Sky Cape City is one of the newly rebuilt towns of Earth. As the Aliens define Human homes primitive, they have destroyed them, flattened the land, and rebuilt their new buildings out of aluloy manicfist (al•u•loy - man•ick•fist), another light metal found on their home planet. The city is mostly Aliens with 1 Human servant per family.
