So I was thinking...
Sandbox holds a very special place in my heart, and I loved it for every bit of what it is. There was no specific "theme" for the rp, which meant that our plots were more flexible. If you wanted to be a murderer, you could be. If you wanted to be a kidnapper, you had a chance to be one. The rest of us normal folks had a place here too. But the events we brought on placed a lot of pressure on us, and for what? For the sake of activity? To keep our members excited? Maybe both. Or perhaps we wanted to explore themes that were out of the ordinary "slice of life" stuff. Something crazy. Something exhilarating. We all loved Murder Mystery. Paranoia was a horror show (thanks to our beloved kidnappers). But as much as we adored coming up with such crazy ideas, they were stressful to conduct and participate in.
I want to bring the elements of a relaxed, apartment/small town au back, but without the need for events to keep it interesting. Instead, we're planning to make the new edition a private friends-only roleplay. This way, the rp is self paced and you can do whatever you want lol. No pressure for activity or anything, just threads.
Yes, we're thinking about making it a freeverse roleplay, where you can bring whatever kind of plot you want into the rp.
Structure
▹ Each "apartment" will be a different thread. For example:
⤻ a11 : Baekhyun x Lisa
⤻ a12 : Sam x Ari
⤻ a13 : Jaemin x Heejin
▹ And so on.
▹ We're unsure if we will include town rooms and stuff because we don't know how that'll work. If you guys think it'll be fine, then why not.
▹ Also unsure if we should also have the "lounge" in the rp for chatting and whatnot (let us know what you think).
▹ But yeah that's...all we got so far LOL.
