@◐Joohyun ᵒ Irene's apartment distracted Seulgi for a moment from the predicament she was in and she took a full 360 degree turn to take everything in. The high tech and minimalist place was a far cry from Seulgi's artsy studio apartment despite having the money and skill to have one as fancy as this place. Irene using a term of endearment snapped her out of her trance and she stood there frozen like a statue while watching the other made herself comfortable. She was at loss for words then brightened up slightly when she remembered something and quickly fished out her wallet, shakily checking it for her pills and cursed herself inwardly when she found none left. Seulgi was screwed.

"Seems like you're feeling better now, Joohyun," Seulgi started, ignoring the growls of protest in her head, as she clenched her fists, "I should get going before I do.. something I might regret."

@◐Seulgi ᵃ It would be Irene‘s first time with an alpha like Seulgi, hearing the stories from her fellow wolf friends about how dominant and hungry the alphas could be yet it was hot at the same time. Fishing the keys out of her bag, she opened the door easily and swung it open for both of them to enter, the door closing by itself; perks of living in a very high-tech place and knowing a good friend to install it.

„You shouldn’t what?“,Irene hummed as she slipped out of her shoes while taking her coat off before hanging it up and drops her bag on the table beside the door. She combed her fingers through her hair and her gaze was back on the younger. „Do you really want to resist me.. babe.“ Her grey hues were darker in that moment, filled with lust as she continued to smirk at her and leaned her back against the head rest of the cream colored couch.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ She clumsily bowed as well to the receptionist and let Irene pulled her towards the elevator, quickly shoving her hands into her pockets to prevent them from doing anything once they were inside the small space. The alpha started feeling a little dizzy because of Irene and her scent, nails digging into her palms as she whispered, "Joohyun.. I.. I shouldn't, gosh you smell so good right now," the last part came out as a growl despite her best in holding it back, her chest heaving, then they arrived at Irene's floor.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ As soon as she felt the other‘s hand in her‘s, she tugged on it and led her inside, greeting the receptionist with a bow of her head, heading straight to the elevator. Upon hearing Seulgi‘s question, she gave her hand a firm squeeze and didn‘t answered it till they were inside the elevator and she pressed the last floor where her two-storey apartment was.

Once the door closed, she let go of her hand and leaned against the mirrored wall. „I haven‘t..“,Irene spoke up, her lips twitch up into a light smirk. „And perhaps I put on an act to get you to my place, Seul. I.. I want you and I need you badly now.“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi was conflicted. Should she really follow Irene inside? Where they'd be alone, just the two of them, with the omega pumping her sickeningly sweet scent in the air. The beast in her was already eager to claim the woman before her but the rational part of her brushed it off. "Joohyun.." she started, frowning slightly as she clasped the other's hand in hers, "have you taken your suppressant?" Seulgi finally asked the one million dollar question.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Irene picked up the scent of sweat in the air, her eyebrow twitching up when she realized that it was her Seulgi. Had she finally noticed her sweet scent and that her act was all just to get her home? Soon they arrived at her apartment building, getting out of the car when the younger opened it for her. „Are you coming up with me till I feel better, Seul?“,she flashed a small, inncocent smile at her fiancee and held her hand out to her. „I don‘t really like calling one of my maids at this time of day.“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Funnily enough, the scent came back and it started to bother the alpha as her nose scrunched up and her eyes nervously darted towards the silent beauty sitting next to her. Seulgi could feel a bead of sweat forming on her temple and neck then checked the car's AC only to find it was working properly. Her stomach twisted with nervousness when her brain finally couldn't ignore one prominent reason of why this scent would bother her, the answer was Bae Joohyun. Seulgi still didn't dare to open as her car rolled to a stop in front of the older heiress' building, quietly clicking off her seatbelt and slipped out to open Irene's door for her with a small smile, her hues dark.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ She was aware that during heat season, there was a sweet scent mingling among her own that signaled that she was in heat. Staying in her act, she looked out of the window for a long time and remained silent before dropping her gaze on the ring on her finger, smiling a little. The sun had already set down, soon being replaced by the night.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi hummed in response, closing the door before jogging around the car and dropped her on the driver seat. She paused when her nose picked up an unfamiliar sweet scent, narrowing her eyes as she glanced around suspiciously while maneuvering her beloved vehicle out of the lot and away. The younger kept silent as her brain racked up the possible sources of the scent that she picked up just now.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ When Irene was on heat, nothing would stop her to get what she wanted. And in that moment, she wanted Seulgi. „Mhm..“, she hummed in return, keeping her act up as she rather weakly nodded her head. The older followed her out to her car, smiling at the playful bow. „Thank you.“ She patted her head, climbing into the passenger seat and put the seatbelt on.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ The giddy alpha was still grinning at the staff, proud of herself, and she couldn't wait to get home to her flat and give her dad a call. He'd be just as ecstatic as she was. Seulgi snapped out of it when she felt a tug on her arm and turned her head only to be greeted by an adorable sight of her fiancee pouting with her doe eyes wide in a plea. She frowned in concern even as her heart melted, "you're not feeling well? Okay then, we can celebrate later or whenever," the oblivious alpha nodded and lead the older woman out of the park to the parking lot where she had parked her car, opening the passenger door for Irene with a playful bow, "after you, m'lady."

@◐Seulgi ᵃ „I am yours as you are mine..“,humming deeply against her tiers, also wanting to deepen the kiss yet she realized that the ride was over, a sigh slipping from her. Irene could be quite needy when the heat season was around the corner and sometimes in the past she used to rely on humans to satisfy her needs, the one night stands. Getting off the cabin, she spotted the staff who was grinning at Seulgi, who had helped her with making the proposal possible.

„Oh, thank you..“,she smiled shyly at the staff and looked back at her now fiancee before hugging her arm, holding onto her hand. The urge of needing the younger suddenly filling her and she decided to use one of her old tricks from the past. „Seul, could you bring me home? I kinda feel tired from the first ride and eating some much cotton candy at once..“ Irene put on her best puppy look, her bottom tier jutted out as she tugged gently on her arm. „As much as I loved to celebrate our engagement.. I think I‘ll end up being sick if I eat something now or do another ride here.“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ She chuckled along and nodded, "no more wondering about our status.." a contented sigh left Seulgi when she felt a pair of lips on hers and reciprocated the kiss eagerly, tilting her head to deepen the kiss, and was about to pull Irene to her seat when the ferris wheel came to a stop again. It was time to get off. "Ah.. damn it," she grumbled while regretfully breaking the kiss and carefully stepped out of the cabin, subtly giving the staff a thumbs up when his eyes met hers. "Congratulations!" The young man grinned as Seulgi took her fiancee's hand and laughed softly, thanking him for the help.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Her lips curl up into a wide smile, using her other hand to wipe the unshed tears away as she let out a soft chuckle. „Perhaps I do but now I can say you‘re truly my fiancee now“,she giggled, her gaze on the ring that adorned her finger for a moment before looking back up at the other„I was wondering if it was either on purpose or just design.“ Irene‘s smile grew and without further thinking, she leaned forward to place a soft kiss on Seulgi‘s tiers.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi could feel the panic rising when she noticed Irene's unique eyes were glassy with tears brimming, watching Irene cry definitely wasn't on the plan. She was about to console the older woman but kept shut when Irene started speaking and her heart grew with every word that left the raven's mouth. She flinched in surprise when the ferris wheel began to move again with a jerk, shaking her head while taking the ring out and put the box back inside her pocket before shakily taking Irene's left hand in hers. "You make me feel like the luckiest woman alive, do you know that?" She whispered as she slipped the ring where it belonged, and it was a perfect fit. "As you can see, there's something missing here," she chuckled as she nodded at the ring's heart shaped hole, "I'll give it to you on our wedding day."

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Irene continued to blink in return, worrying when Seulgi grew silent and not realizing how far their cabin now was. Suddenly when she saw what the other was pulling out of her pocket, her hues widened and a gasp slipped from her tiers, covering with both of her hands. She listened to the younger as her heart swelled with emotions with each word. The young heiress usually managed to keep her emotion in bay but in that moment she didn‘t and tears formed in her grey eyes, sparkling more than before when Seulgi popped the big question. The one that would officially tie their lives together and not only due to the arrangement, made with true feelings that were not forced at all.

„You‘re such a dork, Kang Seulgi“,she finally spoke up, a soft laughter escaping from her when she reached up to wipe a tear away that managed to escape. „You showed me a carefree, open side that I rarely got to explore before. I was used to hold myself back, to pretend to be someone I really wasn‘t.. and I thank you for that. Thank you for accepting me for who I truly am, accepting my flaws.“ At that, Irene stretched her left hand out to Seulgi and placed her other over her racing heart, speaking the words that would officially make her her‘s. „Yes, yes, I will marry you. With all my heart and being, Kang Seulgi.“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ "New? Joohyun, you are a living, breathing art. And honestly, my muse as well.." she muttered the last part softly, chuckling at the concern in Irene's grey hues then swallowed thickly. She could feel her palms growing clammy and hear her heart pounding against her ribcage as she reached for her jacket hidden pocket, right on her left chest, then pulled out a small velvet box. Poor Seulgi's hands were trembling as she presented it to Irene, repeating her dad's words of encouragement in her head like a mantra as she slowly met the older's eyes. "Bae Joohyun.. I uh I'm not great with words, so I'm sorry if I'm not making any sense, eh words can't even describe how amazing you are and how I feel about you. I admire and respect you a lot, your achievements speak for themselves. You're intimidating but in a really good way that it motivates me to.. to be the best version of myself," she paused to in a deep breath to calm her nerves, "when I first saw you, I was so shocked because you were, are, so pretty and I thought my dad was nuts for trying to set up his mediocre daughter with a goddess like you," she snorted and shook her head at the memory, smiling gently at Irene. Then the ferris wheel slowly came to a stop when their cabin was at the top, just like how Seulgi had asked before. "I've never dated before then on my first time I got to go out with the Bae Joohyun. I had doubted myself a lot on our early dates. I was so scared that I'd mess up somehow but you have this ability to make me relax and lower my guard, show you the real me and now here we are.." the younger's lips trembled slightly before they curled up into a tender smile, "thank you for being patient with me, thank you for giving me a chance to see a glimpse of who Bae Joohyun actually is. I'd really love it if you'd allow me to get to know you even better as I stand by your side, growing older with you while doing so. Will you marry me?" And with that Seulgi carefully opened the box to reveal the rose gold heart ring, the tiny cut diamonds shimmering under the sun warmth.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Her right eyebrow twitched up, slowly looking back at her. „Inspired by me? That‘s new...“,she tilted her head to the side, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear. „And there you go being sweet and cheesy again..“ Chuckling for a moment, she frowned at the troubled sight of the younger. „Eung? What‘s wrong? Are you not feeling well, Seul.“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi was tempted to kiss that pout away but she held back and focused on the task in hand, flashing Irene a small smile as she shrugged. "I was just inspired while watching you, it reminded me of that song and how I often find myself thinking about you most of the time when we are apart," she nodded then sighed heavily, looking a little troubled. "Joohyun.. I need to get something off my chest," she muttered, glancing at the other.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ A pout replaced the grin when the younger stopped her singing, crossing her arms again. „No but you just caught me off guard with your singing, you dork“,Irene huffed and turned away, scrunching up her nose. „What made you do that anyways, like there‘s no music?“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Being the little that she was, Seulgi's mouth snapped shut and the singing stopped just as Irene smiled at her like that. "Hmm? Is there something funny, Hyunnie?" She tilted her head slightly in faux innocence, even using the nickname she had came up for the older woman.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Irene‘s hues sparkled in the setting sun, a soft smile on her tiers as she looked down at the smaller growing mass of people around the ferris wheel. Suddenly Seulgi’s singing voice filled the air and she blinked in surprise, turning her head. Her heart skipped more than one beat now and her pearly whites appear when her lips curled up, listening to the other’s beautiful voice.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Instead of looking out the window and admiring the view outside, Seulgi opted to admire the one sitting before her. Irene was more beautiful than that view, as cheesy as that was. Suddenly, she was inspired. "Nobody knows what it feels like nobody knows how to help me, and I'm starting to think there's something wrong with me. No, this ain't healthy," her English pronunciation was perfect as her smooth low voice filled the space, smiling stupidly at the older woman as she continued her singing, "How much I think about you every day. There's no counting all the miles I go out my way, and I'm sick thinking 'bout you when you're not with me. No, this ain't healthy."

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Her gaze remained on Seulgi, curious on why she spoke to the staff and crossed her arms. „Really now? I see..“,she trailed off, shrugging her shoulders as she stepped into the cabin and took a seat away from the door. As soon as everyone got on into the other cabins, the ferris wheel started to move at a even, slow pace and the older looked out of the window.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi shot the other a sympathetic smile, she could relate to that since her brother didn't want anything to do with her as well and her dad couldn't always be there for her because of his job as well. She just put up an innocent smile and shook her head, "nothing. Just asking him about how safe the ride is. Let's go," she nodded and let Irene step into the cabin before taking a seat across her.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ „I see.. I don‘t have any siblings so I can‘t relate to that..“,she let out a sigh, giving the other‘s hand another squeeze. „But my parents were really busy with their jobs so I was often only surrounded by our maids for company.“ Irene pursed her lips trying to recall on that day but shook her head a little. „I’m not sure it was just a feeling, I cannot really describe it..“ She stopped when the younger suddenly excused herself and her eyebrow twitched up. „What was that?“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ A wide smile suddenly broke out on Seulgi's face because Irene was so spot on. "You got it. And also, I'm uh not close to my mother, she favored my brother more," the smile turned bittersweet for a moment before she shook her head. "Yes, something like that.." Seulgi nodded slightly and left it at it, more interested in Irene's claim about them being fated. "Oh really? What made you think that?" She paused when the line moved and excused herself for a moment to talk to the staff operating the ferris wheel, exchanging some words with him before skipping back to Irene's side with a pleased smile.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Her tiers formed into a ‘o‘ as she listened the other, slowly nodding her head again. „I guess it‘s because you are your father‘s little girl?“,she tilted her head the side for a moment, „He wants to be sure that you are doing well and that you are not doing anything that could hurt yourself?“ Irene blinked at the sudden question, glancing away for a moment before gazing back at Seulgi. „You were different than the other suitors, in a good way. The other‘s wouldn‘t even bother to listen to my past. And this may sound weird but I had kinda a feeling that we were fated to meet?“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ "I've never bothered to date before, and dad wanted me to have someone that would look after me which is silly because I can look after myself just fine," Seulgi huffed before sighing softly, "he had good intentions though. He always worries about me, even more after I moved out." She turned her head and tilted it slightly, "why didn't you reject me, Joohyun?" Curiosity filled her dark hues as they came to a stop at the end of the line which was fortunately short.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ „I see, it‘s good that he‘s honest with you..“,she nodded her head, holding onto the younger‘s hand as they walked casually to the ferris wheel. „Oh really? Why that“ The last part got Irene‘s interest as she was curious on why Mr. Kang would say such a thing. „My parents trust me with my decision and perhaps they wouldn‘t admit it out loud but they were worried I might reject you like the other‘s before you.“ She glanced over at Seulgi, smiling again as she squeezed her hand. „But they don‘t have to anymore now.“ Her hues lit up at her own words, continuing to walk until they reached the end of the line for the ferris wheel.
