these people are the higher ups. they are the ones who are supposedly corrupted. maybe they are selling the watches off to the black market. maybe they're the ones who torture the people they find with the watches. either way, these are the people who officially know about the watches and aredoing what they can to find out who has them. that, or they're government officials who dont agree with how the system runs (aka, the good cop).
previous test subjects
these are the people who have been tested on before. they've been forcibly taken into the governments hands, roughed up, and thrown back into society. they're the governments guinea pigs. they're going to be messed up in some sort of way. they can't be stable, as they've seen a lot of things. maybe they were sent into the future, seeing the way the world fell to pieces. maybe they were forced to relive a specific day over and over again.
regular citizen
this is pretty self explanatory. these people dont really have anything special about them, but you can always expand. they're just regular city people, with jobs, leading lives, you know?
