@♂18 - chishu yukuze Ayane stood still at the center of the farmhouse after circling the building a few times. She had been walking around the island actually, surveying her surroundings clearly so she could know the map by heart. Luck was on her side for the first few hours, only narrowly missing the forbidden zones as she walked by them. Her hands were silently folding the map as she walked towards one of the closed areas inside the farmhouse, which had an oil lamp and some matches. She thanked the gods above, she found more supplies left by the residents. She sat down on a small stool and shoved the matches into her bag. Her instincts told her to oil the sides of the lamp, which as she predicted, creaked lightly as she moved it. She wanted to be as silent as possible when she was traveling around the island. It protected her from her possible murderers.

Her shoes half sunken into the ground, she trudged around the dirty farmhouse, fixing her things and setting up string traps to warn her of intruders. She even laid out one long piece of yarn, visibly marking the boundary of the zones that the farmhouse covered. If ever one side of the farmhouse would become a forbidden zone, she would just rest over on the other side.

It was quiet in the area, like she had always preferred. Quiet enough that she could hear any commotion coming from the outside. Nothing to distract her from her work. By work, she meant carving small, heavy pieces of wood into sharp projectiles and daggers. She had been collecting wood and stuffing them into her bag until it was bursting-at-the-seams full. The only thing she had hated about this game was that her weapon was a ty axe. An axe she could barely throw, only swing. But the blade was easy enough to manipulate that she could make her backup weapons.

Yoru could hardly believe the current situation. All he could do was calmly leave the class room after receiving his bag. But as soon as he got out he jolted forward, the amount of anxiety and nerves going through Yoru must have triggered it... With a wince and a few struggled steps, Yoru rushed away from the school. He needed to get as far away as possible. It hurt. His eyes would shut tight leading him to stumble from time to time.
He was as good as dead if anyone were to ever find him in this state. Nobody liked him and he had no friends anyway. The fleeting thought that he could survive this had actually passed his mind considering his experience in fighting. But with his illness showing... he couldn't do a damn thing he could bring himself to move. He choked on the slight regurgitation of his saliva. It was getting worse. The faint taste of iron had come up.
"Damn it.." Yoru had only made it so far when he eyed a farmhouse. He couldn't handle moving much farther so it would have to do for now. He pushed his way inside before letting himself almost collapse on the floor, near a corner. He scooted himself, desperately, until the upper half of his back was leaning against the wall.
Pulling his backpack close to him, he decided to take out his weapon if someone came at him.
If life hadn't already cursed him, then it was certain that he had been now. It was only a bulletproof vest. Sure, it would protect him from bullets but he knew there people running around with damn machine guns and swords. The vest would only protect from slices so much. On the plus side, he was better at hand to hand combat than carrying around a weapon he had never used before. Only glancing inside the bag he eyed what seemed to be water and bread.
Before he could even process anymore thoughts, Yoru felt searing pain in his abdomen again. He groaned aloud, but tried hard to keep it quiet. He was starting to sweat profusely. His breathes were short and heavy. And on occasion, blood would drip out of his mouth. He squeezed his stomach with one arm as if the pain would cease in doing so.
Ever since he was young child, Yoru was aware he had a condition called Crohn's Disease. For the most part he could lead a somewhat normal life, except for the fact that he had to keep very clean as he was prone to infection and sickness due to the disease creating a weak immune system. Thus, as any child, he had trouble keeping clean, thus he was constantly ill. He was seen as weak and gullible among other children and became target for bullying until Yoru was about seven years old... he started to fight back so much he was beating up fellow children. Eventually he just got used to being physically and verbally abusive that most left him alone.
Another groan escaped his lips as he continued clutching his abdomen as blood and some vomit persisted on making its way up his esophagus while he kept trying to hold everything in. Blood was already dripping down his chin, but it was okay as long as he wasn't hurling at high speed like his body wished to do. Although Crohn's was particularly random in occurrence it was aggravated by diet and stress... so this one was obviously triggered.
