@人┊son seungwan It has been just another day for Seulgi to stroll around the city hall, unlike the others, Hangshui's are more futuristic since the city has been bustling and buzzing with new type of technology with them. This is Seulgi's pride, the city itself where she was born and raised, her father's money weren't a waste after all. She went to the lobby of the city hall to see people working and looking at the statues and the wonderful infrastructure of the place, the people of Hangshui knows the leader when they see her, they bow respectfully as she walks passed by, the hybrid smiles slightly and nodded her head before looking at children who are amazed by their advanced technology.

The leader of Hangshui walked closer to them and the tour guides and teachers are bowing at the leader before they instruct the kids to greet the leader. Seulgi smiles at them with sincerity, "You all must be from Jiashi, I welcome you all in my city." She greeted before the kids starts to look at her in awe because of her soft expression towards them. She walked in front of the large, platinum statue, "Since all of you children are here, do you want to know about how Hangshui established?" She asked the children and most of them wanted to listen which made Seulgi chuckled lightly, "Okay, okay, listen now. Once upon a time..." then she tells the children of how Hangshui became a city.
