This is where all Human children are taken to so they can be trained to serve the Kanseru Empire. Many have been built around the world but Kiklania (kick•la•n•e•a) Children Center (located in what used to be South Korea) is the most famous for it's gentle training for the young beings. Once they reach the age of 16, the Humans are dressed in Molten Flower Orange and sent to Slave Town. Some Aliens that are the caretakers become attached to the Humans though and take them as their own secretly, hiding them from the empire. This is considered a crime and those who have been caught have been taken to the Military Court Ruling to have their fate decided. The Human child that was taken is forced into Slave Town, or faces the Military Court Ruling along side their Alien foster parent.
