@BANG CHAN "But-but she's all alone," Ji Eun lifts her head, eyes wide and full of anxiety. "Mint really hates the rain as well," Her voice softens, the heavy downpour of water capturing her attention. The young man's support had given her some reassurance, but there was still so much unknown and a lot to worry about. She fumbled in her backpack, mentally chiding herself for not having the sense to bring a handkerchief or tissues. The girl instead turned to the boy beside her, grabbed part of the shirt on his arm, and used the fabric to dab under her eye and around her face. "Sorry, just wanted to make sure I don't look as much of a mess as I feel," She lets go after a few seconds, clearing .

@LEE JIEUN Chan was at first felt relieved when she answered that it was just an allergy but honestly, he was not even relieved at all. It was only soothed a little bit of his nervousness. He has slowly learned to ignore such stares and gossips going around, thinking he was not even a good partner to start with. While looking at the direction of the girl in crying mess, Chan could already guess something went wrong until she spoke up and his thought were correct but did not expect her pet would be missing at this timing, especially during the rainy day as well as snowy corners. "I'm sorry to hear that. But trust me, your cat will be okay. I'm sure she knows how to survive. Animals are smarter. Try not to think so negatively, alright? I'll try to help you out after the rain stops. It won't take too long," he said, convincing the female stranger who return to shed tears silently. He tried his best to avoid having physical contact with a complete stranger and in additional, she is a girl, which is simply can be rude and impolite. Even though he wanted to rub her back to comfort her as much as possible.

@BANG CHAN Ji Eun felt terrible. Not only was she drenched due to the heavy rain, but her eyes were red, her face was blotchy, and her cat was missing. Just lovely. So when a young man asks her about her situation, she bites the urge to hiss as if she was Mint. Turning stiffly to her neighbor, Ji Eun bows her head before placing a tentative smile on her face. "Ah, it's just been, uh, a bad allergy day.." She wanted to end the conversation there, but his question prompted a thought in her head. Ji Eun wouldn't be able to find her cat alone - she'd need other people's memory and help. Why would she outright lie and refuse a kind stranger's question? "You know what, no, it's not allergies. I lost my cat, and I'm freaking out, and if you have seen a medium-sized tabby anywhere today, that'd be so helpful. I'm just really worried and I don't know maybe she's in danger and I don't know what to d -" And the tears roll out again, preventing Ji Eun from talking any further as she bent her head down and away from the stranger.

@LEE JIEUN Within a few couple of blinking, he failed to discover what has gone wrong with public people. He thought they were just acting weird and strange toward a young guy went on a jog during winter season and not even bother to offer a seat for the elders. But once he turned his head to the sobbing and sniffling girl sitting right next to him, saying words as if she just had a break up with a person at this moment and what's worst is that, there was no other teenagers nor guys around his age taking the same shelters as he did. They would definitely mistaken him as the boyfriend who has betrayed and dumped his girlfriend in front of many people. His eyes shaken in panicking and widened, not knowing if he should try to calm her down or else they might beat his up for neglecting a girl in that mess but he eventually settled it quick before he faced death. "Are you okay, miss?" he politely asked, as soon as she tried to stop crying for a little bit. Instead of thinking to save himself from the public attack, he also concerned when he spot sadness wrapping her face despite the cold weather. "What happened if you let me know?"

@BANG CHAN Ji Eun sat on the bench, finding an empty space a bit farther from everybody else. Emotionally drained now, she couldn't stop the tears from falling even faster. It was like a nightmare, this situation. Mint was like her child, part of her family. And she had just left her around, focused on work instead of spending time with her cat. "Why would you leave me," Ji Eun murmurs, her hand covering her blotched face. She hadn't realized that during her crying fit a young man had come to sit next to her, and these words would likely confuse passing pedestrians. Yet, oblivious to the situation, she continued to sulk and wail just a little bit louder each time, not even caring that she was in a public setting now. After a few minutes, she calmed down slightly. It was time to think rationally and plan out how she was going to retrieve Mint. There must be someone who saw her cat in the park.

@LEE JIEUN Bangchan was just going for a simple jog in the late afternoon to exercise his muscles and what possibly could be healthy for him. In the meantime of taking his day off from his part-time job and he had no class today, so he decided to go out for a small jog in the middle of freezing season. Yeah, people may considered him weird for doing so but he doesn't care anyways. There are billion ways of exercising and keep yourself energized. He tried it in his own style. Wearing his long baggy hoodies with a simple sweater underneath, a pair of joggers, sliding a small towel around his nape and speeding up his pace in his sports shoes. He can't go around the cold breeze without his fingerless gloves, of course, to prevent undergoing a suffocation in the coldness outside.

As soon as he has slowed down his pace to dry his little sweat away and was close to give himself a rest until he felt a droplet of rain onto his cheeks. He tap it with his fingertip to examine what has fallen into his face and figured out the day has turned cloudy and the rain starts to flowing down from the skies. "Oh, dear lord," he muttered as he fasten up his pace, running toward the targeted shelter while covering the top of his head with the hoodie and take a break in the bus stop. Luckily, the people has slowly decreasing once a bus dropped by, but a few remain there. Bangchan went to sit on the bench which provided an empty space and fit him. It seemed to be peaceful yet nothing really goes out of plan when he feels like there are thousand glares darting at him, trying to kill him at one time. He furrows his eyebrows as he look up, realizing they were actually giving him a death glare. "What did I do wrong?" he asked mentally.

@BANG CHAN Ji Eun closed her laptop in a panic as she felt the first drizzles of rain, a sign that more was to come. Quickly putting the expensive technology in a case and in her bag, she glanced down to find her cat's leash and retrieve Mint. As she picked up the fabric, an immediate fear spiked through the girl. She could feel no resistance on the leash, no strain. Remaining calm, Ji Eun quickly followed the leash's path and frantically changed from a brisk walk to a jog. Mint was terribly afraid of the rain, of thunderstorms specifically. Ji Eun pants heavily as she reaches the end of the leash, almost dropping to the ground when she sees that there is no sign of a cat around. Her fear had proven true. Mint really was missing. Ji Eun almost wants to scream, her eyes now wide and teeth biting lips. Her mind races, trying to pick up on all details around in hopes of some clue. At least a collar was missing, which meant that Mint still had Ji Eun's contact information. Regret starts to pile up. Why hadn't she kept watch, why did she always decide to work instead of spending quality time with her cat? What if Mint was in danger? These thoughts result in the first few tears dropping down Ji Eun's face, though it was hard to tell with the increasing pounding of rain. She didn't know what to do. Yet she knew she needed to get dry and think calmly. Walking with a glum aura, Ji Eun retreated to the nearest shelter she could find - a bus stop a few feet away. By the time she reached the crowded area, her hair was dripping wet as if she had just showered. She knew she was getting a few stares, but it didn't matter. All she wanted to do was find Mint.
