both you and your partner will roll once. add the number of the two rolls together and whatever you get will be your plot. you do not have to do these if you can think of an interesting plot based in italy yourself.

2 or 3: one of you dropped some jewelry off the leaning tower of pisa. it's up to the two of you to retreive it but someone runs off with it. 
4 or 5: the two of you are riding down the main boulevard in a transit and you see someone has left their baby. the two of you must track down the parents and give the baby back. 

6 or 7: the two of you go to a club and the other is such a bad dancer, they break the other's nose. it's 3am and they are having trouble trying to find out where the hospital is. "why didn't we learn italian??"
8 or 9: the two of you met on a dating site a few years ago and now you're forced to be together on a cruise. bonus if one of you isn't attracted to their and the whole dating site thing was just a phase/cover up. 

10 or 11: activity gone wrong: instead of doing what we were supposed to (you can pick any of the other activities) the two of you end up getting drunk and married. you're gonna call it off until the other passengers give you... presents?
12: the two of you were on and off again lovers/best friends until it was the last straw and one of you moved away from the other. coincidentally, the two of you are paired up again to crash an italian wedding. hey, at least there's some good food, right?
