Probability Manipulation — The ability to manipulate the probability of an event, making unlikely things occur more often or instantly and preventing likely events from happening as often as they should.

The probability of a given scenario must be above 0% to cause it and less than 100% to prevent it, and cannot rule out other scenarios by making something confirmed to happen. Can only increase/decrease odds, cannot make something confirmed to happen or not occur at all (cannot rule out other possibilities by making one 100% likely or make a possibility impossible) although it could be made very likely or unlikely.

It drains her energy, making her lightheaded and can go on to cause fainting for short or long periods of time according to the severity of the change. The bigger the change in probability will cause bigger repercussions than something that is only a slight change. She can also only affect things with an above 1% chance of happening with her current skill.
