Connection issues live chat

So I've got ONE RP in my list where I just can't connect to the live chat of any room.

I've tried using phone and laptop.
I've tried logging out of all devices and relogging.
I've tried leaving and rejoining.

Nothing works, halp T T

i've experienced this once before as well, and back then it had something to do with your name
i don't remember what symbol it was, but try to change your name maybe? i think it was '
