With this contract the following parties enter a contract of servitude under the paragraphs written below:

ยง1 Ownership Agreement

Upon signing this contract, the fighter will become the possession of Master Jake. The parties agree to an ownership arrangement until the termination terms of the contract are met. This agreement extends beyond the activities required under paragraph ยง2. With signing this contract, the Fighter turns over their free will to Master Jake until the contract is terminated. The Fighter agrees to hand over control over their body and mind and to not enter any other contracts or social responsibilities such as relationships or ual partnerships until the contract is over.

ยง2 Activity Agreement

Upon signing the Fighter agrees to be involved in the daily activities of the establishment under Master Jakeโ€™s supervision. They are to entertain guests and participate in the daily fights. The Fighter agrees to be used and handled by the patrons of the establishment in question. Both parties agree that temporary ownership can be established between the Fighter and a patron of the establishment if needed to fulfill the requested work. These temporary ownerships can be terminated at any time by Master Jake at his own discretion.

ยง3 Payment Agreement

The Master will pay the Fighter a compensation equal to 50% of the profit margin the club received through bets for each win in the club. This compensation is to be paid after the loser has received their punishment and can be collected by the Fighter. The compensation has to be paid in monetary value and cannot be substituted. The compensation cannot be billed to clear the Fighter's debt, accumulated through previous losses.

ย The Fighter agrees to compensate the Master with monetary valued work for each loss equal to 60% of the profit margin received by the club through bets. This can be paid in monetary value or work equal to the monetary value. Not paid compensation will be recorded as debt to be repaid.

ยง4 Termination Of Contract

The contract can be terminated at any point by the Master. The Fighter can not terminate the contract unless the following conditions apply:

ย The Fighter is no longer able to fulfill the work specified in paragraph ยง2 due to physical disability.

ย The Fighter is in no more debt towards the Master as specified in paragraph ยง3.

ย The Fighter is not able to provide the password needed to complete the application: I sign that I will comply with the rules of this Roll Play

ย The Fighter has violated one of the rules named in paragraph ยง1.

ย The Fighter has the right to bring up contract termination to the Master however unless one of the above-named conditions applies the decision to terminate lies with the Master.
