｡✱ ─ interest check : apartment au with an itty bitty twist!

yes i am starting a new job soon, in theory i should not be thinking about opening and admining anything right now, but this idea has been brewing in my head for a couple of days now, so i wanted some feedback/thoughts on it. essentially, it would be an oc, apartment centered au (also a city au too ig- but it would mostly focus on the lives of the residents of this apartment). the gist is, it was originally a hotel but due to so many clients expressing how they would have loved to live there, after a few years it closed for renovations and became an apartment complex instead. but here's where i would put my unique twist to it. i wanted all participants to join first as kids. no hear  me out first! often times, we pick fcs that are already in their 20s or we have users that love rping older fcs but can never truly make the best of it in an au. there's been times where i miss my childhood, sometimes i wish i could be a kid again without a worry in the world- and it happens to the characters we write as well. we often write about their past, their childhood, their upbringing, their 'connections' but we don't really get to indulge in that because it becomes part of their background. we focus on our fc's present and future. my vision for this was for everyone to start as a teenager or young adult, maybe visiting the hotel or maybe you live near the hotel in that little neighborhood, up to you, and after a couple of months (or maybe even weeks depending on how things move along) the rp would go through a timeskip. and essentially a revamp of sorts too! and now all our characters are older, much older, probably in their late 20s to early-mid and even late 30s! maybe they stayed in the same town, maybe they moved out but have returned to find a brand new and modern apartment where a nostalgic hotel once stood. idk i want it to be very wholesome and relaxed the only thing that would worry me is nasty people using minor or barely legal fcs to do vile things. know that under no circumstances will any of that be permitted and if you're found ualizing minors and barely legal (what i mean by barely legal is fcs who have just turned 18-19 and you're still doing dirty things, ew? did you just wait for them to turn legal to ? that's ing gross.) you will be removed, blacklisted and blocked. i don't with that, it's illegal and really ing gross and if you do that you have issues. anyway that disclaimer aside for all you reasonable and mature users who won't engage in that kind of behavior- what are your thoughts? would you be interested in a concept like this? all feedback and constructive criticism is appreciated! thank you ü
