why do people choose to just block someone instead of trying to speak to them and resolve whatever conflict or issue they may have? is it just because it's easier to do that instead of be mature and have a discussion with someone else? is it because your friends or friend group don't like a certain person so you just block them without ever actually interacting with them and just take their word for it? is it because they said something you don't like or disagree with and can't handle someone thinking differently from you? i understand that there are legitimate reasons for blocking someone and you may have actually tried to resolve your issues with the other person. but it seems like a lot of people immediately go to blocking instead of trying to sort things out when there may have just been a misunderstanding or you just need to have a conversation.
