Song qian, or Victoria, was born in shandong, China. As a young girl, she was enrolled in traditional chinese dance classes in the dance academy near home. Although victoria did not initially enjoy dancing, she grew into this hobby when she learned that traditional dance could be combined with contemporary dance to create beautiful Masterpieces. Her childhood and adolescence were peaceful and filled with entertainment and education. by the time she had graduated college with a degree in international Studies, Vic knew that she did not want to stay and work in China. Since she was in the middle of a kpop phase in her youth, she decided to learn korean and find some temporary work in the korean entertainment industry as an idol manager. A few years ended up becoming a decade. In her experience, Victoria managed a boy group that was active for five years before disbanding and an older solo artist who retired from the entertainment industry after another three years. She Applied for the diamond soul factory because of its claim to fame for having a long lineup of talented trainees that were expected to debut soon.
