the jocks
The jocks are your local school athletes, and range from the popular and rich star athletes, to your not so popular underdog athletes, though, most are considered popular and hang out with the preps. A lot of them are also known to party, bully, and sleep around a lot, though there are some of the rare exceptions. They are usually highly favored among the teachers.
The PReps
These are your trust fund babies, who are probably at least, 3rd generation heirs. Their parents are probably on the school board, and are the main source of income for the school, giving these kids a lot of power. They have all the best stuff, and a re a tight knit group of students, who probably grew up together. A lot of them have perfect GPA's, and will be going to Ivy League schools in America, or the best schools here in korea. Some party, and some turn up their snobbish noses at the notion, it all depends.
The Geeks
These kids range from your intellectual type of nerd, who get perfect scores on all their tests, quizzes and homework, without any cheating, or kissing up to the teachers. And then you also have your fandom type geeks, who are super tech savvy, know a lot about video games, the zombie apocalypse, movies, and probably anime too, and any other type of nerd/geek in between. Most are at the bottom of the food chain, maybe just a little above the loners, and are never invited to parties, unless its as a cruel prank. Though there are a few geeks here and there that have managed to be a little popular, but they are rare. A lot will probably be scholarship students in college, though a few nerds do come from a rich family, but just don't fit in with the other rich kids.
The Delinquents
Your school trouble makers and class clowns,they are typically the ones doing the most drugs, drinking the most, and are always in detention. Some are rumored to be thugs and involved in gangs, others are side to be drug dealers, and a lot of them hang out in small groups behind the school, smoking or destroying school property, or instigating fights. They are also the ones who throw the most parties, and probably go to the most parties, and usually bring all the drugs and alcohol with them. Some are even known to be disruptive in class, or will ditch all together.
The Hipsters
These are your art kids, theater kids, music kids, photography kids etc. They see themselves as above the preps and jocks, and sort of have a weird rivalry with them, and think they are snobbish and stuck up. These kids are most likely going to go to some form of liberal arts college, or trade school, and enjoy all types of art, whether digitial, classic, musical, etc.
The Loners
These kids are the wallflowers, the outcasts, and the loners and have a wide variety of interests, back grounds, and personalities. The one thing they all have in common is they are usually shy, quiet, and don't have many friends, if any. They are at the very bottom of the social hierarchy and are usually the victims of bullying or pranks from the jocks and preps, sometimes the delinquents. There are some exceptions to this however.
