You mean a great deal to me, and I cannot begin to express how comforting your presence was at such an volatile time in my life. Regrettably, as I navigated through those changes in my life, I allowed myself to be consumed by confusion and anger. I want you to know that my actions were not a reflection of my feelings towards you; rather, they were a result of my inability to balance my own emotions effectively.
