@choi yoojung He nodded. "Oh." He thought. "Maybe you knew something important information that the Russians wanted?" He suggested. He led her outside of the mall. "How long have they kept you trapped there? Has it been a few months, or years, or what?" He led her to the bike he had chained up at the bike stand up front. "Here, you get on behind me," he said, getting on it, "Sorry, it's all I got right now. I had a car where I used to live but it blew up on me and I couldn't afford to fix it."

@austin heikes Yoojung smiled and then hummed at the answer. "I was a personal assistant at a korean-american company." She recalled as she thought back on her past.

@choi yoojung Austin's mouth dropped when she came out in it. Man, she managed to make it look good. She looked cute, but he wouldn't dare say it...well...not exactly. "You look pretty," he said. He shook his head quickly. "Good. Pretty good." He sighed. "Come on, let's go pay." He took her to the register and paid for it and got the cashier to cut the tags off. He didn't really have the money to spend, but this was an emergency. He led her through the mall. "So, what did you used to do before they...you know?"

@austin heikes Yoojung knew it was serious but couldnt help but give a small smile holding her hand out for it. "cute." she said and grabbed it carefully putting it on as she walked out. "do i look okay?" she asked looking up at him

@choi yoojung Austin looked around and tit was hard because he had no idea what women wore at all. He cringed at some of the designs because everything was so gaudy and well...loud. But then again, that's how the Gap always was, which is why he never shopped there himself. He just wore white t shirts, ripped jeans, and a jacket of some sort. But then again, it was a new world and a new age, it was the 80s after all and now everything was all neon and hairspray, now wasn't it? "Ugh, I don't even know what girls wear..." he muttered, grabbing a romper with loud, colorful designs in it. He figured it was best since it was pants and shirt in one. He went to the dressing room. "Yoojung, where are you? Raise your hand over the curtain so I know which one is you. I got you this uh...suit thing?? I don't know." Once he saw her, he handed it to her over the curtain. "Sorry if it's ugly. Everything at Gap is ugly, at least to me, but most people my age shop here, so...it's trendy."

@austin heikes Yoojung ran into the dressing room closing the curtain shut as she sat on the bench breathing heavy as her mind began to feels fuzzy. She breathed out a shaky breath and rubbed her arms.

@choi yoojung Austin was halfway between believing her and thinking she was just a nut job, but then she moved a glass without touching it. "..." he said in astonishment, "Y-you did that? With your mind?" He wasn't too sure what to do, but he had to do something for her. "Alright," he said, "Here's the plan. You need clothes for one thing. We're gonna run out of this ice cream shop as fast as we can so no one can see us, and head straight for the Gap. You run to the dressing room and stay there. I'll grab you some clothes to change into. We'll get the clothes and just tell them you want to wear them now, and then we're heading to my place. Okay? Sound good? " He grabbed her hand. "We run on three. Ready?" He let out a shaky sigh. "One. Two. Three." And with that, he rushed Yoojung out of the back room, throughout the ice cream parlor and over to the Gap. 'Dressing room in in the back, go!" he told her. He let himself catch his breath and then went into the women's section to find her clothes.

@austin heikes Yoojungs heart skipped a beat when she saw the letters. "They and experimented on me they put different fluids in me.. please dont get scared i can do this." she moved a glass just by looking at it as she looked up at him with tears and grabbed his wrist. "please you have to help me." she pleaded

@choi yoojung [okay, if that's the case she was kept in the base under the mall, just so you know]

Austin arched a brow. "Huh?" He looked back at the Russian text on the white board. "I...I don't get it. It was the Russians? You're sure? Like did they talk Russian and everything?" Now, Austin was invested. He would have normally just thought this woman was someone who was mentally ill, maybe cooking up a good Soviet story because she was a nutcase imagining it. But, the lettering on the marker board...that's not normal. After all, there were tensions between the US and the Soviets now, so...maybe it could be true. He bit his lip, wondering why that text was there and who put it there. But, then again, it was best not to ask. "What did they do to you?" he asked her, "The experiments?"

Yoojung teared uup. "Russian people." She whispered.

@choi yoojung "What the...?" he began to ask, but then he looked at the picture. "Oh..." He took it from her hands and inspected it. "It...is you..." Austin arched a brow. All of this was super weird. First this woman shows up. Then, now he's back her in the back of the ice cream shop, and everything seems suspicious. There is pictures on the wall, and a marker board with...what was it, Russian text? It almost looked like someone was trying to decode something that was in Russian. Little did he know that two of the employees here use this room to essentially solve a Russian transmission they over heard...but that was a different story. All Austin knew was everything was weird. "Okay..." he said, putting the paper down, "By who though?"

@austin heikes "I was kidnapped and experimented on." Yoojung said knowing the boy wouldnt believe her. She saw a picture out of the corner of her eye. Hopping down she ripped it from the wall. She showed him it. "This is me, Choi Yoojung."

@choi yoojung Austin bit his tongue to keep from saying 'Me?! Who are you?'. Not to mention he was now shaking because her waking up scared the crap out of him. "I-I'm Austin. Uh...I'm just...a guy, I guess." He blinked. "Who are you and where did you come from? Why are you dressed in that?"

@austin heikes The coolness of the table woke the girl up as she hung up the phone. "Who are you?" She weakly let out as she backed up holding her knees to her chest.

@choi yoojung Austin was shocked. This was already weird her coming in looking how she looked, but then she passed out. Did she come from the hospital? And if so, did she have something contagious. "Oh gosh," he said, catching her, "Oh ." He looked over to the female employee with a face that said 'help'. She was of no help, so he rolled his eyes and sighed, lifting up this girl and taking her to the back of the ice cream shop. He placed her on a table back there. ", , !" he cursed. This was crazy. The girl said she was free. Free from what? And insane asylum? Something worse? Well, whatever was going on, the police had to know, right? He was about to pick up the phone to call 911, his hand hovering over the receiver.

@austin heikes The bright lights burned her eyes as yoojung limped to the closest shop. When she finally made it she saw a boy. "Hey are you okay there?" She heard him ask but collapsed before she was ablle to answer. The last thing she saw was the boy rushing over to her side. "Im free." She breathed out before passing out

@choi yoojung Austin entered Scoops Ahoy after hearing that they were hiring. He had just moved to Hawkins, and was in serious need of a job. Hopefully, they were taking full time positions, and not just part time. "Hey," Austin greeted the lady at the counter, "May I have a job application?" Soon, he was sitting at a booth, filling out the application. He looked up and was about to stand to go turn it in, when he noticed something strange. A girl in a hospital gown that looked worse for wear had entered the shop. He wandered what her deal was. He approached the girl. "Uh, hey, are you okay there?"

@jim hopper Alexei slid into the booth that the sheriff had pushed him towards and rubbed at his wrists. He was thankful that the handcuffs were no longer on him because Jim had put them on his wrists as tight as they would go. You could still see the imprints on his wrists and they were taken off over two hours ago. "U.S. S? Buutteeer scotch?" Alexei repeated slowly. He was still trying to learn English. He learned most of what he knew from Murray, the one person he actually felt most comfortable around but he had something to do back at his place so he was going to have to deal with all of this alone. He had to keep reminding himself that being there with Sheriff Hopper was a lot better than dying back at the Russian lab.

Alexei looked down at the ice cream that was placed in front of him and he smiled and his lips. "Look good," he whispered before he dug his spoon into the creamy dessert. He brought the spoon up to his lips and began to dig into the sweet treat. "Taste good too", he mumbled with a mouthful of the ice cream in his mouth. He ignored Hopper's threat and continued to eat the dessert. "Not much going on there. Just a few thing to not worry about."

@jim hopper Alexei wasn't fluent in English. Hell, he didn't know half of what this cop was yelling at him so he just smiled and shrugged. He did, however, know that the American wanted information on what they were experimenting on, why they were doing it, etc. But that was only because that man, Murray, translated for him only a few days prior. Alexei was not going to spill his guts. They might get spilled in other ways by the Russian government. "Ice cream?" Alexei said while pushing his glasses up with his finger. He wasn't sure if he said the word right but he definitely knew that he wanted something sweet to eat. It may soften him up a bit or he may just be playing with the cop to buy time. Alexei squinted up at the menu and back at Hopper. "USA? Uh...But..scotch?" He couldn't quite tell what the words were or even what kind of ice cream it was but it sounded good. "USA Butscotch." Alexei repeated, pointing at the menu item that said 'U.S.S. Butterscotch.'
