You know my opinion. I think it an undue risk to go stay with an alpha that you can't possibly trust when you have the option of the protection of a pack. Being scared for a while is better than being in actual danger. Dennis is gonna be scared anyway moving homes, but you're with him and moving packs is not as traumatising as ending up in the forest virtually alone.
And we both know why Jason wants you there, sure, maybe he will keep to his promise, but what if he doesn't? What if he doesn't and you're there alone with Dennis?
And again, wouldn't you prefer to be in a place where you are valued for your skills, rather than because they want in your pants?
With all that said, it's your decision, and I'll still offer you my protection whether you stay or not... but it's a lot easier to protect you if you are near...
