I used my mom's galbi recipe. Once you eat it, you will never, ever want restaurant food again.
Starting to get the pan hot, he removed the plastic wrap from the top of the bowl, mixing the contents with a pair of tongs.
I didn't find any ribs at the store though, so I just used regular steak with it. But it will still be delicious, I promise.
