hello, and welcome to our wonderful city. i am your prince oh sehun. i have only been recently appointed, but i hope you enjoy my rule and your stay here. as there have been bumps in the road until this point, i do hope you see me as a fitting ruler.
that is not all i have to say, as i am not just here to welcome you to this city, because i may have already done that, but we are starting up our new feature towards inner city vampires. to those who aren't one of that group, i recommend you keep reading just because i spent a lot of time making this.
we are starting up our pet adoption feature. you will now finally get your own, personal, human pet. how you use this pet, is up to you. the only rules the government has against the use of a human pet is to not kill them, or put them in danger of being close to death, that is all we ask.
if you expect to just ask for a pet, you are wrong, sir. as we do need to keep up the activity of this place, we will be using points as a way to either get you to be able to afford a pet, or for the pet to be so expensive no one will be able to buy them.
the prices are
over 500 points - 300 pts.
between 500 and 250 - 200 pts
between 250 and 150 - 100 pts
below 150 - 50 pts
as pets start accumulating more points, we will start setting prices after 500 points. but for now, we are keeping it 500 and below. so, pets, if you don't wanna be bought, post. and vampires, if you want that beautiful pet you have your eyes on, post. pets have no say in who buys them, but if two people want to buy a pet, we will set up an auction.
i hope you guys buy a pet, as they want homes too. for now, you can only buy one pet, but if you have enough for another and want to buy another, just ask an admin kindly. once the pet:vampire ratio becomes bigger on the vampire side, we will strenthen this rule, or loosen it if the pet side gets bigger.
