—背景 background
Born as an only kitten to an osteologist and a lawyer, Willie had a calm childhood lacking in rambunctious games and chaotic adventures. His relaxed demeanor compared to the rowdy behaviors of other kittens his age caused him to seclude himself away from the other children and in turn for them to push him away. Though with the characters in his books, Willie rarely grew lonely. He became more reserved around people and talked less, hiding away in his room or small spaces around his parents’ house. All throughout his education, Willie always stayed hidden away, communicating with others using only the bare minimum of words. Despite his lack of vocal interaction, his writing was always spectacular. When his first published work received a young writer's award, Willie was flooded with students trying to speak to him. Exasperated with the sheer volume of people now interested in him, Willie nearly left the school if it wasn’t for his parents who forced him to finish his education. After that, he began to submit his work under a pen name, to avoid the attention it brought to him. He got through college in a similar fashion, escaping to the library and sitting in secluded corners. This behavior frustrated his parents who wanted the boy to have a master of his own, so they soon arranged one for him. Needless to say, it did not work out. The man was much too impatient and outgoing to deal with someone like Willie. When the kitten refused to even touch the man, let alone have with him, it was the last straw for the both of them. With his parents refusing to see him if he was not bound to a master and the master they chose for him kicking the poor kitten out, Willie had no choice but to find residence at the mansion.

Willie is a quiet kitten who prefers writing and reading to socializing. He’s sleepy and lazy most of the time, but productive enough to get his manuscripts done on time. He enjoys napping the day away or curling up in a quiet place to read. Some days if he feels adventurous he’d venture out to busy cafes, to sit and watch people go about their day. By observing humans and absorbing their behaviors, Willie is able to transfer these to paper and create well rounded characters. Sometimes in the process he adopts new habits and hobbies, almost as if he were acting out the characters in his novels before he writes them down. At times, these new things stick and he’s left with piles of origami paper and most recently, cosplay wigs. Although Willie is well versed in social interaction, at least on paper, he is unable to put these to real life and his usual eloquence is marred by inexperience. He is straight to the point to conserve energy and not waste words, which leads to him being too blunt at times. He rarely sugarcoats things to avoid speaking more than he’s used to and it mostly boils down to his reclusive tendencies and listlessness. They say, one requires extreme patience to deal with him.
