♢ BEACH

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG Brian was silent for a moment before chuckling to himself softly. "You rap? I would've never guessed that, we'll have to judge each other's skill some time." Brian waited for Junhong to gather his belongings before shaking his head. "No I just want to walk from all of this, we can do something later I guess." With that he turned and started walking down the shore, expecting the other to follow him. He felt more relaxed without all of the other humans around him. "We made need cut this short. I'm starting to feel a little hungry so I may have to go in a mini hunting trip." Brian gave a small nod as he continued to walk down the beach.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong nodded at the question and grinned sheepishly. "I do a lot actually, I've done a little producing... and I rap." He added the last part a little embarrassed. Most people didn't know how much he loved music, he actually really liked to rap and had performed at small underground clubs. "Alright let's get out of all the people then." Junhong stood up as well and got his things together when he looked up and met eyes with Brian. He smiled, genuinely happy when he saw that the other was not looking at him with resentment in his eyes. "Is there anywhere in particular you like going?"

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG Brian gave a slightly interested look when the other said he also liked music. "Y-you do? I wouldn't have guessed that." He couldn't lie, it was kind of cool that he had friends that did something he was passionate about and that lead to a smile creeping on his face. Junhong asking of he wanted to do something else had him snapping out of his thoughts. "Hm?..oh yeah it's a little too packed for my liking, haven't fed in a while." Brian stood up and stretched a little before gathering his things, putting it into his backpack and looking at the male. "Let's go for a walk? Away from all of...this." A quick glance was given to the people around them before his eyes met Junhongs, a curious look filling them.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong figured Brian still didn't like the situation but at least he was trying which was good enough for him. He listened to him talk and grinned when he said he liked music. He could tell by Brian's face that he didn't really want to be there anymore. "I like music too, I dance often and go to a lot of clubs since I have a lot of friends that perform at night clubs." He looked around as more people started coming to the beach and it was starting to get more packed. "Do you want to do something else?" He asked curiously, since they weren't doing much else here at the beach he figured there was other places they could go.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG Brian scoffed at the Junhongs words. He felt forced into the situation and he didnt like it at all. "Yeah, right." Brian let out a sigh before thinking. There wasn't much he did in his spare time. He usually kept to himself unless he felt the need to be around other vampires or even people, that's when he went out. "I don't do much. My nights range from to music to studying. If it's not those, which is rare, then I'm out doing whatever interests me in the moment." He looked at the other with a bored expression. At the moment he did want to do something, anything because as more people came the beach became less appealing. He decided to stay on topic though, not really wanting to bond with the other. "What about you?"

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong grinned broadly when he had realized that his plan worked, he felt bad for using Yongguk as an excuse for him and Brian to become friends but he knew that ultimately there was no other way to convince Brian unfortunately. "Don't worry I understand that it's for him. But I'm glad we reached an agreement." He aimlessly played in the sand around him, feeling more at ease now that they had reached a compromise. "So, if we're gonna try to be friends we should probably get to know each other better... Or at least something that we enjoy doing." He added the last part when he figured Brian probably wouldn't be too comfortable talking to Junhong about himself.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG A nod was given as Brian waited to see if Junhong could come up with anything worth while. When he started to speak, talking about sentiment and all that, Brian thought he was stalling so he was about to comment but what Junhong ended with made him pause. He wouldn't do it for Junhong, that much was obvious but he didn't think he'd use Yongguk as a way to become friends. "I... okay that makes sense but.." A sigh left his lips as he scratched the back of his head. First Youngjae and now him..this whole situation was irritating. "Fine, I'll do it for him. Not you, but him. Let's just keep that clear.." he wasn't sure how this 'friendship' would turn out but he was willing to try for Yongguk, since apparently it would keep him happy.

@✙ BRIAN KANG He let out a low whistle when the other gave him his deal and leaned back on his hands. "Just one reason?" He thought for a second not quite sure how to answer. Junhong wasn't really the best at quick thinking on deep topics, he could think of reasons to have friends but not a reason to have himself as a friend. "I could do a speech about the sentimental values of friendships and how it can provide a healthy state of mind, but that doesn't really seem to be your style. Instead I'll just keep it simple, don't do it for me do it for Yongguk." He sat up and smiled sheepishly. "I know you don't like me and it's okay with me. I just want us to get along for Yongguk's sake, he's a good person and I want to stay friends with him. Which is why I want to be friends with you." He explained hoping he made atleast a little sense.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG Brian watched Junhong silently for a moment. It was clear he wouldn't be leaving any time soon and that irked him, but nothing could be done. A long sigh left his lips, the amusement still in his voice as he spoke once again. "It's not lonely. It's just.. easier, but let's not focus on that. I'm interested now, give me one good reason to become your friend and I'll consider it. How does that sound?" Brian tilted his head and watched Junhong curiously. If he couldn't push him away then he'd try another method. He really had no interest in making friends but for the moment this would keep him busy.

@✙ BRIAN KANG "That's good then, and I understand why you're like this." He just didn't understand why Brian was judging all humans for this, it didn't really make that much sense to Junhong. He didn't know why Brian was trying so hard to keep him pushed away. Junhong knew he would have to try hard to get Brian to at least not hate him. "Not to be rude but wouldn't not having friends be lonely?" He asked curiously, he had always surrounded himself with friends so he never really knew what it was like without them. "Even if you kind of want to kill me I still wand to be friends." He declared smiling at the other, he caught the other's amused smile and oped he could change the other's mind somehow.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG "That's the thing, he's not afraid of humans! He's fine around them and I'm proud of that but you know some of the story, so you can understand why I'm like this." Brian knew judging every single human from ones actions was kind of--well really stupid but he didn't care. He'd rather be safe since the nicest person he knew turned out to be related to Yongguks ex. Junhong saying he wanted to be friends made Brian smile. It wasn't a smile of happiness, but more of amusement. "You want to be friends? Sorry. I don't have friends, and even if I did it wouldn't work out because I kind of want to kill you. I mean I won't--well not unless you manage to piss me off more, but I really can't see myself being friends with you."

@✙ BRIAN KANG "I think Yongguk is a good person, so I want to continue the deal with him." Junhong declared, he looked up and stared at Brian. "Bribery won't work on me." He stated before sighing and sitting up, he looked seriously right back at the other. "He told me a little bit about what happened with his ex. I don't think he should have to live his life afraid of humans, because to me that sounds like that's what his ex wanted." He felt like he may have been over stepping his boundaries but he knew he had to say it. "To be honest I would like for all of us to get along, when this deal is over I want to be friends with Yongguk... and hopefully you too." He stated with a weak smile at the other hoping to ease the tension.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG "I just want you to leave him alone! Why is that so hard to do?" Brian didn't care if it was easier to continue the deal. He wanted Yongguk to be human free but apparently Junhong wasn't leaving anytime soon. "What will it take for you to drop the deal and just leave?" It was a low move but bribery was something Brian was used to doing to get what he wanted, and right now all he wanted was for Junhong to disappear from the others life. He gave a serious look to let him know it wasn't a joke.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong could tell that the other was surprised when he told him about his parents, most people often were. He smiled when the other gave him a small nod before speaking again. "We already have a deal so it's easier to just carry it out, after all a week will go by fast." He stated with a slight shrug, he knew Brian was wary of humans but he wondered if the other was jealous. "Once the week is over we'll probably just be friends, so you don't have to worry." He said trying to reassure the other that he didn't mean any harm.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG A surprised look appeared on Brians face hearing that the other was adopted by a vampire-human couple. It wasn't completely unheard of, but he had never met anyone in that situation. He decided not to stick to the topic, giving Junhong a short nod before speaking again. "Since you didn't plan on it being him that means you'll have no problem finding someone else. If you want to date a vampire that's fine, I don't care, just not Yongguk. You can have anyone but him." He really could. Brian didn't care if Junhong dated every vampire on the school, Yongguk just couldn't be apart of that. He wouldn't let him.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong blinked as the other sat up once he appeared to be done with his miniature sandcastle. He was glad that Brian's face had changed to looking less irritated, he figured the other had come to understand his side a little more. Junhong shrugged when Brian asked why he didn't just go to another human. "I don't really care whether someone is a human or vampire and neither do my parents. I'm adopted and my dad is a vampire and my mom is a human." He explained he never really looked at someone just because they were human or vampire he mainly judged by their character. "I didn't plan for it to be Yongguk it just kind of happened, I didn't really know much about him before." He admitted honestly.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG After completing his mini sandcastle, Brian sat up and faced his body towards Junhong. He couldn't deny that relationships were the same for him. The whole romance thing was something he was terrible at. He had been in one serious relationship and that had ended well... terribly to say the least. After that it was a lot of one night stands and week long flings so he understood Junhong in a way. Another thing they had in common was their parents thinking apparently. Brian had been there multiple times before. He shook his head and looked at the other, his face more understanding than irritated. "I get that, but you chose the wrong person. Why don't you just find another human to use? Well anyone else really just not Yongguk." Which was true, Brian didn't care who Junhong went to as long as he left Yongguk alone. In Brians eyes, he was off limits to humans.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong almost laughed when Brian looked so irritated at him, he figured most people would be quite intimidated by the other. "I'm not quite sure how to do that, I'm not really good at romantic relationships. And I didn't really care about the ." He admitted honestly, he had relationships in the past but they were mainly a blur of clubs, late night drinking and bad decisions. He smiled awkwardly to himself as he thought about those 'relationships' they weren't exactly bad memories but they weren't exactly happy ones either. "It's kind of a long story but to keep it short, I needed an excuse to get out of the dates my parents tried to set me up on."

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG The whole situation sounded stupid to Brian. He really didn't see why Yongguk was needed. With a small tilt of his head he gave Junhong an irritated look. "So you couldn't just, oh I don't know, get an actual boyfriend; or is it that you wanted so you went to the one person you could probably get it from?" Brian had no intention of learning fun facts about the other. He already messed up by letting his guard down. Deciding not to think of the situation too much, Brian moved to lay on his stomach. He started to absentmindedly build a small sandcastle. Still being damp from the ocean, sand was sticking to him but he didn't bother to remove it. "..why do you need a boyfriend." Junhong was given a short glance before Brian continued.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong stretched out on the towel, leaning back onto his arms. He couldn't fully lay down on the towel without being in the sand so he figured he would just wait to dry off before laying all the way down. Junhong just smiled at the hard look on Brian's face. "I needed a boyfriend and there was a rumor that Yongguk would grant a wish if you had with him, so I asked and it was true so here we are." He explained simply, it wasn't really that complicated from Junhong's side. "You can ask me anything and I'll answer a hundred percent honest."" He admitted, he was always a very open and truthful person.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG Brian sat down on his towel and cleared his throat while giving a short nod of his head. He felt weird just sitting with the other. He wasn't sure what came over him before but he couldn't let it happen again. There weren't supposed to get along. Brian ran his hand through the sand and kept a hard look on his face as he turned towards Junhong. "What exactly is this deal you made? Like.. Why do you need Yongguk.. " He had a general idea but wanted more details. He knew that for some reason Junhong had to stick around Yongguk for about a week. Maybe a little longer. They were identified as boyfriends which kind of ticked Brian off.

@✙ BRIAN KANG They re-emerged laughing loudly with the other, glad that he managed to dunk Brian in the water as revenge. Junhong was smiling brightly with Brian, glad the other seemed to be fully enjoying himself. He laughed when there was a playful nudge against him. Junhong looked at Brian in confuse him when he watched him switch kid sentence to going back to how he was acting before. "Are you sure?" He asked a little disappointed that they were getting out so soon, especially since Brian was beginning to have fun with him. They walked back to their spot and Junhong plopped down on his towel. "So you wanted to question me?" He asked smiling slightly at the other boy. He wanted Brian to open up with him, and be more relaxed and less uptight like he was in the water.

@❂ CHOI JUNHONG Brians loud laughter filled the area when Junhong feel into the water. He couldn't believe the other actually feel for a trick like that. He didn't notice what the other was doing until it was too late. Junhong already managed to get his arms around him and they both ended up under water. Brian resurfaced with a wide smile on his face and nudged Junhong playfully with one hand while wiping his face with the other. "Really!? I can't believe you got me ba--" Im the middle of his sentence he had looked at Junhong and remembered who the other was. With an awkward cough he got up, shaking the water from his hair, and made his way to their area. "Uh- I'm done out here.." His smile had been replaced with a look of annoyance. It was catered towards himself for letting his guard down with the human.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong was having fun laughing and splashing with the other boy, he always would be a child at heart so he enjoyed fun times like this. He stopped splashing when he saw Brian pointing to the area beside them. He blinked and looked down squinting to look for anything unusual. "I don't see any-" He was cut off as he was pushed down into the water. He re-emerged gasping for air and pushed his wet bangs out of his face. "Oh it's on now." He moved towards Brian and wrapped his arms around him before pulling them both down into the water.

@CHOI JUNHONG Brian continued to splash Junhong with a smile. It's been too long since he'd actually had fun at the beach so he was enjoying as much as he could. He looked down laughing happily but paused when he glanced by the others foot. With his eyes squinting, he leaned in and pointed to the area next to him. "Hey.. what's that?" Brian tried to hold back the smile on his lips as he waited for Junhong to look down. Distracting him was his best bet of being able to push him into the water without using much strength.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong laughed when Brian splashed him back, glad he didn't make him mad although he had a feeling he would be fine with it. "Bring it on!" He challenged back, happily splashing Brian back all while trying weakly to stop too much water from hitting him in the face. He was having fun, none of his friends ever liked when people splashed so Junhong was happy that he was able to be more playful, since it was more true to his nature. He didn't have as much strength as Brian did but he did have long arms that he could use to his advantage.

@CHOI JUNHONG Brian chuckled as he played around in the waves, trying his best not to fall over. He paused and looked at Junhong after being splashed. Normally his first reaction would be to get mad but he couldn't bring himself to do it. Because of the water his nicer side was showing which caused him to splash the other back. "I hope you know you just started a war." He grinned as he continued to splash water at the other, momentarily forgetting about how he felt about him.

@✙ BRIAN KANG Junhong smiled as he heard Brian speak about the ocean, he knew the other was mostly talking to himself. He was glad that Brian was able to let himself go and be care free in the water. Junhong himself was enjoying the water aswell, he felt free and began to splash in the water before turning towards Brian and splashing him with water and laughed. He was having fun and let the waves crash against his body, he was pretty tall so he didn't really have to worry about the water slamming into his face as much.

@CHOI JUNHONG The smile got wider as Brian felt the water against his skin. He made a mental note to go to beach more because he missed the feeling. A content sigh left his lips as he walked until the water was at his waist. "I love the ocean.." he wasn't speaking to anyone specifically but he did say it out loud. Brian felt calm and a little like a child as he started to splash around with a soft laugh. He wasn't concerned with what Junhong or anyone else would say. He was in his own little world.

@✙ BRIAN KANG "Understandable." Junhong replied in agreement as he heard why the other didn't come to the beat often. Most of the time Junhong came it was because it was a fun place to go with friends, but he did like getting in the water. Junhong laughed at Brian's statement about questioning him and nodded. "Alright! Feel free to interrogate me as much as you like afterwards then." Junhong jogged after the other smiling brightly when he saw the other smiling for the first time that day. As they got closer to the water Junhong ran a little faster and ran straight into the water not really caring about if it was cold or not.
