Quidditch Pitch

Sulli was never one to be cooped up indoors. She grew up in a household chock-full of males and she had grown tired from the constriction that four walls proved to be long ago. There was a field near her house and often, she would just grab an old broomstick that one of her cousins had grown out of and practice Quidditch. She loved the kick that brought her into the air, the wind rushing through her hair and the air whistling through her ears. She loved the slight brush of the grass on her bare feet, close enough to feel but not to touch, tickling her soles.

She managed to coax one of her friends into lending her his broomstick this time round since the magic wore off her last one. Zipping through the air, Sulli imagined the stands full and a sea of red and gold, all cheering her name as she managed to catch the fallen Quaffle and was now pulling up and aiming for one of the three rings. She dodged a fast approaching Bludger and, with a neat feint to the left, she managed to trick the opposing team's Keeper and put the Quaffle through the ring in the middle.

The vision slowly faded along with the echoes of the Gryffindor cheers as Sulli returned to reality. Her knuckles were white due to her right grip on the handle and she was panting slightly as she stared silently at the ring looming before her.

"Ten points to Gryffindor," she said quietly. Suddenly, she didn't feel like flying any more. Exhaling a soft sigh, she descended and felt the firm ground beneath her feet once more. She glanced up at the sky and lay down on the grass with her arms spread wide, the broomstick beside her.

"Screw Hogwarts. Screw Quidditch," she muttered to herself. But of course she didn't mean that. Flying was the one right that kept her tethered to reality apart from the bond between her and Juniel. Unfortunately, passion (and talent, as Sulli would like to believe) didn't count for anything when it came to the Quidditch team.

"Annyeonghaseyo, Infinite's Kim Myungsoo imnida." He politely bowed to the Quidditch rings.

Okay, so I'm here to give everyone a big heads up.

For those who've been active or who have been checking in with Hoggy lately might've noticed the planned changes that us admins have. You probably also noticed how dead this RP has been haha

Anyway, we plan on REVAMPING Hoggy. (a couple of days ago Admin Kyu posted a poll about this topic)

so, here's our main plan:

since we are revamping hoggy, we're going to start fresh which means a whole new hogwarts :D Well, not entirely new, but we're going to be more organized this time around!

Please look foreward to our changes and tell either me or Kyu if you have any suggestions or opinions :D

"Tell me about it." TOP sighed. He adjusted his position so that he was lying on the gym floor. He spotted the lies behind Chanyeol's words. As a child, TOP hadn't had many friends. 'It must be nice to have company all the time.' He thought, while running a hand through his hair.

Chanyeol nodded. Truthfully, dating was definitely a re-occuring thought that passed through Chanyeol's mind constantly, but it never truly became a reality for him. Chanyeol took a seat as well, leaning his palms against the floor lazily. "Dating is overrated anyway," Chanyeol sighed without even attempting to sound convincing, knowing far too well that he was lying to himself and TOP likewise.

"Yeah, I think so. I dunno. I don't know how I feel about dating right now." TOP took a seat on the hard floor. The rest of the gym was almost vacant, save for him and Chanyeol.

"Nice," Chanyeol said briefly at TOP's successful basket. "I guess I get that. Was it partially the age difference issue too, you think?" he asked, doing his best to not get too personal or annoy him in any way.

TOP caught the pass. "I dunno. I felt like we were too far apart. I guess I just didn't like him that much anymore." He responded before half-heartedly tossing the ball in the basket.

Chanyeol looked at TOP with slight shock. "You dumped him? Damn, sorry bro. If you don't mind me asking, why'd you dump him?" he asked, dribbling the ball briefly before passing it to TOP.

@Chanyeol TOP was relieved, to say at the least, that he didn't have to hide his ineptness at sports. "Not much. I broke up with Taemin yesterday." He shrugged. TOP supposed that dumping someone was probably a lot harder when you're not the one doing the dumping.

Chanyeol chuckled, feeling incredibly relieved that he was playing with someone equally as bad as he was. "So what's up? Anything interesting happening recently?" he asked casually as he took the ball once again and tried for a basket. And once again, he missed.

"No worries. I'll get it." He laughed. TOP got the ball, dribbled it and went immediately straight for the basket. TOP was about to jump to shoot the basket when suddenly, his left foot stepped on one of his right foot's shoelaces. "See? I'm not good either." He laughed again while standing back up.

Chanyeol laughed. "That'd be great, actually," he said, taking the brief moments that TOP wasn't focused on the ball as an opportunity to steal it and attempt to make a basket. Once again, failing. He scratched the back of his head embarrassedly, turning to TOP sheepishly. "Well that worked out well," he mused.

"If it makes you feel any better, I'm bad at basically every sport." TOP chuckled, despite his low self-esteem. "How about I join you?" He offered.

"Oh, hey," Chanyeol said as he saw his friend come up to him. He felt slightly relieved, and thankful that he now had a friend to keep him company. "I'm just, you know, shootin' some hoops," he said slightly macho-like, trying to keep up his manly facade (that only really exists in his mind). "I haven't been having much luck tonight though," he admitted with a shrug. "I kinda , actually," he chuckled.

TOP arrived and spotted a somewhat familiar friend. Acquaintances, they were. "Hey, Chanyeol!" He shouted while racing to catch up to the other. "What're you doing here?" TOP questioned. He picked up a basketball and began to dribble it.

Chanyeol dribbled the basketball lazily throughout the empty gym, lazily tossing the partially deflated ball towards the hoop a few times without success. In all honesty he had just come to the gym so late in the evening out of pure boredom. He had hoped that basketball would come naturally to him because of his height, but today just wasn't his day. Chanyeol wiped away the sweat glazed on his forehead with his forearm, coming to a stop as he saw no hope in making a basket tonight. He looked around the empty room briefly before walking over to the bench to get a drink of water.
