TIME PERIOD AND SETTING

the period takes place in an ancient time period, with not much modern technology.

THE CITY

the city of vesuvia is a city full ofdeities. it resides in the sky and most humans do not know of it. they hardly leave the city, though some may give their goldly title to live with the humans. everyone has a job that corresponds with the type of god the are i.e a music god might be a music teacher or musician, a god of justice might be a judge. everyone has free will of their occupation as long as it fits their god type and abilities. the city itself is broke up into different ran by the titans. gods with similar abiltiies to the titans work in said districts, and in most cases live there. these districts have their own floating islands which are connected tot he heart of the city by bridges. the bridges correspond to each district, i.e sun is a beam of light, water is a stream of water so and so forth. 

these districts have their own terrain and wearther.

THE GODS AND TITANS

your own ocs. they are not from a specific religion. you can find inspiration from other ogds in different mythologies but you ARE NOT them, the child of them or related in any way. there can be multiple gods of the same thing but different abilities. don't feel discouraged if you see someone who's the same god. on that note, you have creative freedom over what you are the god of (within reason). if you are unsure, you are free to ask the admins. 

MOTHER HEAVEN

the queen of all gods and titans. she is the personification of heaven itself. while she is not the sole creator of the gods and titans, the titans refer to as so. the gods/demigods refer to her as the queen. everyone is not realted to each other, unlike other mythologies.

CLOTHING

the gods wear light and airy clothing, sometimes revealing but not always. here is a pin board of outfits that would be worn bu the people of vesuvia. 

CONSTELLATIONS

since the gods first originated from shooting stars, constellations are something that has become major in vesuvia's culture. they do not mean anything huge, but do play some minor role (that you can make up yourself for your character) to a gods personality. everyone has the option to choose which constellation they want as there's many to choose from.  here is a list of the available constellations.
