@Lee Hoseok Bora wasn't fond of funerals. No one was particularly fond of the bleak gatherings, but Bora had a particular distaste for them. They reminded her all too much of those of her long passed parents and the one her advisor had consistently been pushing for her brother, insisting that no one went missing for so long without being dead. Still, as she walked through the entrance of the funeral parlor—clad in all black, a stark contrast from her usual attire—the viceroy suo jure reminded herself that it was for maintaining good relations.

Living so far from the parent kingdom, she wasn't quite sure of how close everyone was to the departed, but she still made it a point to go around and offer condolences to everyone. Making her rounds about the room, she eventually came to approach the man standing on his own. With a deep bow of the head, she greeted him. "Many apologies for such a loss," she said in her soft, but firm voice. Calling back to previous knowledge on the departed's contributions to the union and the few times the marquess had directly helped her when she was first starting out, she continued. "We've lost both a great ally and friend."

[] Sorry for posting this so late! I meant to post it last night but I fell asleep ;; aslo sorry it's crap I haven't rped in 3rd for a while

When Hoseok heard news about one of the most well known nobles in the land had fallen ill he knew it was a matter of time until he heard of his passing. It was only a week later when the news had passed and the king was getting ready for the funeral. Of course the king had to appear for someone that was close to him, even though the marquess was much closer to Hoseok's father than him.
Dressed in attire suited for the funeral he got off the carriage along with one of his men and nodded the driver off before walking inside of the building. He looked around at some of the familiar faces greeting them, before standing off to the side as the side as people filled inside the building.
