baekho She still continued to blush as she sat up before managing to give a small nod. “I slept fine but I have to get back…I have to be there to help with preparing breakfast or I am going to get punished,” she said with a bit of worried voice. She stood up quickly and dusted herself off and tried to fix her hair as best she could before looking to him. “I will be back in the afternoon if you are going to stay alright? I am sorry but I really do have to go so please be careful if you are staying.” She took out the last bit of food she had and put it by him before waving to him and quickly running out, not wanting to be in trouble when she got back to the castle.

@☁ Jessica Baekho slowly opened his eyes, yawning as he stretched. "Good morning, Angel~" he mumbled sleepily, giving her a light hug before letting go. "Slept well?" he asked, pushing himself up on his elbow. He felt a lot more rested than he had done the day before. He felt ready for a new day and any challenge that would meet him.

@☾ Baekho Jessica began to wake in the morning when she heard noises around her, stirring every so often. When she heard the noises of the birds her eyes snapped open. But she didn’t expect to come face to face with Baekho and turned a bright red at this point. “B-Baekho…Baekho,” she said a little loudly as she tried to pull out from his arms but finding that his grip a little too strong. “Please…please wake up! Its already so late and I have to go back,” she urged in a worried voice, shaking him a bit to try and get him up.

@☁ Jessica The movement had Baekho stirring in his sleep, instinctively grabbing for Jessica's warm body and pulling her closer, nuzzling his face against her neck. His breath heavy again and he drifted back off to a deep sleep, holding in her in a warm embrace.

@☾ Baekho Her eyes went wide at this, turning a bright red before sighing a little. She holds him close before moving around a bit to lay him down in the grass. After a tiny bit of struggling she managed to free herself and just sighed a bit. She would sleep here for the night with him and just hoped she would be able to get up in the morning when it was time. Laying down next to him, she looked to Baekho a bit and smiled softly before closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep for the night.

@☁ Jessica Whatever Jessica was saying contained too much information for the sleepy nomad sitting ahead of her, so instead of picking either option, he just leaned forwards, hugging her as he buried his face against her neck. "You smell nice," he mumbled, slowly drifting off back to sleep.

@☾ Baekho She sighed a little and shook her head before making his face look up at the dark sky through the branches above them. “Its late and I don’t know if you wanted to sleep here for the night or go back to your camp. If you want to stay then just be quiet but I have to go back because if I am not there in the morning to help cook breakfast I can get in trouble and be punished,” she said gently to him. “Right now the night guards are out and about so you really have to be careful if you leave…I can help you get out if you want.”

@☁ Jessica Baekho groaned, mumbling something before sitting upright, eyes still filled with sleep. "Hm? What's wrong?" he asked, running a hand through his messy hair, looking around as if he expected to something, despite it being almost pitch black. "Did I do something wrong?" he asked, sniffling a little to get the sleepiness out of his system.

@☾ Baekho Jessica ended up sleeping through the afternoon, waking up a bit late into the night. When she did wake her eyes went wide as she started to panic. When she moved to get up she felt arms around her. She blushed a little and sighed softly before looking up. “Its so late already…its too dangerous for him to go now…is it,” she whispered to herself. After debating for a few more minutes, she lightly ran her fingers through his hair before lightly shaking his shoulder. “Baekho its super late…please wake up,” she whispered, a bit worried at what they were going to do now. “Please get up…Baekho!”

@☁ Jessica There was something comforting to Jessica's light touch. It was true that Baekho had been tired, but he doubted that he'd fall asleep to this degree, snoring away in the woman's lap as she brushed her fingers through his hair. But he slept well and his body did need the rest, so there was little he could do about waking himself, no matter what the reason would be. Instead, he moved closer to her, his arms lazily wrapping around her waist as he hummed back to sleep.

@☾ Baekho Watching him fall back asleep, she looked a little surprised before puffing out her cheeks. She wasn’t sure what to do but either way she would stay guard by his side; all night if she had too. As long as she was in the kitchen in the mornings to help with breakfast then she was fine. So settling by him once more, she slightly moved him so his head was on her lap and she sighed a bit. “Sleeping like a log,” she whispered as she ran her fingers through his hair a bit before laying back against the tree, trying her best not to fall asleep as well.

@☁ Jessica "Head home?" he mumbled, clearly not completely awake yet. He could feel his head dropping forwards even as he tired to keep awake, but it was difficult to do. "Five more minutes," he added sleepily, holding up two fingers before leaning back against the tree, feeling sleeps long fingers grabbing hold of him again.

@☾ Baekho Seeing him wake up like that, she found him all the cuter and ended up blushing a bit. “Sleepy head,” she said with a soft laugh. “I was saying that its getting late into the afternoon right now. And I don’t know if you are staying in here for the night or going back to your camp. Because if you want to go back to your camp then you need to head back now while the guards are changing. The night guards are a lot sharper then the day ones so please hurry…I don’t want anything to happen to you.”

@☁ Jessica Baekho mumbled a few words before blinking his eyes sleepily open. "Hm?" he hummed, sitting up and rubbing his eyes. "What's up?" He glanced around before seeing her, smiling a tired smile. "Hey there." It was hard to formulate any real thought right after waking up, and the only things Baekho could think at the moment would go better unsaid.

@☾ Baekho She read from the book a bit while every so often checking to make sure that they were alright. Seeing it was passing late into the afternoon, she went back to his side and gently shook his shoulder. “Baekho…its late and I don’t know if you want to stay here tonight or if you are heading back to your camp. If you want to head back I think you should head now while the guards are switching out,” she told him in a soft voice, not wanting her voice to carry to far from where they were at.

@☁ Jessica By the time her lips touched his cheek he was already gone, his mind slipping off to another plane entirely. His breath grew slow, his chest rising and lowering steadily as he snored, a quiet sound, not intrusive. He could feel her moving, but couldn't react in his state, but didn't mind the comfort of a warm body.

@☾ Baekho “I will so don’t worry, just go ahead and rest.” Leaning over she pecked his cheek and just smiled before she settled in comfortably next to him. Taking out the book once more she began to read through the notes he wrote. A smile was always on her face, feeling excited and trying her best to picture what he saw. She read a bit more before putting it away, wanting to read that at night when she wasn’t able to sleep. Looking up, she could see a bit of the sky through the branches and for the first time in months was able to relax completely.

@☁ Jessica "Mh... That-" he began, letting out a small yawn, "-would probably be really great." He stretched, adjusting a little in the shade before he yawned again. He blinked his eyes open, looking over at her with a small smile. "You sure? Don't want to just sleep and leave you hanging." He closed his eyes again and eased back. "Maybe you could read... some of the notes I put down~"

@☾ Baekho Her cheeks turned a light red at this before she gave a sot laugh. “Sorry but I really just enjoy cooking. It’s the one thing no one can control from me or tell me how to do because I already know it.” Watching him sleep, she couldn’t help but smile even more at this. “You can sleep for awhile if you like and I will keep watch I promise. You really look tired and look like you need it…no offense of course,” she added quickly.

@☁ Jessica Baekho peeked one brown eye open, looking over at her and smiling. "You are kind of cute when you get excited~" he cooed softly, still smiling as he closed his eyes again. He plopped the last grape in his mouth and placed both hands behind his head, leaning it back against the treetrunk behind him.

@☾ Baekho “I can only hope that one day it becomes true,” she said with a small shrug. “But I suppose feeding the royal family and everyone else in the castle is just as good. At least I really know they enjoy the food.” Looking to him, she couldn’t help but grin a bit. “I guess you know…you are going to be my test subject of sorts. I can bake new items and if you like them I am sure others would!” She looked excited at this, looking forward to meeting up with him tomorrow here.

@☁ Jessica Baekho let out a soft chuckle and nodded. "That sounds good."
He reached out, gently picking a few grapes from her hand. "You are being too kind again," he chimed in, bowing his head politely as he pulled back. He on one of the grapes as she talked, closing his eyes to visualize it. "That sounds like a great dream, Jess," he said, plopping another grape into his mouth.

@☾ Baekho Hearing this, she couldn’t help but give a soft laugh before slowly nodding her head. “It doesn’t really but I can try making a little of all small things and see that way which you like.” She finished off her sandwich and started on some grapes before handing him some. “I might also bring some extra food on the last day.” She shrugged a bit before looking to him and smiling a little more. “You know what my dream would be if I wasn’t a slave? I would like to be able to open my own little bakery. Some would be to sell to pay for things of course but mostly to help out those that really need it,” she said gently looking to her hands.

@☁ Jessica "Y-yeah, yeah, I guess so," he hummed, blushing a dark red. Why was this so hard to talk about?
Baekho felt a wave of relief rush over him as Jessica started up a new subject. "Oh, really? Well, I'm almost always hungry," he laughed, scratching the back of his neck gently. "Hmm... I don't know. I like pretty much anything." He shrugged his shoulders and gave her a small apologetic smile. "Probably doesn't make it easy to decide what to make, does it? ]

@☾ Baekho “Oh okay,” she said with a small nod of her head, understanding him a bit. “Well at least she is by your side still.” Jessica picked up one of the sandwiches and slowly began to eat. “You know since you have been gone I have been working on my baking skills. So I think tomorrow I want to bring to you some of the treats that I make. I learned a lot of new foods so hopefully you can get to try it before you have to go,” she told him with a hopeful smile. "Also if there is anything that you would like I can make it for you, just tell me."

@☁ Jessica "Well... The problem is..." Baekho fumbled to find the right words. "I like her, I really do. But I've known her most of my life. She's like a sister to me. Not... Not really someone I would think of like that. I think." He pouted his lips, feeling really stupid. "Can we talk about something else? I'll just feel bad if I think about it for too long."

@☾ Baekho “You don’t know,” she asked a little confused, not sure what he really meant. “But how can you not know? If you like her and she likes you…why don’t you ask her out? She must be someone from your camp right? You spend a lot of time together I would assume.” She couldn’t help but feel sad at the thought of him liking someone. But all she wanted was him happy and healthy and that is all that mattered to her. “Well…can you tell me about her at least? Maybe I can give you some pointers on how to ask her out if you haven’t yet before.”

@☁ Jessica Baekho smiled before gently shaking his head. "I'm not sure you'd want to go out there. It's dangerous," he answered her, sighing a little. "As much as I would like to show you... I'm scared I can't." He hummed a little, thinking through her questions before hearing the last one leave her lips. His cheeks flared up deep red instantly. "I... Uhm... Well, I... Don't know, really." It was a hard question to answer. Difficult to really know how things were. "I.. Don't think so, no." He poked his finger at the ground, awkwardly clearing his throat.

@☾ Baekho “Oh that’s good, I can come out to visit you then and you can meet me here…or would you like to sleep here?” She knew it wasn’t likely for tonight but maybe for the other days he could. She could bring him some items to sleep on after all. “How have these past few months been too you? Have you learned anything new? Anything happen that is new? Did you umm….find a girlfriend or something,” she asked, her cheeks a bit red as she looked to him but couldn’t help to smile softly at him. “Sorry…you don’t have to answer that last one, it was too personal so don’t mind me.”
