@raihan. the corner of his lips twitched as he stopped in his tracks, slowly turning to face Raihan he arches a brow teasingly while a smirk plays along his lips. with a slight shrug to his shoulders, he leans in closer chuckling softly and hums.
i would like to see someone try that with me, i am sure i could afford it but you don't seem like the type who would want to bleed me dry. i just wish to spoil you with a gift in exchange for your kindness and for taking care of me when i was not at my best.

@rafayel. seeing the other so chipper and in high spirits brings a relief smile to his own face. he was glad that the other seemed to be feeling much better, and was impressed that he overcame it in record time as well. but, he still felt it was better to be safe now than sorry later. he shudders at the memory of finding a friend passed out off the side of the road when he attempted to return to work too soon following a cold.
ooh. be careful who you make that offer to. you never know, i might just eat you out of your worth.

@raihan. his lips curl up into a smile knowing he got his way in the end. there was no heat radiating from his body nor were did he feel any aches and he had plenty of energy to boost. it was a perfect day to go out and about.
i do? hm.. well you can accompany me so you don’t have to feel so worried. while we’re at it, do you like luxury items? is there any type of foods you’d like to eat? it’ll be my treat and no need to worry about the price

sighs, understand where the stubbornness and need desire to roam stems from, though still doesn't agree with it. nonetheless, he relents to rafayel's wishes and just nods in solemn agreement.
alright, alright. you remind me of another guy i know, which only makes me worry even more. at least let me join you in case you end up collapsing somewhere in the street.

@xiao. [h] He seems to think this is a reasonable, nodding and looking toward the various shops selling food.

@zhongli. our first order of business?
runs a hand through his hair and looks out to their surroundings again, scanning the area for a good place to start but landing on the food court. it does give him an idea though.
first order of business is to get food. then we discuss over our meals.
nods to himself, knowing this "plan" isn't really a good one and just delayed the inevitable, but he's betting on it giving them more time to actually think something up.
heizou would say we cannot think as well on empty stomachs, so let's start there.

@xiao. [h] Zhongli regards the crowds with his usual expression of calm concentration. It isn’t the most ideal, no, but if this would make heizou happier, then so be it. He guides his distressed companion to a sparser area away from the bustling crowds. It’s hard to speak in such chaos.

You don’t want to give up before making a real effort, do you? You’re very smart, Xiao, I’m sure we can achieve our goal with you on the job. Now, what do you think our first order of business should be?

@zhongli. heizou had enough. more than enough of xiao and zhongli's... "everythingness" as he so put it this morning. he was tired of the two geezers being the "complicated old farts he had to take care of" so he decided to send them on a mission. he shoved both of them out of the house first thing and said to come back with a job. and it took the two a little thinking about where to do so, but much to xiao's dismay, they ended up at the mall. and to make matters worse, on a more crowded day.
...can't we just say we did and go?
xiao asks, tugging on one of zhongli's sleeves as he stares out at all the people and outlets, growing overwhelmed. by the task and the situation. this was their best option for now, being able to go around to several places at once, but he'd much rather be at home, eating almond tofu. his shoulders slump and he huffs a defeated sigh, pouting a tad.
do we really have to do this?
