@✧ k. junhoe lalisa considered herself fortunately favored, not just by lady luck herself, but by a good majority of peers who went out of their way to do favors for her now and then— at least whenever she couldn’t make it to class. which wasn’t an awful lot, or.. so as she liked to believe either way. she would have to remember to return the favor; whether that meant passing out an exclusive invite to the next big party or even so pulling through with a plug for some good stash of booze, anything, really.

but, now, she just needed to focus on the phone number she was handed, and the initials ‘kjh’ that were scribbled along with it in barely decipherable handwriting. “what class was this even for again–,” lisa muttered to herself at some point as she stumbled towards the basketball court, that one place she was told to find her project partner for the time being. there they would hopefully be able to explain to her more about the project than she was made to remember the first time she was quickly briefed through it, positively recovering from a hangover.

this time, she had her head in the game. determination filling every fibre of her being to get through this class, even if it meant waiting for said partner by some formidably long minutes after their agreed meet-up time. succumbing to absolute boredom, however, lalisa eventually resorted to entertaining herself by shooting a couple of hoops with a basketball that had just been lying about, her bag of essentials soon cast aside as she did what she could manage in her heeled boots. “he’s killing me, and i don’t even know him yet.” she gave in with a fairly miserable sigh, eyes of cocoa brown barely adjusting to the heinous rays of the sun beating down of her.

this boy had better been worth the wait.
