back story
Scientists have struggled for decades in their attempt to breathe new life into a dying market; the pet trade. For too long have people been bored by the idea of living pets, why attempt to keep them fed, clean and healthy when a virtual or robotic substitute is just as good and none of the trouble? Striking into ground breaking research scientists began splicing human and animal DNA in search for the perfect combination.
Created in a test tube Kibum has spent his entire life within the lab, under going observation to search for common deformities or bodily malfunctions that used to occur in "his kind" all too often. But it had been 7 years since then and no " nekos" since had shown any problems at all; each born from their synthetic womb with fully formed animal ears and tail with perfect bodily function. Just as the scientists had wanted all those years ago.
Now ready for exportation, the first batch of 5,000 Nekos sit in their own 4 by 4 cells awaiting an owner.

Our rp runs on the basis of demand and supply, the more masters there are, the more pets are allowed
to join. Currently both masters and pets are wanted. If you decide to join us then you should
probably learn a little first, so here it goes...
Masters as you join the rp you're expected to actively seek out your pet, visiting the laboratory as soon as possible and inspecting each cell. Once you find that special pet you're free to take him home.
Pets one you join us you must remain within your cell, trying your best to look cute and fluffy (optional) to attract the eye of a master and get your ticket out of the cell.
