Rules Of Joseon;

1) Firstly, favourite and upvote the roleplay, then leave a message on the admin's wall.

2) and yuri are allowed, in addition to straight relationships, but keep in mind that this is a Joseon Dynasty au roleplay under Confucian values.

3) No bashing, bullying, flaming or disrespectful actions allowed. Be courteous.

4) Character drama is allowed, OOC drama isn't.

5) One user can have up to two characters.

6) Relationships and marriage are allowed and welcomed. However, mpreg is not, and males in relationships of yongyang-chi-chung* tendencies are encouraged to adopt a child instead.

7) , miscarriage and violence are allowed only on a borderline basis, but will be seen as a disturbance to the peace of Joseon. Committing suicide or murder is directly against the Sam Kang O Ryun and will be dealt with severely.

8) is allowed.

9) Going on hiatus or leaving? PM the admin or comment in the hiatus room.

10) When speaking in OOC, always use brackets. {}; (); [] etc.

11) You have 7 days ( a week ) to be active, and one verbal warning will be issued before you are removed from the roleplay. Rejoining is allowed.

Password to be typed into application form: your favourite Korean traditional drama.

*yongyang-chi-chung: literal - the dragon and the sun, the coming together of the two male symbols; a discreet way of referring to homoual practices in the Joseon Dynasty.

►steps to glory:

1) As stated in the imperial command above, favourite and upvote the roleplay before applying.

2) Next, comment below for the admin to add your character (prefably one played by an actor or actress in a sageuk/ traditional korean drama or a present-day singer sent back to the Joseon era). We will inform you when the character has been added, and after that, please comment once again, "_______ is present in the Royal Court."

3) Post on the admin's wall after you have gained the character. Please add a picture and a profile after you have been accepted, in your own time.

4) Character reservation for 3 days maximum.

5) PM the admin if you have any questions.
