NOTICE: NEW THANATOS

REVAMP: After about twelve days of on and off working on it, the admins have finally finished a polished version of Thanatos. Those still interested, please apply there!

PLEASE NOTE: ALTHOUGH WE HAVE MAINTAINED THE BASIC SECTORS, A LOT HAS BEEN CHANGED ABOUT THANATOS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.

MOVING NOTICE: Thanatos is to be renovated. Instead of revamping, the admins have decided on creating a new roleplay. It will be under the same name, but many things will have been changed.

@Lay [Hiatus] Seohyun shrugged again.

"Hopefully we won't come across anything, but I can fight if I really have to. Don't worry."

She closed her eyes, feeling the wind and feeling the forest, to the forest they went.

@Seohyun Lay nodded. "Okay. But let me tell you, I'm horrible in a fight, so you're on your own." Lay looked at Seohyun when she put her hands on his. He smiled, and grabbed on just a bit tighter. He hope that there wouldn't be any dangerous animals.

@Lay [Hiatus] "I'm not going to hurt you and hopefully we won't" She shrugged as she said this, nonchalantly brushing off the fact of rabid creatures in the forest. If worse came to worse, hopefully she'd be able to teleport them out of there. It wasn't like the cove, where their powers were useless.
"Hold on tight" She gripped Lay's hands so he would lose the grasp on her arm. The image of the Forest came to her mind easily, with her five senses vividly felt.

@Seohyun Lay internally congratulated himself for making Seohyun smile. He nodded, "Okay, but I hope that we don't see the creatures that live there." He gave a little shudder, scaring himself. Lay looked at Seohyun's arm, and grabbed it, trusting that she wouldn't kill him.

She gave a placid smile, just a bare minimum but it was there. "No...I don't....I've seen the shadows of creatures...or things, but I don't think I've seen whatever is in the woods themselves" She made a gesture for him to come closer and grab her arm. She wasn't a master at her powers, but she'd been taught well, enough that hopefully she wouldn't make a fool of herself

@Seohyun Lay looked at her. "Do... you know what's in the woods?" He looked around fearfully, utterly terrified at the thoughts of strange creatures he couldn't see. When he heard her words, he sighed, a little more comfortable. "So... can we go now?"

@Lay [Hiatus] "Well You just can't yell like a fool that's all, You never know what's lurking in the woods, but....it's quite pleasant minus the slight insecurities" She remembered the soft wind that caressed her face and the scent of wood that still lingered in her mind.
She paused her thoughts looking at Lay, "You're still fairly new, I haven't even visited everywhere yet, so it's not a bad thing"

@Seohyun Lay laughed. "Now I'm a bit scared. You know where the forest is? Great! I haven't been there yet!" Lay looked a little abashed, and looked at the ground.

@Lay [Hiatus] "Minded you should, but I don't thnk you've done anything to make me hostile...yet." A whisper of a smile played across her lips. "Just what I was thinking, it's not too far from here....so I think I know how to get there" She'd already seen the forest so many times, it probably was slowly becoming her favorite place, also the fact that she knew how to teleport made it all the better. She wouldn't get lost in the forest anymore

@Seohyun He nodded. "Hostility. Right. I'll keep that in mind." He looked around. "A little less crowded... Like a forest?"

@Lay [Hiatus] She tilted her head slightly, "Only unless I needed to act hostile that is." She shouldered her bag, "hm. how about we go somewhere a bit less crowded than this?" She needed a breather after the adventure she had today.

@Seohyun Lay looked at her. "You've never felt the need to talk? Man, I could learn some stuff from you." He got up and stretched. "Where do you wanna go?"

@Lay [Hiatus] "I've never....really felt the need to associate with people. Your welcome though." she stood up as he finished off his tart. "ok."

@Seohyun He nodded. "Yeah. I don't really talk that much, so it's a nice change, you being quieter than me. I feel much more social now. Thanks for that." Lay grinned, and finished his tart. "You wanna get going?"

@Lay [Hiatus] SHe bit her lip feeling a little bad. It wasn't like she'd really shared anything with him. Not like she had really planned to, it was a lot more to explain than some people.
She was started to look at him maybe as a friend. She hadn't planned to make any friends here, too personal.
"yeah...it is quite weird" she echoed,

@Seohyun "I...guess." Lay looked at his hands. "I don't really know. It's really easy for me to talk to you, and tell you everything. It's quite weird, actually."

@Lay [Hiatus] She nodded, "That's good, your brain is pretty important." She looked at the color beads on her bracelet reflecting light, giving off the slightest sheen of color. "well, I don't know...how so?"

@Seohyun "No, it's nice trying to think for a change," he laughed. "I'm pretty sure my brain is empty, since I do absolutely nothing with it." Lay looked at Seohyun. "It's weird, but I feel like I've known you for a long time."

@Lay [Hiatus] She placed the plate that no longer held cake on the tray. "I think a lot, ...sorry...if it might contradict with you."
She wondered if she was being an awkward person, she just didn't know her way with words.

@Seohyun "Oh, no! I'm very interested in what you have to say! I just have to think, to get my responses. I don't usually have to do that." Lay flustered around with his answer, completely confused.

@Lay [Hiatus] "hmm, so you don't like what I have to say?" She asked with a bemused voice. She finished off her cake, happy she had chose the chiffon cake

@Seohyun Lay laughed. "You're such an interesting person. You don't say much, but when you do, you make me think." Lay crinkled his nose. "And just for the record, I don't like thinking. It makes my head hurt."

@Lay [Hiatus] Seohyun nodded, "Fair enough." She took another bite, "For the record, I DO enjoy this cake now."
Maybe she always thought too much about things, but that was just the way her brain was wired, now and then. What she'd said, wasn't exactly a question with an answer, but more of a rhetorical one, but it was interesting to know what Lay thought.

@Seohyun He pondered her question. "Well... I have no idea, honestly. I just think that you should enjoy yourself as much as you can in the present, so you don't regret it in the future." Lay nodded at his words. He ate another part of the tart, and nodded again.

@Lay [Hiatus] She shook her head, "It's ok, I can just savor this one." It was true,she had learned to appreciate the things she had and not ask for more. Also the fact that it would impose on him to spend more and she wouldn't change her mind set of letting people buy for her.
"If you have too much of one thing, how can you truly enjoy it as special?" she nodded and took another bite

@Seohyun Lay grinned, sheepishly. "Sorry, I wasn't paying attention. Looks like you're enjoying that cake. You want another one?" Lay wasn't really one to buy people things, but he felt that Seohyun needed to be spoiled. He ate another piece of the tart, savoring the sweetness of the glaze.

@Lay [Hiatus] She shook her head in mock disbelief, "What else do you think I was talking about, spacey?" Her rude attitude was in her words, but she kept her voice from being harsh and instead,light. She took another bite of her fluffy cake,enjoying the taste.
