@♀04 - shinoda reiko How many days has it been? Without water? The male sniffed her way through the woods, leading to no traces of water. “DAMMIT!” she cursed, leaving a small hiss as she scratched the mud, making her nails all dirtied up by its icky thick substance of brown. Yet then, a small drop of survival occurred, right in front of her eyes, she saw a trail of water leading a way, which might be a river, a pond, whatever needed for her, to at least survive one or two days.


Tracing its path, it leaded her by time, as she crawled on all for, noticing a small house between all the threes. She paused up, standing up as she brushed her hair back behind her air, gulping as she didn´t know whether if it was a good idea or not to enter. But it seemed like it has water, which is why she got leaded here. Hesitating indeed for a minute or two, she leaded herself into the house, surprised that it seemed so empty, yet also the fact that it was still up and go, and not a run down due to its old standards.


“Water….Water” she thought to herself a she roamed around these empty rooms of broken shards and dust filling the corners all around. It smelled rotten here. It smelled like .. Corpse, she thought. It must have used as the old tributes old torture chamber back in the old days of battle royale. It has been said that they used the temptation of water to psyche them out. Not a bad trick, yet, she wouldn`t kill if it wasn`t necessary, that was her policy.


“Eh?” she thought, as she stopped up, hearing footsteps around. F-, she needed to hide, but where? She hasn`t even found any water, nor well or anything. The male, hurried up, noticing this broken, fell downs of planks that she decided to hide under at. This stranger might be a threat or not, she couldn´t be seen.

@♀08 - ryuugazaki izumi Reiko choked; coughed and sputtered, like a kid who hadn’t been told to slow down. She could taste the earth in the water but welcomed it all the same. Lips wet, chest heaving, she sank to the ground, back against the stone well. The sun hovered ahead, scorching her slowly with its rays. How long had it been? Several days? Supplies were dwindling, stamina was depleting, sister that much closer to disappearing. Reiko quickly pushed the last thought out of her mind. She couldn’t afford that kind of thinking. It frightened her; would cripple her if she believed it for even a minute. If she couldn’t save her sister then what else did she have? The answer to that made her insides churn—she hoped it wasn’t the water.

Drawing in a shaky breath, Reiko stumbled to her feet. It would be stupid to dawdle around the well. Everyone else had to drink too. In fact, she was lucky that no one was there to welcome her. If she wanted to continue scraping by, she definitely had to take more caution. That meant desperately /inhaling/ water, hunched over a hole in the ground, was probably not something she should make a habit of. With that in mind, she listened carefully for any sound of movement. Leaves rustling, cicadas, nothing life threatening; it was almost too good to be true.

Her eyes traveled to the house. It looked undisturbed for the most part; save for the decaying exterior. Through the cracks of the boarded windows, all Reiko could see was darkness within. There was no telling who or what lurked inside. Part of her told her not to stick around to find out, but her less reasonable side convinced her that any occupant could potentially be her sister.
