Born into a rich, very traditional family in the Wen pack, Max was raised to respect the pack's core values. As he got older, he realized that he disagreed with many of them, but he was never vocal about this dislike—he valued his position in his family and didn't want to be ostracized for his beliefs. He was raised to be a warrior, strong and fierce, despite a childhood desire to become a doctor. He let those childhood dreams disappear, taken from him by a need to be a good strong alpha who would one day mate with an omega and produce strong pups for the pack.
