The Misty Lake (霧の湖 Kiri no Mizuumi) is a large lake located at the foot of the Youkai Mountain. Many fairies and youkai alike appear to gather here, especially during the summertime, given the abundant water.

Tao wanders aimlessly down the mountain and through the trees that towered over him. He sighed and raised his hands to the trunk of one tree and muttered under his breath a locator spell. When the tree did nothing, he cursed out loud and began walking again. He suddenly heard a series of loud cracks and pops. He turned around and saw the tree's branches all growing at a rapid pace in the same direction. He beamed and sprinted in that direction, the tree returning to its former self.
