Riverside Stable

@Seon Yein (Gerudo) Taeyeon couldn't help but listen in to the other travelers conversation about how they wanted to try to go to the castle, and she wanted to interfere, but decided against it when a Rito began trying to talk the travelers out of it. She continued to eat her plate of food. She almost got carried away in her thoughts until she heard another voice speak to her. She instantly looked up, seeing a Gerudo male. A rare occurrence, but Taeyeon was aware of their existence, and in fact in her small life time she hasn't seen any. Seon Yein was his name and Taeyeon knew that she wouldn't mind any company, especially from someone who seemed like he, too, wanted to steer away from most of the travelers. "You can sit here." A small smile on her lips as she patted the spot beside her.
"My name is Kim Taeyeon." She nodded at the male. "It's nice to make your acquaintance." She smiled lightly taking a drink of some water she had beside her. "What are you doing out here in Central Hyrule?" Taeyeon asked setting the cup back down beside her. If a strange person was going to sit next to her, it wouldn't hurt to engage in a bit of small conversation with them. "If you don't mind me asking that is." She added lightly.

@Kim Taeyeon (Hylian) It was always the same thing, and Yein was growing tired of it. He would never travel out of the desert if he could avoid it, but it was sometimes impossible to avoid when his very job was as a warrior of the Gerudo. He avoided it for these very reasons that he had quickly grew tired of. While male Gerudo were a rare thing, the female Gerudo knew that it was possible. He was used to getting flirted with and teased by the vai in his town, and he understood that it was all in good fun and intended to be friendly. Hylians, and other non-Gerudo races, on the other hand, didn't seem to understand that male Gerudo were a thing that existed. When he came out of the desert in typical voe clothing, all eyes would be on him like he walked out of a fairytale and people couldn't believe what they were seeing. He would get less stares if he traveled dressed in traditional vai clothing, but he would be teased and harassed if anyone looked close enough to realize that he wasn't actually a girl at all. One had to look closely to realize that, as Yein sometimes got mistaken as a vai even when dressed in voe clothes. "He covers his face with this veil. I wonder if he's a e of some sort." One Hylian would say as they removed the veil to hope to reveal Yein's more masculine features. "With a pretty face like this, he could almost get away with it." There would be more inappropriate comments about the possible size of a certain body part of Yein's, but he decided to ignore comments like those. Men who spoke poorly of him thanks to his feminine looks weren't men that he wanted to associate with. As a Gerudo, he was raised to respect women and know that they had all the same capabilities that men did.
On his way back to the desert from his errands that he had run this time, Yein stopped by the Riverside Stable to take a break and fill his stomach with much needed food. He could always tell when he was close to the stables because he could smell the wood burning from the fires, and sometimes you could even smell the food cooking. Different dishes with all sorts of meat and vegetables. It all smelt so wonderful and delicious that it made Yein's mouth water as he couldn't wait to get a taste of it. He got lucky this time, as there was one serving of what seemed to be beef stew left in the pot, and there was no one around to take it from him. Yein had grabbed a bowl and fixed it for himself before heading in the safety of the stable tent.
Inside there were many travelers gathered. Most of them were Hylian, but Yein had spotted one Goron and a couple of Rito in the mix. He decided not to associate with them and was bout to head off into his own little space to enjoy his meal alone. That was before he spotted a girl sitting by herself against the wall, and he decided he might try talking to her instead. She seemed lonely, and Yein could only hope that she was friendly and looking for company. "Hi. Mind if I sit here?" He pointed down at a spot next to the girl, holding his soup bowl in one hand. "I-my name is Seon Yein of the Gerudo." He offered his name just in case she didn't want a stranger in her space. He knew it was much hard to turn someone away once you could put a name to their face.

It now seemed like ages ago that the calamity happened, or what it seemed like to Taeyeon. She was in her teenage years when it happened, and now she was 28 years old. When Taeyeon resided in the castle town with her family, she was very rich, and her and her mothers business was flourishing. Now, having to move, and with the post calamity dangers happening, her business wasn't as popular, but she still tried. She went everywhere she could trying to advertise her business, but sometimes it wouldn't go as well as she hoped.

So instead, she delayed her travels this year. She wasn't going to go straight to every town she could and offer wedding planning services to anyone getting married, but instead she decided to visit Riverside Stable. The stable that was closest to her old home. The one her and her mother would pay their first visit to if they decided to travel outside of the Castle Town. There were many memories here, and having missed her mother lately, Taeyeon decided that she would revisit the old place.

Taeyeon gathered some food supplies, and sat by the fire pot cooking her something simple to eat, before heading back inside, watching as the other travelers made their way in and out. Instead, she sat by the wall to relax for a minute.
