information about initiation and some rule changes
initiation:
okay so now that the school is up and running, it's time frat officers and members think about initiation!
initiation will take place during the second week of every month starting september (also as an activity check!).
during the week Before initiation, the officers and members must get together to decide on the initiation process (we advise that you make a group pm about it with all of the current members).
Once the process has been set, inform an admin of the process so that we can see it before hand and make sure it's something that's actually doable.
you may choose to keep the same process every time or change it up from time to time.
within this period, we will not be accepting applications so we can focus on current pledges and the initiation.
once initiation is over, those who failed to participate will be removed from the rp (you're welcome to come back!).
based on who remains, bigs and littles will be assigned (by the higher office members).
rule changes:
Also with that there will be a slight change of rules.
- character limit: was 3, now 4 (but only upon admin digression)
this means that while you are allowed a fourth, the fourth will only be accepted if all admins believe you can keep all your muses active and alive. However, if your fourth muse falls inactive more than 3 times, it will be removed and you won't be able to ask for a fourth until you can prove that you can handle it.
- regarding presidency of frats:
It has been brought to our attention that some people think presidency should be decided on through some sort of election and not just through the original "can i be president" deal. i (Admin kitten) myself has been a part of a frat and I know how frustrating it gets when you have an incapable president.
therefore, we are setting an election system to the president position.
anyone who wishes to run for president are given three days to prove themselves worthy of becoming the president.
at the end of this trial period, the frat members and pledges will vote on who they think fit the role best.
this process will happen for the nu and delta presidents (since hyunwoo has already been sigma's president for a while) and for the next three days, anyone who wishes to be president will have to put their names on the ballot (post in the rank room).
If at any moment we lose a president to inactivity or they leave the rp, the process will be brought back to elect the new president.
