It's use to escape the reality in which can be a nightmare. Or it can be the imprisonment of the mind and traps a person there to no ends. Even if you don't know what to use it for, mastering it first and you'll figure it out when the times come.

@Shim Hyunseong Yes, you are able to. But, since you don't really have full control in a Trance state it's won't have much control and it'll wear off.
