throne

As the king of the Eternal Realm, this is where the Dracula has decided the Council meetings will also occur. His throne is always the highest and tallest in the table, constantly reminding the other Council members that HE has more power than any of them.

@Yu Hamin [Pureblood] He was saddened by the image before him. Soohyuk was truly helpless and it was obvious the other could sense that as he laughed manically. The king pursed his lips as he stared down at the young male. It was a difficult decision to say the least. Hamin was an outcast to the people after he had killed so many. He was considered a freak of nature, but by killing the two queens and all their children, he had also guaranteed that he was the kingdom's only remaining heir. He was Soohyuk's only remaining child; killing Hamin would be ending his lineage.

The king knew that he was blessed with with immortality, but he was aware that his enemies were always lurking close by. It wasn't smart to be overconfident; he was evident of his transience in the hands of the hunters. He was powerful and strong, but Sehun was quite sly. If he were to execute the last of his blood, it would be the perfect time for his foes to end him. He would be giving his rivals the chance to to end his race becasue if they were to end him, his empire would be left without a leader. They would be sitting ducks as they were slowly wiped from the world or enslaved. He growled under his breath at the thought. He couldn't allow that to happen. Hamin wasn't suited to be king, but he was better than nothing.

However, there were still rules to the kingdom. He was a man of his word and he didn't go against his own rules. Soohyuk wouldn't let his own people think that he would let any mistake or crime go unpunished. He believed in order and he wouldn't allow a slave or the lone prince to disturb the peace.

"I can't kill you, my prince," He gave a sad smile as he stepped away from the other, walking past the male's chained form as he gazed up at the high ceiling painted with important scenes of their ancestry, lit by the light of the chandeliers before gazing at the empty seats of his council. He folded his hands behind his back as he closed his eyes and considered his decision,"I may have to do something far worse." Soohyuk his heel and walked back before the younger's form. His hand reached inside his black blazer, unsheathing a small decorative dragger.

Poisonous black vapor blew past his pale pink lips and coated the blade in mystical film. He slowly knelt down and cupped the boy's face, tilting the prince's head back,"I'm sorry" Soohyuk clenched his jaw before driving the dagger into his son's throat. He twisted it and slowly pulled out a clean knife. He tilted the boy's head and watched the sanguine liquid pool out of the wound, but he could see a jet black snake slithering under the skin; swimming to the wound before ripping out of the opening. However it vanished as it hit the air, the dark magic healed the tear, but left the mark of the King's crest.

He slowly rose and threw the dagger aside before ordering the chains off with a snap of his fingers. His heart was heavy as he turned away from the prince. He ascended the steps back to his throne, taking a seat once again"I'm sorry I couldn't kill you,but you’re quite a skilled killer. I think I’ll leave it to you to guarantee that no one betrays me or the kingdom.” Soohyuk motioned the other up the steps,”Come here, Hamin.” The ruler wanted to test his spell and his bond. Usually he could compel his subjects to do as he asked by manipulating their fear or playing with their admiration, but he knew his son would not be controlled by either. He needed Hamin to follow his orders, not only for the betterment of their race’s people, but this would also be the younger's punishment in place of his death. He needed to convince his kingdom that the prince was an asset; he was uneasy with the idea of taking that young male’s free will and freedom from him, considering he rarely restricted him from doing what he pleased when he was a child. Probably making him the child he spoiled the most.

He ascended the steps back to his throne, taking a seat once again"I'm sorry I couldn't kill you,but someone in the palace will definitely die and you'll be in charge of ensuring their death." Soohyuk motioned to the mark upon his son's neck,"I'm sure you will have no qualms with killing your mother after you killed your siblings and my other two wives." He stated. He may have felt remorse for his son, but he felt nothing for his first wife. A mother always had a huge hand in how a child was raised. One didn't just become this way without some assistance. He truly wondered what poison she had injected into the mind of his heir.

All of wives may have been extremely different, with their own flaws and strengths, but there was one desire they all shared. They all wished to hold his attention, to be the most important, to be queen, and his sole wife. He wasn't sure if she had influenced Hamin directly, but he no longer had any use for her. If she had done her duties well, he wouldn't have faced this day in the first place. Secondly, Hamin was grown and he no longer needed his mother.

@Soohyuk [Dracula] Hamin's eyes darkened in bitter hatred as his piercing gaze followed the king's graceful figure, seething in bitter hatred. "Coward" he spat out venomously, clothes drenched in blood with the fallen as his head rolled backwards and giving an eerie grin, blood painted fangs glistening in the drab light as his gaze remained fixed on Soohyuk.

"coward... do it. Kill me" Hamin chuckled lowly, flicking his tongue against the crimson colors slicked against his pearly whites, by the mere taste of blood and the thought of tasting the man before him as he breathed his last sent shivers down his spine. "Mmm." Eyes fluttered shut, lips pursing as Hamin let the mental thought consume him, knowing fully well the other could sense it plain as day.

He wanted him to. Head rolling back down, chin falling against his chest as a dark smirk plastered his lips. "Kill me" Hamin hisses before cackling softly and hunching over, mockingly bowing even lower before Soohyuk, forehead pressed to the ground before him as the smile never once faltered.

"My king"

@Yu Hamin [Pureblood] He could hear the chains clanking against the dark stone floors as he kept his eyes averted for the treacherous young man. The king grew tight lipped as he kept his eyes fixed on the crescent moon though the long fenestrae. He never felt his duties so heavily as this moment now. Never was there such a distinct divide in his roles in life; never had they clashed so violently. His fingers tapped the jewels embedded into the throne. The tapping was the only sound present in the room with the occasional cough from an older council member, a shuffling from a younger guard, or the clanking of the chain as the traitor continued to crane his neck.

"Dismissed," He stated as glanced back at the room, all of them staring at him in confusion. He could see his advisors opening their mouths to convince him otherwise but he swiftly raised his hand to silence them,"Dismissed." He repeated himself as the entire council rose, bowed, and filed out of the room, leaving with him the criminal.

Criminal. Traitor. That's what everyone say and to some degree it was true. It would have made his life much easier it he could only have that image, but Hamin was his own blood.

Even if he was traitor, it was so difficult to stop seeing his child, his first born, as he gazed down into his piercing green eyes. Being the king didn't give him much time for this wives and children, but he never allowed them to feel the discomforts of life. He met with them and called upon them as much as he could, but there are always some sacrifices when one is the ruler of world's most powerful creatures.. While one could say that it didn't make sense for such vengeance to exist, it made sense to Soohyuk, but he didn't expect to go this far. He didn't expect Hamin to kill the third wife, second wife, and all their children.

Maybe it was his fault for encouraging the competition. He had wanted them to be strong. One had to work hard for what they wanted to gain in life. He wouldn't allow foolish spoiled children to ruin the empire he had raised. In reality, they were eachother's biggest enemies. The king want the best for his people and he would only allow the most competent to ascend the throne. In a way, Hamin had done exactly what he wanted and proven that he was the most powerful and cunning.

He was proud of his oldest, but he mourned the loss of rest of his family. As a ruler, he had found the a capable heir, but he was a traitor and not punishing him for his course action would only set a precedence of blood shed; which he wasn't opposed to, but it was against their culture. While they may have had their enemies in their covens, they were also eachother's biggest strength. It was the infrastructure of their covens and their sense of loyalty that had kept them strong.

Soohyuk rose from the throne, descended the steps before walking over to his son, stopping before him,"Do you have anything to say?" Normally, it was the last question asked before judgment was passed, but the king didn't need to hear anything else. In his mind, there was nothing Hamin could say that didn't he already know.

@Soohyuk [Dracula] It was a cloudless night. Not a drop of light falling from the heavens as darkness masked the vengeance of Hamin's bitter heart. He had ran. For years if not centuries. Time flew when one was in the clutches of eternity. Evading the hands of the Notorious, always one step ahead... until now. He had entered into the screaming forest, the wails of the ones he murdered cursing his very name, drawing the attention of many. To many. Most fell by his hand, but not all. The increasing number to much to bare, even for a vampire born from a God.

Hamin was overpowered, paraded and dragged through the streets for all to see. When one man fell by Hamin's attempts at freedom, another would take his place, restraining him with their bare hands. His darkened gaze never once left the castle as the small speck in the distance now towered before him.

More restraints were added as he was brought to the thrown room. Iron shackles tightly binding his arms behind him. Pure diamond collar and chain bound to his throat, attached to a small ring to the floor to hold him securely in place as he was kicked to his knees, struggling to fight with every breath he had left in him. Not once did he look down, eyes glaring up, flicking about the room in search for one person only. Dracula. His father. A man he should have killed so many moons ago.
