@[S] Ren Zelo chuckles and smiles, "good. Im glad. "
He continues to peal and pass over to the other, "I'm making apple cooked pork with apple chutney and mashed sweet potato. It should be really good when were done."
Soon the sweet potatoes were done and he takes the pot of cubes over to the water. Filling it with water he puts it on the stove.
Done he pulls out walnuts and brown sugar and butter and cream to mix into the potatoes when they're done. Moving over he checks the pork. Happy with how it's cooked he pulls them out and sets them to rest on a cutting board. Covering them with a plate.
Done he moves back over to the other, "thanks. That was a lot of help. Do you know what you want to drink Sweetie?" He asks as he leans against the counter by Ren.
"And since I can guess you don't like not helping you can do the dishes for me. Ok sweetie? Does that make you feel a bit better?"
He reaches out to gently run his hand down Rens hair. Carefully soothing the other as he does.

@[S] Zelo Ren nodded along, turning his focus back to the apples and carefully cutting them into small cubes. When he was done he grinned as Zelo took them and put them into the pot to cook carefully. "Yeah, sounds good." He nodded along again, watching the other carefully peel the yam as he waited, knife in hand, for them to be skinless to begin to cube them. "I don't really know what you're cooking exactly but it already smells good." He mused, humming slightly as he received his first skinless yam and began to cut it up.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles slightly, "tiny little cubes. I'm making a chutney from the apples and cider and some spices and sugar. And if you need help with anything else just ask."
Zelo ruffles the others hair, thinking to himself how cute he is. And then goes to take care of dinner. Grateful that he always prepares an extra meat when marinating. Carefully he pulls the pork out of the container they were marinating in and puts them in his frying pan. Letting them start to caramelize and cook he moves. Aiding spices, sugar, a pinch of salt, water and hard cider to a pot.
Walking over he takes the Apple pieces from Ren with a smile and, 'thank you.' Carefully addicting them to the pot to cook down. Then he checks the pork and flips it to caramelize the other side. Once that's done he covers it and leaves it to cook. Sitting down with Ren he smiles and shows the other how to peal sweet potatoes.
"Here I'll peal, you cut into cubes and put in that pot. Ok?" He said with a smile and pointed out the pot.

@[S] Zelo "I can do that! My siblings loved apples but never could cut them so it was my job." Ren laughed, trying to shake off the distaste that had crept upon him. Finding a paring knife he began to work on the apples, cutting them in half and then working them down into smaller pieces from there. Ren glanced at the potatoes near him, a peeler laying near them. He hadn't really peeled many potatoes but he figured he'd just save those for last. "How small should I cut them to be?" He asked, holding up an eighth of an apple.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles softly and pats the others head. Carefully he moves and goes to get changed. Letting the other straighten everything out. Pulling on sweats and a tank top he head back out.
He watches the other undo the bed and then pull his items out and sees the shirt get kicked under the bed. Biting his lip he quietly heads to the kitchen and begins to gather ingredients. Planning on an apple cooked pork. With apple chutney and sweet potato mash.
When Ren comes in he smiles, "can you cut apples and peal sweet potatoes? That'll help a ton."

@[S] Zelo The apartment was amazing to Ren, it was huge and beautiful and spacious. There were windows, more than one small room, and had all the elements of a home. With large eyes Ren nodded along to Zelo's every word, taking in everything around him. "Its beautiful here!" He blurted out, his face heating up immediately after. Looking down at his feet still smiling he nodded, "I don't have much so I'll come help right away."
Putting the bag on the couch Ren began to stare at the sofa, wondering how exactly it pulled out. Tentatively he moved one of the cushions, looking underneath to find the folded up bed. "Ahh okay." He mused to himself as he removed the other cushion and started to pull out the bed. It wasn't heavy, but the springs threw Ren for a loop as he struggled to lift the led from the sofa.
Once the bed was partially made he opened his bag, looking into the few things he had managed to grab before running for his life. Two pairs of jeans, a couple ratty shirts, one book he was given for his birthday a long time ago, and a beautiful music box. He had wrapped the music box in another shirt, this one was one he would have rather thrown out. It was a present from his past... master, the thought itself made Ren flinch, a bright blue shirt with one of his favorite cartoon characters on the front. Or it had been until it had been ripped off and practically shredded. Faint blood stains could be made out, the fabric worn and discolored from the attempts to get out the blood. Ren quickly unwrapped his box, discarding the shirt on the floor as far from him as he could without it being a tripping hazard. Carefully he placed the box on a pillow, taking out the rest of his things.
Just as Ren had said, he didn't have much, and so he was done rather quickly. Glancing at the shirt he kicked it under the unfolded bed before trotting over to the kitchen to see if he could help.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles and gives a small laugh, "it's fine. Anytime I take a cab Jay pays for it. Like I said he's a worry wort. It's adorable really, and totally doesn't fit his persona."
Zelo ruffles the others hair, "I'm ok really. You'll see when you get your first paycheck. We don't do poorly at all."
At the next comment he shakes his head and leans over to hug the other. "It's ok. Really. Xiumin,, Jay, and Baekhyun did this for me when I first joined sadomasichism. I'm just paying it forward. The only thing I want you to think on if being happy and nice to others ok?"
When the cab stops Zelo smiles and climbs out. Helping Ren out he pays the cabbie and then leads the other into the apartment. Up the elevator they get to the 4 room apartment. Smiling softly he opens the door and holds it so Ren can look inside.
"It's not much. But it's home. The couch pulls out ok? That can be your bed. And there's plenty of room in the closet. I only keep my two jackets and my shoes on one side. The other is completely empty and you can use it." He smiles and steps in after the other.
"Now let's get you settled in and then maybe you can help me make dinner. Ok?"

@[S] Zelo "Oh we could have walked, a taxi can be expensive." Ren fretted, slowly coming around to his normal self once again. He had made a bee-line for his bag, snatching it as fast as he possibly could before rushing back to Zelo. They quickly left the club, Ren watching Zelo hail the cab, and shyly getting in when the door was held for him.
"Oh, Zelo, thank you for..." He paused, "Everything really. I hope I didn't cause any trouble for the club with the drunk guy. Thank you for helping. And being here." His voice was quiet and sincere. His head was swirling with strange emotions, not strange exactly, but more new and weird to be feeling for someone he had only met that day. But, to Ren, Zelo had just saved his life, Zelo and the rest at Club Sadomasochism. But Zelo had done it several times in one day. It was astonishing to Ren that someone would do all that and still be kind, not expecting anything from him in return. This only made Ren want to give Zelo whatever he asked for more.

@[S] Ren ((It's ok.))

Zelo smiles and nods, "don't worry sweetie we'll just pop down and grab the bag."
He carefully leads the other back to the elevator, keying in his specific code so they can head downstairs. Smiling softly he leads the other to the bar and let's him grab his things.
Done he walks outside and hails a cab. Holding the door open for Ren he climbs in and gives the driver his address. Turning he smiles softly at the other. "Don't worry my apartment is actually really close. I normally walk actually. "

@[S] Zelo While Zelo cleaned the room slightly, Ren was able to look around for the first time. Seeing some props and toys out, his ears began to burn in embarrassment. When Zelo came back up to him to ask about his bag Ren grimaced, "Oh I left it down there." He said, taking Zelo's hand and getting down from the bed, intertwining their fingers slightly.
"Yeah I'm ready." he said as determined as he could at that moment.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles softly and nods, "of course you are sweetie. You're ok."
He rubs the others hair and holds him. Soon the other seems to calm down and Zelo sits back.
"Just let me clean the room up and we can go to my place, ok? We'll go shopping either tomorrow or later in the week." Carefully he stands and hurries to clean the room up. Moving to the desk he straightens the papers and packs his bag. Putting the tablet and some papers in the bag. Done he turns the light on that side off and checks his bathroom.
Putting the medical case away he comes back to clean his bed off. Carefully fixing the thick black velvet curtains and making sure his collar and cat tail and ears are still attached to their post. Then he checks his clothes that he keeps stored to make sure they're still neat. Done he straightens the pink blankets and slides his feet into his shoes.
Casually dismissing his props for when he's in two of his headspaces and moving back to Ren's side. "Ok. I'm ready to go. Did you leave your bag downstairs? We just need to grab it and then we can head out."
He reaches out and offers a hand to the other so he can stand. Carefully smoothing Ren's hair back and helping him to his feet. Smiling he tilts his head. "You ready?"

@[S] Zelo Ren nodded, letting himself fall forward slightly to lean against Zelo. "I'm okay." He whispered more to himself, hoping his own words, along with Zelo's, calmed him enough to not look pathetic. Slowly he moved his arms to wrap around the others torso, holding himself close to Zelo. It might not have been long since they met, but Zelo was precious to Ren already. It was so strange to him, to be connected so emotionally to someone he just met that day.

@[S] Ren Zelo reaches out and gently pulls the other into his arms. Rubbing his back he whispered to the other to calm him down. "Shhh. It's ok. Come on sweetheart it's ok."
He spoke softly as he holds the other. Carefully brushing his hair back he holds him close. "You're ok. Alright beautiful? You're safe and ok sweetheart."
Carefully he holds the other and rubs him to calm him and make sure he's ok. Brushing a hand over his hair and rubbing his back. Cooing lightly and soothing the other.

@[S] Zelo Ren's emotions were slipping from him, a strange numbness coming from him. He sat quietly, watching his wrist as Zelo was so careful to clean and bandage it. The injury, the Ren, was nothing, yet Zelo wrapped it with such care, his touch gentler than any touch he'd felt before. When asked to look at the other his eyes felt heavy as they moved to look at Zelo's face.
Such a kind face. Full of worry. For him. It seemed to jump start his emotions, his sluggish movements speeding up and his hands grabbed onto Zelo's shirt. He didn't want to let go, but when he realized his grip, and how much he was tugging the others shirt, he forced his fingers to loosen, dropping them back to his lap. "Thanks." Ren managed to choke out, his throat swollen with the threat of tears.

@[S] Ren Zelo worried moved closer, "hey. Stop. It's ok Ren. You're ok"
Gently he wraps an arm around the others shoulders and leads him to the bed. Carefully he sits the other down on his black and pink princess bed. His collar and ears and tail hanging from the wall he rubs the others head.
"Stay here, I'm going to get my medical supplies to clean your wrist and bandage you up."
Gently he helps the other sit on the edge of his bed before disappearing to the bathroom and grabbing the medical kit. Coming back out he sits next to the other and gently takes his wrist. Putting alcohol on a cotton swab he cleans the wrist and applies some antibiotic ointment. Done he carefully wraps the wrist and grabs a water bottle for the other and sets his medical kit aside.
"Look at me Ren." Zelo's voice is gentle as he turns the other to look at him. "You did a great job ok? You did exactly what you were supposed to do. Breathe. Ok sweetheart? I need you to calm down."

@[S] Zelo Ren was stunned silent, Zelo had rushed in to deal with the situation better than he could ever have. Flying in like a hero and sorting everything out in a matter of minutes. Realizing the other was talking to him, he shifted his eyes from the empty space in front of him where the drunk had been, to Zelo, trying to tune out his racing heart beat from his ears to listen to what Zelo was saying. Nodding along Ren half followed half was led by Zelo where ever he had said they were going. It wasn't until they were in the elevator that his senses came back, "I'm sorry, thank you," He managed to croak out. "I'm fine." Ren didn't want to look at Zelo, he was shocked.
Being grabbed was part of the job as a stripper, but this was a whole different type of grabbing. He could feel the malice from the drunk burned into his red skin on his wrist. Slowly he turned his head to look at his wrist, it was still bright red and Ren knew himself enough to know that was going to leave a bruise. Fumbling with his sleeves he released them from where they were to tug them over his wrist, attempting to button it, giving up not long after he had started and failed.

@[S] Ren Zelo had been keeping an eye on Ren all day. So when a drunk approached the bars he was ready to kick him out. But then he grabbed Ren and tried to drag him off. Zelo hisses and is up from the booth in a flash.
Plowing through the crowd with authority only the manager and owners had he carefully grabs Ren's waist and reaches out to grip the drunkards hand. "You're going to let go."
He says softly and firmly, eyes flashing with anger. He honestly wishes Jay was here because the other was much better with power games. But he could deal on his own. "Let go."
He repeats and the man slowly let's go. Zelo's hand still tight on his he moves Ren behind him. "Now you don't touch anyone in our club without permission. And you are extremely drunk. You're lucky I'm being kind but you'll leave our new employee alone. You can't have recognized him because he isn't from around here. "
Zelo motions to the guards, "get his name and picture. Blacklist him and then make sure he had a cab to get home. Wouldn't want him to try and drive or anything."
Zelo slowly turns and carefully grips Ren's shoulder leading him back he's happy to see the bartender for the night has started. Carefully Zelo grabs his things and takes Ren to the elevator.
"We're just going to my office so I can look after your wrist. Then we can go to my apartment. Ok Ren?" He gently pets the boys head, "you did a great job. That's exactly what you were supposed to do. Thank you for doing that sweetie."
He's slid completely into his Careing Dom mode but he doesn't care. The other deserves to be treated decently and Zelo wants to take care of him.

@[S] Zelo Ren happily worked, some of the people who came to order a drink stayed to try and hit on him, Ren awkwardly waving away advances. People joked with him and flirted, but he focused on work while still trying to keep the customers happy. It was almost his end of shift when a man he had served earlier stumbled up to him, obviously heavily intoxicated and a strange look glinted in his eye.
"'ey pretty boy." The man slurred his words together pointing to Ren as he spoke. Ren, in turn, froze where he stood.
" 'ey I shaw you before. Some other club" The man continued, and Ren's heart sped up. This man went to the other club. What if he told the owner where he was? Ren had been so careful, cash, fake names, nothing permanent in his name except this job which was all handled discreetly.
"Sir, you've had to much to drink, you must be mistaken." Ren said shakily, his body shaking along with his voice and he kept preparing drinks for the now packed bar area. The man didn't look convinced, or like he was going to give up any time soon. Ren glanced to Zelo and saw him working, he didn't want to interrupt anything the other was doing to decided to try to handle the situation himself.
Just as he was about to serve another customer a drink the drunk grabbed onto his wrist tightly. It was painful, the man was squeezing so tight, and he knew he had no chance of escaping the grip. Pathetically he was pulled along, practically dragged from the bar by the drunk.
"Zelo. Zelo please." He said, his eyes watering with fear and pain as he pleadingly looked to the accountant. He had no idea how loud he called for the other and just hoped it was enough to be heard above the chatter and music.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles and pats the boys head. Walking back into the kitchen he smiles at the lunch trays. Waving he grabs a tray and heads back out. Placing a bottle of tea and a roll of kimbap behind the counter for Ren he then heads to his own table.
Sitting down he keeps his eyes on everyone. Checking to make sure everything is ok. He smiles as he watches Ren. The other only has a bit left to work today and hopefully then he can help him move into Zelo's apartment.
Zelo smiles and turns back to his works.

@[S] Zelo "Oh um, y-you don't have to! But if it's no problem that would be nice." Ren flushed pink, his eyes having to turn away from Zelo when a customer came up and asked for a double .
"Yes of course sir!" He said ask he smiled to Zelo and returned to his work. The club had gotten a lot busier than it had been not ten minutes ago. Ren made the double , his mind drifting, but came back to reality when another order was given. He quickly finished the and began on the next drink, pausing to roll up his sleeves of his black button down.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles and pats the others head. Going to his booth with some water he sits down and gets to work. Carefully moving through his work he wrinkles his face. He's been told that he makes funny faces while working.
Humming lightly he scratches something out and notices hes hungry. Frowning he stands and walks to the bar. "I'm going to get some kimbap for lunch. Do you want t a roll Ren?"

@[S] Zelo Ren smiled as he listened to Zelo. "I'm ready, thanks."
He gathered up bottles for the specials of the day and checked the mini fridge for the fresh ingredients. "Yep! All stocked." He said grinning to Zelo, he wasn't shy at all and he felt a weight lifted from him. Everyone here sounded amazing and he had only officially met one. When the first customer came in he smiled and waited for him to come sit and/or order a drink.
"Right away!" Ren said cheerily, making the special drink quickly and giving it to the man. He glanced over to Zelo in his booth.

@[S] Ren Zelo gives a laugh when he thinks of the others comment. "Not really. I think my first day definitely takes the cake for weirdest..."
He smiles and stands and walks over to help the other clean his face and then start to go out to the bar. "I had just finished teaching for the day and was tired, sweaty, hungry, and hurting. Not to mention annoyed because being a gay man teaching teenage girls isn't fun. Especially when they don't get what 'im gay' means. So I was grumpy and had an attitude when I went in to talk to Jay..."
Zelo shakes his head and laughs lightly, "he reprimanded me had the meeting and then punished me for being so rude... but after everything when I passed out he was extremely worried and fretting over me. It was kinda adorable but if you tell him I said that ill just deny it."
He winks at the other, "he, Xiumin, and Baekhyun are the ones who really made me understand I was ok. That I wasn't useless and that they wouldn't let anyone harm me like my ex's and father did. Heechul and Jongsuk just smack some sense into me. "
He smiles and goes to the bar with the other, "now are you ok to start your first day?"

@[S] Zelo Ren nodded, smiling, "Thank you, I'll do my best! Mix the slushy drinks more, right." He smiled up to Zelo as he stood up and looked around to try and check his face to see if he looked terrible or not. "Can't have the bartender looking bad right?" He joked when he finally found a surface to check his face in, rubbing it to get rid of the faint tear stains. "Thank you. I bet this is the weirdest first day for you huh?" He rubbed his head awkwardly, smiling to Zelo.
He wanted to tell Zelo how thankful he was, how much he appreciated all this, how he wanted so bad to repay all the kindness. But he couldn't find the words other than 'thank you'. They were sticking up for Ren against people who were the most terrifying things to him. No one had done that before. He thought he was escaping school and foster care by the club but soon found out he hadn't escaped and was instead trapped worse. Now he was free and in a family. It was like a dream.

@[S] Ren Zelo nods and hugs the other. "I'll come with you. Promise. And as long as you dance a couple times a week you'll be ok. We don't tend to concentrate on dancers because that's not what the club is for but we know people like to be entertained. "
He rubs the others back and hold a him close, "you'll be ok. You're safe and part of our family. And trust me if anyone tries anything Jay won't be very forgiving. He's a good owner for the club and a wonderful Dom. But when people mess with his family he gets angry. And he wouldn't have hired you if he didn't think you were right for the job. Right for our family."
Carefully he calms the other down an looks at the clock. "Now we need to go open the bar up. I'll be sitting at the booth right next to it. That booth is for the owners and myself only. Unless we have guests or other coworkers we want to join us. So ill be right next to you all day. And if you need anything you just come and ask me, ok?"

@[S] Zelo Ren nodded, knowing if he tried to argue he would lose, and he didn't want to argue. He hesitated, " Um... Do you think you could come with me. I'm in a different area of town but still in the same city as they are and if they catch me alone-" He cut himself off, as he began to shake again. The reason he hadn't gotten a place to stay, the reason he always went under a false name when getting a room at a motel, they could find and take him. "I hope I'll be able to dance well for you guys here. You've all given me a chance when most places wouldn't and have been so nice on top of all that."

@[S] Ren Zelo frowns lightly, "well you can clean. But I want you to take your money and buy clothes and other necessary things. I can cover my rent but I want you to get clothes and other things you need. And I'll let you clean but otherwise I'd worry about you ok?"
He speaks softly, "that's the best compromise were going to get. But you aren't a burden. Never think you are."
He holds the other and rubs his back, "I'm glad you're happy for dancing. It's always fun to dance."

@[S] Zelo Ren smiled, "Thank you Zelo. I brought all my stuff so theres no need to really pack or get anything." He pointed to the single, small, bag he had brought and put where Zelo had said to put his things he brought. "I can pay for rent, and I can clean pretty well. I don't wanna be a burden so just let me help out." He was excited to do the dancing stuff, dancing has always been fun for him no matter if he or fully clothed.
" I'm excited for dancing." He murmured, "I'm glad I have time." Ren leaned against Zelo again, relaxed but just wanted to be near the other.

@[S] Ren Zelo smiles softly and nods, "of course you can sweetie. I insist actually."
Looking up he waves that Kyungsoo and JaeJoong can take the food. Turning back he smiles softly. "Not yet. We have half an hour before we open up for the day. And the morning is always slow so I tend to do my work at the bar anyway. Ok sweetheart? Ill be right at the bar to help if you need it."
He brushes the others ha r back and smiles. "You don't start dancing for another week. Because we need to teach you that end and that takes a bit more time. Picking costumes and making dances and figuring times out. So tonight we can move you into my apartment ok?"

@[S] Zelo Ren bit his lip, "Could I... Could I stay with you? I was just going to go to a motel or something. I don't have a place... I only really had the club until I left." He admitted chewing on his lip. "I don't really want to eat anymore." He said, glancing at the plate of barely touched food and then back to his hands, the tea cup Zelo handed him in them. "Do we need to go up for opening?" He mumbled, not wanting to move yet but knowing he needed to work soon.
