@Lu Han Krystal saw through his fear, saw his most vulnerable state. It was indeed something that might trigger such an awful attitude (oh, what a jerk he is) but apart from that, was the brief realization that what the male lacked was parental attention and affection. To think he was lucky that he still had his parents, while she, on the other hand, lost hers on a war between the North and the South. If only she had a life as normal as he did before, things would’ve been easier for her. She wouldn’t have been scarred beyond healing. It was only her brother who served as her anchor—the one who keeps her on her feet.

He wasn’t with her at that moment, unfortunately. Had he been here, she wouldn’t have gone haywire. He was her self-control, as much as she was to him.

But perhaps seeing his fear was enough price for having an ill intention as such wanting to dominate the world. It was a greed she could not understand. If he was holding a grudge against his family, why involve other people? How pathetic. He was a lone man, with no other mutants nor organization to help him. There was no doubt even as he tried, he wouldn’t succeed. But the thought of him making an attempt seemed… sick. Utterly terrifying, if she would be one of the humans to be victimized by seeing his army of undead.

That moment, Krystal knew she was /finally/ aware of what she was doing. But she didn’t dare stop. Not now. Not until she get her hand on his throat.

“You’re sick and surprisingly immature for your age,” her face contorted into a look of disgust. As the army of undead made their attack, she started blasting them off. They were in every direction, but she managed to subdue them just in time before they could touch her. It seemed better to battle an army of robots than an army of undead, she realized—the horrid looks in their faces was too much for her to bear. It seemed almost like she was seeing the same distorted faces from the victims in the war fourteen years ago.

What a nightmare.

“You’re so filled with hatred and the need for revenge, you don’t realize how pitiful you are,” she spoke as she walked towards the male’s direction once again, blasting those who attempt to hinder her. “And these bodies could’ve simply remained in solemnity, but you use them to feed your own greed.” There was nothing more revolting, more repulsive than what she saw.

Her eyes were glassy as she approached, stopping only a few feet in front of him. “What a disgrace.”

@Jung Soojung Luhan’s eyes opened the moment he was done counting, seeing that she stayed slightly surprised him. The vibe he got from her was rather something soft and elegant due to her fragile and delicate facial features; he wasn’t quite expecting someone so courageous.

The inexorable sneer made its appearance on Luhan’s lips as he raised his eyebrows, “Shall we play then?” He took a long stride backwards, maintaining the distance between the female and himself for his own safety before hoisting both of his hands in the air.
Due to earlier, he wasn’t in his best physical state since he used part of it already. He wasn’t sure what to do, but one thing he is sure of is protection for him is mandatory. Forming a barrier around him with the bodies in a blink of an eye before surrounding the female in front of him with his army, as long as he keep on attacking her from every visible direction, she won’t be able defend herself.

The wicked smile that was on his face disappeared right away when Luhan saw her hand rising, what is she planning- his question was answered by an image flashing in front of him, it became clearer as Luhan focused more on it.

Luhan’s knees shook at the sight while his eyes widen from shock, before it shifted to fear. It was only a moment later that he was on his knees, staring at the illusion fearfully. All of the dead bodies dropped as Luhan remained stuck in the illusion; it definitely broke him, emotionally and mentally.
The illusion that was brought up was something that Luhan hid away for a long time, wishing that he’ll forget it for as long as he lives, but all of it was broken, when she sent him into this world of cruel illusions.

It was him, just hiding inside the closet, while his family, his mother and father fought. It was a sin for him to be born, and they were receiving their punishment by raising him. He was a mistake, he wasn’t what they wanted, and he didn’t turn out to how they expected him to. Those words came out of his parents’ mouths loud and clear. It was way too painful for him to handle, too arduous for him to remember.

A tear streamed down Luhan’s cheek as he broke himself away from the illusion. Luhan lifted up his head and stared straight into the female in front of him vengefully. His teeth are tightly clenched together, his eyes are burning, and his cheek was damp, that girl, the girl that made him felt such pain, he couldn’t forgive her, ever.
Luhan rose up slowly since his legs are still weak; “You…” his voice was filled with pure hatred and anger, “I’m going to kill you.”

Those were his last words before raising the army that was surrounding her, and immediately launched them towards her aggressively with the last spurt of his energy.

@Lu Han Krystal is not fully aware of her powers, nor her mental stability. With everything the young lady had gone through, it was still questionable whether she was still sane or not. But the fact lies that she’s a helpful instrument for the organization she currently works for, given the length of her own abilities. It seemed, however, that the only thing she needed to control the most was her mind—her thoughts that hold so much memories.

Even as taunting as the male made himself to be, Krystal was unfazed. Had she been in her right state of mind, she would have simply scoffed—but to see such images, such bodies, reminded her of her childhood nightmare. Murdered the survivors of a war at six years old, saw with her own eyes the lifeless corpses that could’ve until now lived to tell their history. Imagine the cruelty, the torment each time such tragic memory arises from her mind, giving her another glimpse of how much destructive her power could be, how it should be contained instead of honed.

A circle of red glowed in her previously dark orbs as she took long strides toward the male, her arms radiating red smoke outspread.

Death isn’t something one should play with. Such useful power indeed, but a power which only brings forth such greed. How more pathetic would it be—an army of the walking dead? Stopping a few meters from the male, she tilted her head.

A sinister smile made its way to don her features as she looked at the male, meeting his gaze. “Oh, you can count? How truly ravishing.”

Fear isn’t something one should play with, either. But two can play the game.

With a wave of her hand, she dug deep and brought out his biggest fear, fabricating an illusion enough to incapacitate anyone.

@Jung Soojung Sounds of feet shuffling around filled Luhan’s ears as he kept his eyes shut in concentration. At times like this, where peace and quiet is surrounding him, he can’t help it but to let his mind wonder useless thoughts. Those thoughts include the ones of his family, what is his brother doing right now? Receiving a new soccer trophy? Getting another A’s honor roll medal? Eating supper with his family? Luhan’s expression turned grim and cruel almost immediately, the thought of his so called family just disgusts him.

His trains of thoughts were interrupted when a burst of noise reached his eardrum. Luhan’s eyes shot wide open before he spotted his corpses being blown apart. Anger washed over Luhan as he averted his attention towards the female who caused such destruction. His eyes stared into her deep and brown orbs with hatred as he set down the undead and stood up.

“I’m not in the mood for interference.” Luhan took a step towards her, shoving his hands inside his pocket. He was ready to defend himself anytime; her magic won’t do a thing to him as long he still have his army, although there is a slight disadvantage, his corpses were only immune to physical attacks, they are certainly useless with their body blown apart.

His brain started working as he took notes of her, Chaos Magic, which is all Luhan is aware of currently, and it wasn’t a good thing. If he is defeated here, a chance of him getting the power that he desired for so long will be nothing but a childish dream. Not only that, if she is from S.H.I.E.L.D things could get pretty ugly for Luhan. A quick scan over the matchup between Luhan and the female in front of him gave him confidence, and he showed it off with a sneer.

“Five seconds.” Luhan spoke before holding up his left hand in the air, “I’ll give you five seconds to run, and what happen if you don’t?” he hummed for a second while looking up at the sky, “You can find that out by yourself if you’re curious enough to stay.” A smile filled with pure cruelness spread across his lips as he started counting down with his eyes closed. One… two… three… four… five.

@Lu Han The wind blew Krystal’s unkempt hair as she walked in the graveyard. It has been so long since the death of her mother. Despite how young she was when the war between the North and the South happened, the tragedy had managed to imprint itself in her young, raw memory. She didn’t remember exactly how it happened, but the number of casualties… there was no doubt her mother was one of them. It was easier to think she’s gone than hope she may be somewhere out there, perhaps looking for them. Why hope? It was pointless.

It was perhaps her thoughts that brought her to the place she least expected to be. The graveyard was just in a distance, radiating its usual gloom. She didn’t like it, not one bit. It reminded her so much of her past. The dead bodies, the innocent lives taken from the people who had so much ahead of them. It brought her chills, and she wanted to just walk away; yet at the same time, something else seemed to draw her closer, willing her to go nearer, to make her approach. It felt inexorable.

And you’d think her demeanor was already creepy; but right before her very own eyes, as the current scenario unfolded before her upon her approach, she may have perhaps seen the creepiest thing yet.

Apparently, it triggered a memory in her—something so deeply hidden and secured, she never thought it would ever be remembered until that very moment.

Her breathing became uneven. Her childhood tragedy flashed before her eyes—the flames, the thick smoke, the screams, the war… and the catastrophe she brought upon with her own hands without even knowing a thing about it. The memory itself was already horrible.

“Dead bodies… I—” was it even definite that she had a stable mentality, with all the things that happened to her? Perhaps it was only when her memories are triggered does she mentally collapse. The next thing, she was already generating energy spheres with her hands, blasting at least five of the corpses nearest. The scene almost felt so strangely familiar, as though she had done the same thing before.

She did.

Chaos is inevitable when it’s with her.

@Jung Soojung Rotten and horrible, that was the impression graveyards gave Luhan a while back, yet now it is one of the most comfortable places for him. Hearing random voices inside his head wasn’t as creepy as it was when he was younger anymore, although sometimes he’ll hear them inside his room at night, but speaking with the dead became such a daily thing he was completely accustomed with it. Luhan slumped against a wilting tree before staring up at the skies. Voices began to come into his head; Luhan almost cursed himself for waking them up because they sure do talk a lot.

He was working on his plan for world domination and it wasn’t something that he could do in one day, this could take years. This is second graveyard to be ruined by Luhan and his necromancy power; he was gathering dead bodies and keeping them in a very secluded place, because he could reanimate so many dead bodies before collapsing, Luhan had to build up his stack of dead people and slowly reviving each group. All of them are going to be under Luhan’s command whether they like it or not, due to his ability to manipulate them, and he didn’t planned to care.

Luhan stood up before dusting off his pants and pulling his hoodie over his head. He closed his eyes and raised his hand. As soon as Luhan’s hand was in the air, the ground beneath him rumbled and bodies started to creep out from their graves. A flock of groaning filled the graveyard as the undead complained due to Luhan’s sudden actions, “Shut up and listen.” He spoke firmly before gazing over the sea of bodies, “All of you are now my minions, whether you like it or not, and if you don’t, I can “kindly” send you back to the Underworld, understand?” Luhan’s voice reverberated across the graveyard, his voice was filled with such authority, and the undead had no option but to obey him and nodded.

Luhan stood firmly before gathering all of the undead together into groups of ten in front of him and counted, “Thirty-eight, split into groups of two and search for dead bodies in this city- “He cursed himself for forgetting that they can’t do anything without him using his ability on them since they aren’t reanimated yet, “I take that back.” He said before sitting down, Luhan prepared himself and moved five over to his sides to protect him from any possible attacks from S.H.I.E.L.D trying to ruin his plan before closing his eyes and sending the rest off to search for bodies. Now let’s just pray that there won’t be any mutants interfering.
