This was probably the last place Hypnos ever wanted to be again. He had avoided the place like the plague even back in their glorydays. The issues of the immortals were theirs and he'd rather stay out of all of it.
Yet, he was too kindhearted to ever turn down an invitation. Not that he would make a big spectacle out of it all, like the other immortals seemed to. That was clear enough from the second he stepped inside, seeing the chitons and peplos adorning the people passing by. He himself stuck out like a sore thumb; his dark ripped skinny jeans and the long-sleeved white sweater he wore made him look more like a lost teen than a primordial being.
Making his best attempt at not sticking out, Hypnos hurried over to the potluck table, not giving anyone the time of day on his way there. He just wanted to put down his cookies and get to the back of the room. Anywhere that kept him away from peoples' judgemental eyes, at least.

Due to her infamy, Helen had never been allowed to set foot on Mt. Olympus, much less within the Pantheon itself. But here she stood, dressed up like she would have millennia ago, on the very foothold of the place her father rules. She took a deep breath, readying her mind for what was to come and then pushed the gates open to enter.

All around her were other gods and demi-gods, their laughter roaring through the halls as she walked down towards the large table set for their food. From her slim arms hung boxes; six on either arm, tied together by silk ribbons. Helen made a bee-line for the table to get rid of the horrible burden of her pies, wanting to get straight into the party instead.

It has been a very long time since Eos has stepped on the floor of the Pantheon. She is always busy helping her siblings with their daily duties of rising the moon and the sun that she never got to go around the place, or go out and socialized with other people. She took a deep breath as she tiptoed in the old but always sturdy infrastructure, carrying the treats her mortal baked which were different flavored cupcakes.

Eos is very much excited to mingle with all the immortals again, but her mortal was stuck in night duty at the air traffic control room and as a result they were very worn out from last night's duty, but Eos insisted to go instead of being lazy and staying at home snoozing the whole day. Again.

a small snort towards poseidon, reminding self to steer clear of the "lemonade" he brought, and probably the deity himself. what a guy. more chaotic than chaos himself, and yet here he was, stirring up more trouble. the seas will howl wildly, after this.

Poseidon waltzes around the margins of the Pantheon, the dimply grin on his face never faltering as he carries corrugated beer trays which for some reason, were oddly labeled as “lemonade”

And by the time he’d set them down, he’d already taken a good look at everyone gathered for the potluck.“So... when does this start?”

Her eyes looked over those of the goddess of wisdom, a light smile spreading over her rosy pink lips. "I wouldn't imagine so. In generals, gods and goddesses are a chaotic bunch by nature. It's just part of who we are, I suppose." She pressed her lips together, allowing a quiet huff to leave her. "I believe we should enjoy the peace while it lasts, hmm?" She added, running a hand back through her dark hair to brush it away from her pale features.

he set the food down wherever the food was supposed to be and grinned at the gods before him. what a sight, to see all of them here. all of them, having looked down on mortals their entire lifetime. but he heard a call out of his name, or what was supposed to be his name, and peered around, and saw the famous persephone, beautifully clad in her glitz and glamour. he waved at her, and strode over. "hey, seph!" he chirped, his grin falling to a small, polite smile as he extended his hand for a handshake.

Upon hearing the older female’s comment did the girl brighten up, the forced smile befalling her features becoming much more warm, more genuine. She lets out a soft chuckle and thanks her with a nod, releasing a sigh past vermillion hues as she looks around with her hands placed upon her hips. “It’s not going to last long, though,” her bright orbs returning to Themis’ face as she nibbles on her lower lip. “Once everyone else comes… Oh it’s going to be chaotic.”

 What an odd sight, he was. To be immediately greeted with such noise is one thing, but the façade itself is loud enough. Part of her is a bit perplexed, while the rest of her remains stunned by the new, somehow evidently energized Orpheus. He’s much different, admittedly more presentable, and much noisier than he usually is. With a tilt of her head, she examines the male with a cocked brow, cerulean hues trained on his figure with wonder. “Orphie?” She calls out with a concerned expression. Because what. The heck. Is that really the Orpheus she knew?

Jennie slowly released the platter from her grasp, nodding in response. "I did, actually. They're really simple to make and they taste just like banana bread." She commented, eyes following the other girl's movements towards the table. "The decorations look really nice, by the way."

eunhee let herself get pulled into the party room, baekhyun dragging her here in the process. things like these were very annoying, even though she did love mingling with the higher-ups. today, she just wasn't feeling it, but she knew she would regret it if she didn't come. she went halfsies on the food with baekhyun, not bothering to spend much time on the food and more time on making herself actually look presentable.

with a large whoop, baekhyun rushes into the pantheon, clad in informal formal wear and a disheveled look to him. it was a time for him to show the world that he was on his feet and not falling like some may know down in the mortal world. he looked put together, neat, and actually had food. as a little joke, it was greek pizza, which wasn't greek at all, but still delicious.

Gently taking the platter from Themis, she nods in thanks and turns to place the item upon the table in the designated “snack” area, in which is properly indicated by the signs she spent very little time to work on. Nonetheless, they turned out beautiful and perfectly matched the marble floors of the hall. “I’ve never had these. Did you make them?”

"I figured it was time for me to try and socialize more." Jennie lifted her shoulders in a shrug, holding the platter of cookies out to the goddess. "They're banana bread cookies. I wasn't sure what everyone would like so I went a little unorthodox in hopes that people would be willing to try them."

“Themis, nice of you to join us,” a warm smile is graced by the goddess indeed, an outstretched arm offering a bit of assistance for the cookies the titaness graciously brought with her.

With the several boxes of In N Out in her hands, she eyes their repartee with furrowed brows, a bit frustrated by their early bickering. Tempted to roll her eyes, she heaves a small sigh and nods at Hera in acknowledgement before continuing towards the tables she set up in the middle of the hall.

"Oh, shut the up Mes. At least my lamb has flavor. Can't say the same for your sorry pudding," Hera directs at the male, shooting him a glare and rolling her eyes at him before turning her attention on Athena and trying a smile though it's hardly there. "Hello, Athena. Don't mind him. He's just mad because I'm right."

Well, she was definitely not prepared for the banter between Hera and Hermes, which is quite odd considering she spends time with them nearly every single day. With a roll of her eyes, she turns to them and tilts her head. “What are you both going on about this time?”

It’s quite odd, really, to set foot on the grounds of the Pantheon, let alone on Mount Olympus itself. There are two things mortals think of when it comes to the gods: Olympus and the Underworld. More simply, Heaven and Hell. And given her status as a semi-permanent resident in the Underworld, she’s farther from Olympus than any other god could ever be, especially since she has never been given a seat next to her father. Perhaps this is an opportunity to finally see how it’s like, for once, to set foot on something as grand and open as this.

listen here, lil lady- just because i was atually starving that one time you made lamb and ate it all, doesn't mean i'll do it again. your lamb chops aren't even that good anyway so you very much.

The Pantheon is grand: pillars, walls, and roofs that have been worn down and rebuilt time and time again are of the purest white, seemingly untouched and cleaned to perfection so that not a single spot would be detected with dust. The temple is empty, prone to echo of even the most miniscule sound. In this place, an exhale would be an equivalent to the volume of a heavy metal ball dropped onto the ground of the newly installed marble floors. Newly installed, which means it possesses no scratches or crack on the surface. But she knows that wouldn’t last long, not especially with the mass she summoned to this place. And Athena is not prepared for it. At all.

Jennie ran a hand through her auburn locks as she entered the establishment, carrying a plate of banana bread cookies in her grasp. Her deep brown eyes scanned over the mostly silent area, her teeth sinking into her lower lip. Despite who she was, Themis to be exact, she wasn't the most social person. She honestly preferred the company of books and movies in comparison to other people, knowing well that she wasn't the easiest to hold a conversation with. Her slightly formal demeanor and knack for smartass comments hadn't gotten her very far in life.
