@p sora Honestly, Minho hated that she followed him. He did not like showing his weak side and throwing up because someone had resurfaced the trauma he had just been handling fine was, clear to him, weak. He would probably call in sick tomorrow and just be curled up in bed as his body would take the toll on the situation. His stomach usually started to hurt a lot whenever this happened and he either threw up a lot the next day or his stomach hurt a lot. And he hated that a lot.

At least he was able to leave the toilet for now and just sit down in the living room, conversing with the woman – Sora. That was a name he did not hear often but he accepted it, nodding. “I hope,” Minho said and his lips slightly. “I hope with the witness things will be settled soon but you know how rich people are. If I am unlucky I’ll find the witness dead days before the trial,” he sighed and brushed through his hair. It would not surprise him at all, he had seen it happening and not only in stupid movies that were not even as close to the reality.

“Maybe you are right then,” he nodded slightly but he was not sure if her ex sugar daddy would really get some underaged girls into his harem or whatever he called it. He did not really care whoever had a sugar daddy or if anyone decided to be a sugar daddy, honestly why not? But what the man had done, not only to him but to others, was something he would never be able to forgive. “Do some of the girls seem underaged to you?” he then asked and frowned, hoping the answer would be no.

A soft chuckle left Minho’s lips as he heard her words. “His money, huh?” He nodded slightly. Yeah, well, he should have seen that coming but honestly, he did not mind. “Earlier you did not want me to touch his money,” he but then nodded. “Yeah, he does have a hidden account. I tried getting in but didn’t manage but I have to be honest that I barely tried. I think can crack it open with some time so yeah, you got me to help you,” he nodded. He wouldn’t be able to pay anyone off if he had no money.

Lifting an eyebrow Minho just shook his head amused. “Well, do whatever you want to,” he then nodded, not really minding if Sora told Taehyung. He would tell his boss anyways as he felt like he should but if she also wanted to tell him, he did not really care. “Casually sleeping around, huh?” He chuckled slightly, not exactly sure if that was exactly what was going on but he did not really care if he was honest. Curiously he watched Sora checking out his photos. He did not have many, most were of his cats anyways and one of his parents. There was not much for him to hide or show.

For a long moment Minho just looked quietly at Sora. “I know,” he then said and shook his head. “I wasn’t judging because of your job. I was trying to hurt you because you were hurting me. I was just trying to protect myself, instinct and such.” He tilted his head a bit, looking at her. “I’m sorry this happened to you,” he then said softly. “I can imagine it was nothing pleasant.” He had been lucky it had only been a one-time situation but for her it probably was everyday life. And he felt honestly sorry. “I’d offer you help but I don’t know if there is anything I can do.”
p sora 3 years ago
@l minho Suddenly having one of Minho’s cats in her hands was quite shocking. Surprisingly, it was more shocking than his telling her to stay. Judging from the pictures of his cats around the apartment and the way they interacted with him, he was the epitome of a cat lady. Cat man? Whatever he would call himself, it was clear that his cats were like his children and were very dear to him. “What?” Wait a moment for what?

The e followed him to the bathroom, not caring if he was refusing her concerns. But the sound of his retching due to his panic, made her hold Soonie close to her face, so as not to gag. What was she to do in this situation? The boy obviously didn’t want to be touched, it put him into a panic. But she did want to rub his back, tell him that it was okay, that she was sorry for causing him to go into such hysterics. What if she used his cat to pat his back? Soonie probably wouldn’t like that very much. In the end, she decided to back away and watch him.

As soon at the male sat, Sora placed the cat onto his shaking legs. “It’s Sora.” She was blunt, to the point. It was not like she had anything crazy to tell him. He knew what he needed to anyway. “So then, with this witness, things should be settled soon. Correct?” But there was always something. Rich people always knew how to get out of things, whether it be through lies or through a payout. The police, no matter how many good eggs there were, were easily tainted by even one bad one. And often, the ones easily bribed were those that gave the orders.

Sora did not share these thoughts with Minho, he was already panicked enough, and it proved unnecessary to mention it. “Even so, these girls could still be underaged, it’s worth a shot. And if they are, he could have been claiming that they were his nieces all along. I mean, he didn’t appreciate my befriending them.” Then again, it could have been due to her being older and his not wanting her to be attached. She was to get the boot soon anyhow, she was thirty-two, and sugar daddies found that too old. “I want to help. But I also want to take his money from him. Mind helping me get it into a hidden account?” A small smirk played on her face. She was certainly a greedy woman.

But also, if he had no money, then how was he to pay off the police?

“All the more reason for me to tell him. He’s so cute when he thinks he can boss me around.” Little did Minho know, she was also blackmailing the mafia leader. Of course, it was all in due fun, and to have something hang over his head, frustrating him to the point of his looking ready to kill her. “If you call casually sleeping together as good terms, then sure.” She resumed her walking around his apartment curiously to look at the photos on the wall. “No need to thank me.”

They fell silent for a moment, before the e finally spoke her own vulnerability. “I didn’t want to become a e you know. I saw that look you gave me earlier, just so you know. Most women don’t ask to be part of this. I just thought you should think about that before judging another one, one that wears a mask just to cope with what’s happening to her body.”
l minho 3 years ago
@p sora “Next time do some better ing research before using someone’s trauma against them,” Minho growled but then she suddenly got considerate towards him. So she really hadn’t known. She hadn’t known that he had been a kid himself, head filled with video games and dancing and just cuddling with his cats and homework. She hadn’t known that he had just started some martial art courses for self-defence and that he had tried but failed so badly. She hadn’t known that it had been ten years ago and still he was haunted by it. Maybe she hadn’t cared because she had been angry but that didn’t mean her doing hadn’t caused him harm.

“No,” he said, calmer than before. “Stay,” he then added before he rushed forward and put Soonie into her arms. “Just give me a moment.” And with that he ran out of the room and into the bathroom. He just made it to the toilet in time before he threw up, three times because it was always three times. His body was shaking but he wasn’t able to hide it anymore. And she knew anyways, so why hide it now? He had to stay for a moment, taking deep breaths in before he managed to get up and rinse his mouth properly. He then made it back, a lot more pale than before and looked at her. “I don’t even know your name,” he then said and sat down on the couch, legs too shaky to stand. He was good with hiding his trauma but not when he was allowed to show it. To be weak. And he hoped she wouldn’t abuse this.

“I know that he can frame me. I won’t have to face him though, the police has evidence from back then and even though he didn’t do it himself, they got one of them.” Because it had been more than one. The only reason Minho hadn’t been able to run away. “That gave away all the information he had so easily.” Minho knew because he had hacked into the database of the police – unknowingly of the police, luckily. “Tjey have more evidence, more names of kids he ordered to be ed and filmed.” He rubbed his temples. “I don’t think he would knowingly be a sugar daddy to a minor. He did it sneakily.” He leaned back and brushed through his hair.

He then looked at her, bothering his lip. “You sure you want to… help?” He wasn’t sure if she knew how much trouble it could get her in if that eventually roamed free instead of being behind the bars. He had contacts, he knew how to make one’s life pure hell. Minho had been just one of the lucky ones.

A soft chuckle left his lips. “No need to tell him, I’ll do it myself,” he said and looked at her. “Taehyung will probably be pissed. Are you guys on good terms?” he asked and patted Doongie who was walking towards him, purring. He was surprised how protective she suddenly got, maybe because to her he know was not someone who had, for fun, scammed her sugar daddy but more the kid that had been by some heartless . . He hated the word because it made him feel small and weak and broken and he hated that because he was none of that. “Thank you. For your help. It means a lot.”

@l minho Sora smiled slightly over the fact that being a e wasn’t legal. “Even law enforcement pay a hefty penny to be ed the right way. There would be many ways to cover my being one, plus, it is not my only job.” She never chose to be this anyway, it was something that was forced upon her, ripped her purity from her. She always had a mouth, was always quite opinionated, but becoming a e, never able to get away from it, had turned her into a snarky, manipulative .

It wasn’t a job? Sora was confused, slow to know what he meant. Most scammers and hackers only did things for the money, not because they had a legit reason. Just like the hacker that she had gotten involved with, he had done it with the promise of getting between her legs. There was always something for them, but it was rare for her to hear that it was for one’s moral compass. Her eyes widened, back still turned to him when he explained his story, told her just what he knew and why. It was not that he planted evidence, but because he was evidence. Sora felt sick, the thought of children being touched, it made her want to vomit. If she knew, she wouldn’t have let the man’s grubby hands touch her. He had been a customer of hers from the start of her ion. Even then, she was never a child. Was she just something to get authorities off of his trail for ia? Surely, people found it harder to believe someone was one when they were having relations with an adult.

“I don’t…” The CD was already thrown at her, falling to the floor when it hit her arm. The e crouched down, picking it up, seeing that the date was from years ago. “He was an idiotic man, and I never once thought that he would have relations or paraphernalia of children. Of course, stuff like that wouldn’t be in a computer that was easily accessible. But if I am not looking for it, how am I to know?” Sora pulled out her phone, texting a few of he young women she knew the man had as sugar babies, asking them all their ages.

“People with money get away with even things like these. Even if you found these videos, there is no evidence that he was touching children, is there? And he could easily state that someone planted the evidence, or that you are out to get him. After years of nothing being found, no one coming out about it and his being made of money. He could easily point the finger at you and state that you framed him.” She her heel and looked at Minho, there was no longer a look of humour on her face, nor malice. But one of sympathy. Of course, she never been touched as a child, but she knows what it is like to have one’s innocence stripped from them. “I’ll help you. There are records of his relations with me. Trips, dinners, hotel stays. My word could count as well. And,” Sora held up her phone, shaking it, “I can at least check to see if the others are of age. I have their names and numbers.”

“And I will tell your pretty boy of a boss that he did a job securing you. Imagine, if a e like me can break in, a member of Corvus would have such ease.” She placed the CD on a nearby stand before resting her hands on her hips. “I will take my leave now, if you do not want me to help you. I understand how it feels to not get justice against the person who is the cause for your .”

@p jimin "Oh do not worry, I always add a little extra," Seonghwa hummed amused and winked at Jimin. He always made sure he made profit with whatever he sold, after all he had put a lot of work into it and he was here to gain something from the risks he was taking. Aside from that he was just really good with selling such artifacts and items. "So we'll both get a nice sum from it." He slightly patted the other's shoulder and winked at him. Jimin was a clever guy and he definitely knew why they were friends - aside from the fact that their personalities fittogether very well. He his lips and leaned back, enjoying the ride.

"Of course we are," the older agreed and looked at the man driving. Jimin looked good in the unregularly passing lights of the cars but that was something Seonghwa would keep to himself. There were things no one needed to know about. "We need some risks to enjoy life, don't we? No matter if people think we are crazy." He did not really care what other people were thinking about him. He did not like when they treated him like a crazy though, because he was not. He was fully aware of what he could do and what not, the risks, the consequences, the outcome. He was fully aware of what he was doing.

"Oh, nice," Seonghwa grinned as he heard the amount of alcohol Jimin had at home. "What about vodka or whiskey? Anything like that?" he asked curiously though he would be very fine with wine as well.

When the car stopped, Seonghwa got out and stretched himself shortly before he grabbed the bag he had in the back of the car and grinned at Jimin. "Yeah, let's go to your apartment. Time to hide from the world and just enjoy ourselves."
p jimin 3 years ago
@p seonghwa a lengthy hum slipped past jimin's lips upon the remark, head slightly tipping to the side with sheer amusement. oak coloured eyes then started shimmering in glee; the corvus mafia couldn't contain his happiness as jittery fingers endlessly tapped the leather cover of the steering wheel as he was excited to gain his share. "you know i'm always glad to be of help." he perked up as eyes curved upwards into tiny crescents, an idea popping into his head afterwards. "how about adding a little extra on the price this time? just because we've worked harder on getting these." he was referring to the stolen artifacts both in seonghwa's bag and pocket. the security and locks in the building this time were rather tough ones to decipher and break through. raising the price up a little would surely be worth it.

he gladly nodded in agreement, the wink sent to him made him spew out arrays of laughter. "also because we're simply the best," he then quickly added up, not missing a beat, a boastful grin plastered on his features. weren't they an unstoppable duo? at least, that was what jimin thought.

"ah, i guess i enjoy a bit of madness," he heaved softly. "life would be colourless without some crazy fun, am i right?" jimin shortly threw seonghwa a grin and started to rush past vehicles once making the turn. "um, there are bottles of wine, champagne," he responded to the query with a short list, making another turn when meeting a familiar corner, "oh, soju too. you can have your pick once we're there."

after a few good minutes of driving, jimin's apartment started to come into view. spilling his apartment's number into the speaker and giving the camera a look-see of his face, the gates opened, and he made his way to his usual parking spot, halting and parking his car there. "we're here!" he announced. "now let's go before anyone's suspicious of us," he ushered, pulling his car keys out of the ignition slot and opened his side of the door, hopping out.

@p sora (AHAHAHAHA that actually made me laugh :'D but yeah, that's fine, don't worry!
also angry minho ahead <3 )

“I guess I’ll end up in jail then,” Minho said dryly and looked at the woman in front of him. And then he realised why she looked so familiar: he had seen her before. He had seen her before with his boss. Honestly he didn’t mind, but it explained why when he had seen her, she had felt so familiar. “Or get killed. Whatever. Funny though that they didn’t get rid of me when they should have,” he said, angry in some way. Because she was bothering him. Because he had thought this job would finally mean it was over. Because he had wanted it to be over and now she was here, throwing a goddamn tantrum.

“Yeah, if you miss him so much, why don’t you join him, huh? Would be quite fun for you, I’m sure.” Minho growled when she touched him again and then held onto her hand, keeping it away from touching him. He was angry now, really angry, but he wasn’t violent. No, she wasn’t a physical danger, she was more psychological harm. “My boss is smart, he surely did his research on me,” he then said and looked at her, huffing slightly. He was almost sure that Taehyung knew. Why would he not? He had wondered about that too but it had never really stopped Minho from doing his work so there was that. “Being a e isn’t quite legal either so you aren’t one to talk.”

For a really long moment Minho was quiet. He had noticed how she looked everything but happy with it. And it didn’t surprise Minho – who would actually be happy with getting ed by someone who liked looking at and touching children? “I didn’t get a job from anyone,” Minho said looking at her. For a long minute he thought about not telling her, but he was too angry to let it slide. She wanted to know so here he was, letting her know. “The ual assault you keep reminding me of? He paid them, got a video of it. Spread it between his most trusted friends.” He laughed hollowly and his eyes looked empty while he tried to push it as far away from him as mentally possible. “You want to see it? I am sure you do, you seem so desperate to be like them too,” he said, walking to his computer and opening a locked drawer. It only took a few seconds before he threw a CD at her, nameless, just a date on it. “Oh, here, the documents with all the dates and names and ages of all the other kids and the people he sold it to,” he then added and grabbed a thick folder. “You think fourteen was the youngest? Nah, six. I was just lucky I was one of the older ones.” He threw the folder to her feet as well. “But sure. Why don’t I get him out of jail for you? Because you snooping around surely was enough for finding his hidden stack of .” He rolled his eyes. “Do you really think he wouldn’t hide it properly? That snooping around would make you find it?” Even the police had had some trouble but Minho had made sure they would find it. Every single detail.

He gently picked up Soonie, his fluff orange cat, holding him close. It gave him comfort. Comfort he really needed. “Go ahead, tell Taehyung his men did a bull job with securing my house. He’ll be so happy to hear it,” he offered, now not really caring about anything. She knew his most vulnerable spots and that was all he had tried to hide. She had won and he wasn’t even trying to fight back anymore.

@l minho “You think that your boss would prevent you from going into jail? Are you new to this whole ordeal? Most mafia groups don’t care. The moment a member does something to get them caught, they can be disposed of so easily.” The look of hatred in the boys eyes brought her such joy. She loved every second that he had looked at her with anger, with the want to hurt her. Oh, she so wished that he would. It always did rile her up to make young men, such as he, become angered and possibly violent. Though, most held back or merely took what their money was worth.

“Transferring the money looks like I am stealing now. He may have been stupid, but he knew to not directly put money in my account. The government wonders where I am receiving such large sums. And wouldn’t you know, I am in jail right along side him.” She tsked softly, pure amusement brightening her features. She wondered just how badly he would react to knowing that she gave his boss good business. Days, nights, sometimes weeks were spent in his hotel with various men, in rooms that looked almost as expensive as he. “Does he know about your little mental needs, that you need to be seen for that? Quite illegal, isn’t it? And what if you throw a fit because someone…,” her hand found his arm once more, giving it a squeeze, “touched you?”

Her smile faltered for just a brief moment. “And /where/ did you find this ography?” Sure, she was one for ing with a man’s head, but the thought of children being exploited made her feel sick. “I have snooped through his things countless amounts of times but never saw nothing more than photos and videos of me and the girls he had other relations with.” What she said was true, but was it possible that one of those girls were much younger than they had looked? Or maybe they all were and Sora didn’t know? She turned away from Minho, tapping a manicured finger against her lips as she thought. “Tell me, who gave you the job? Hm? Where did you get leads to ography on his computer?” It could have been an outside person, just like the hacker that she had spoken to. They could have had a personal vendetta against the man, planted child photos and videos that weren’t there before and contacted the best scammers in the country.

“Tell me, otherwise I tell your boss just how easily it was to get into your house the next time he requests my services. I know how much he likes knowing privacy is secured.” Her smile returned, although she was having the smallest doubt about her daddy.

@p sora Every damn word coming from – Minho hated it. Clearly she knew what had happened to him and he disliked it. It had always been ten years and he was still not entirely free from it and situations like these still forced him back into feeling like a victim. But he was not. He was not a victim and he could probably just punch her into the beautiful face and break her nose and possibly even her cheekbone. But he refrained from doing that.

“Okay, so you know about my past. So what,” Minho said, pushing her hands back to her body and worming himself out from between her and the wall. He wasn’t letting himself slip into the role of a victim this time. “Try it. Try getting me into jail. You won’t succeed.” Simply because he probably could ask his boss of the Olhos Verdes to make sure of it. He had offered him quite a few favours after all. “Though what I can offer you is transferring his money to your account. That’s all I can offer you.”

Minho wasn’t scared of ending in jail because he knew that Olhos Verdes wouldn’t let him. He was needed there even though he hated it but that was why he was part of them. He crossed his arms, in a protective way, because he felt caged and on edge. If that woman pressed a little more he’d probably break and panic once she was gone but for now he was able to hold it in, push it away.

“Oh, I know he had a few, I had seen him with younger girls countless times. He is a stupid man that thought I wouldn’t notice...but of course you probably figured that out if you could scam him,” she said with a playful smile, her shoved hand moving only to ghost by the scammer’s hip. “He thought he could find a new little thing to play with, yet he always comes to me. Why settle on something new when the old thing can bend in such heavenly ways?” She gave him a wicked look, hoping, waiting for him to react to her touching, to her words.

“So no, he will stay behind those bars. And don’t worry, there was much more he ed up that what you know.” Minho hadn’t just scammed him for fun. “I don’t know, but does bother me a lot. Or selling children. I don’t know about you though.” He scoffed. He was on edge and he wanted to throw up.

@l minho Afraid, he seemed certainly so when she touched him. A mere thing that she had done to see if the information that she was given was true. The poor boy didn’t like being touched, most certainly not. Despite his seeming aggression, Sora put two-and-two together. Of course, she could only understand the pain of what he has gone through but unlike him, she had been forced to do it again and again and again until she had become almost bored with the events. That was the life of a e that was forced into the work.

“You would know that, wouldn’t you, Minho? What’s it like to be bent however another wants you to. The aggression of it.” She wanted something, anything to show that what she said was affecting the other, that he was indeed understanding just what she knew. Her little hacker, oh he did such a good job on digging dirt up on others. And despite his possible motions of trying to push her away, to avoid her touch, Sora persisted. Her hands against his stomach, her own body nearly flushed so close. One would think that she would have sympathy for the boy, find ways to comfort him for his experiences, for what it had possibly done to him mentally. “You should find a way to figure out how to get him out. He did nothing wrong, other than fall for your little trick, otherwise your tiny will find yourself in a cell as well. What a shame it would be if you were traumatized there too. Tsk. You know how convicts are, so deprived of such intimacies. The moment they see your cute little face...Do I need to go on?”

Her lips curled into a wicked smile.

@p sora She was pretty. That was the first thought in Minho’s head and he felt how he immediately got more reluctant to fight her. Though he would, if he needed to – still it felt weird. It didn’t surprise him that she knew his name. It’s not that hard to figure out who he was. especially not if one had a personal vendetta against him – and as she had broken into his apartment she clearly seemed to have something against him. Still, it didn’t sit well with Minho.

The alarm hadn’t gone off. That’s what buged Minho. He had more than just one hidden alarm aside from the very obvious ones and not even one had gone off – it bothered him. It meant she was not only confident and having a vendetta against him, it also meant she was clever. And Minho wasn’t sure how the he had ended up making her his enemy.

Touching his items was something Minho didn’t mind. He did not have a lot that was valuable. The only /thing/ in his apartment that were valuable to him were his cats. Anything else could be replaced. Maybe his external storage as he had quite a few pictures on them he wanted to keep – photos of his friends and family and a few videos of his cats – but aside from that? Nothing. He didn’t even have a TV.

But once she touched Minho, he tensed. He didn’t like getting touched at all, personal reasons, so he immediately swiped her hands from his shoulder without missing a beat. No matter how pretty he was, he didn’t like it. “I don’t care who you are. And if I scammed someone who paid you well, that’s your loss,” he said and took a step back, bringing some space between them. Being too close to people made him uncomfortable. “I do remember my jobs. Don’t worry. You must be one of his Babygirls then. He had quite a few though.”

That was something Minho didn’t like. Leeching off someone like this but it was not his place to judge. If she felt comfortable with that, that was on her, not on him. “If you want that again, I guess you shouldn’t waste your time with me and find a new sugar daddy. I’m the wrong person for that.” He huffed, shaking his head amused. He wasn’t even sure why she had come to him at all. He wouldn’t change what he had done. Surely he could transfer the money the man still had on his account to her, but that was all. There was nothing else he could do any frankly speaking he couldn’t care less about that.

@l minho Scammed. Sora couldn’t believe that her highest paying daddy had been put into jail for a goddam scam. It was not that she cared for the man, it was that she could no longer use his card without having it be declined. As soon as the man was put in a cell, his secretary had gone through the motions to freeze every single one of the man’s accounts or cancel his card. Sora was livid, having only found out through the card being decline whilst trying to make a purchase. How idiotic she looked having her card declined for something simple like her ten dollar salad.

She wanted her two thousand dollar weekly allowance and someone was going to pay for it having been stolen from her.

It didn’t take long for her to find out just who had taken a good source of income from her, what with the promise of a free service for an amateur hacker that she knew. “Lee Minho, aged 24 a University student that lived off-campus in town. He works under another mafia group, Olhos Verdes, so if you’re not careful you could get yourself into some serious trouble as well.” The male hacker said to her, reaching over for a cigarette. He had waited until he had received the payment of her body to give the details, as Sora could have easily just walked off with the information. Sora knew just what she was getting herself into. And she didn't care. She would make the kid pay.

In the downtown apartment, Sora had her legs crossed elegantly as she waited for the young man to return home. Two of his cats circled and rubbed against her legs in hopes of marking her with their scents. The other hissed in a far corner of the room. She related much to the more aggressive kitty.

Although the others seemed extremely friendly with her, as soon as they heard their owner's voice, they ran to him with what may have been hopes of being fed. Sora sat back, her fingers resting on her exposed thigh, the miniskirt she wore having ridden up on her. She shook her high-heeled foot as she waited for the other to show his face. As soon as he did, a smile pulled onto her lips. "Hello Minho." She ignored his statement of her being in the wrong apartment.

Instead, she stood up and walked around the apartment, picking up random items to look at in feigned curiosity. "You're possibly wondering who I am and just what I may want from you to be in your apartment, hm?" Her heels clicked against the floor as she walked, a sweet smile forming on her beautiful face as drew closer towards the young man, her dainty fingers resting on his shoulders. "You see, you took away a steady income of mine. And I'm merely trying to receive that once more. Hm...you may know what I'm talking about. He was your most recent job, too. You took a lot of money from me by doing that."

"we wouldn't be in this situation if you hadn't thrown up on my feet," he wiggled his toes at that, brows raising once before he leaned back in his seat to laugh.

he exited the vehicle with his bicycle in tow, replying to her question with a firm nod, which he hoped would suffice in covering up the nervousness, relief, and excitement that he felt about this bizarre chance meeting that had led him to someone else's house—a girl's, no less.

@p sora Extra long days were something Minho hated. It was already close to midnight and he was just so ready for this day to be over. University had – the professor had thrown a fit that could not have been more unnecessary and work had given him some nasty task he hated the most but had just finished in time, just to be called by his superior in Olhos Verdes to be given another task – Minho had started on it but would be doing the rest tomorrow. He sighed and opened the door to his apartment, rubbing his neck. He was tired and all he wated was a shower and then falling into his bed and maybe cuddling his cats.

Freezing in his very movement Minho realised the light was on. He never left the lights on. Especially not in every room. “Soonie, Doongie, Dori,” he called quickly and the cats came running to him without another beat passing, meowing. Though he could clearly see something was wrong as Dori’s tail was all puffed. The other two rarely cared about intruders but Dori did.

There was no weapon in this household aside from some knifes in the kitchen so if the intruder had a gun, he was done for. Though if not Minho would at least be able to protect himself – he had learned martial arts and he was fast. Good reflexes had always been his forte. So slowly he made his way into the apartment, checking the rooms and stopping in the living room. There was a lady. A beautiful lady sitting on his couch and Minho groaned. “Excuse me, ma’am, this is not your house. The cats should have been a giveaway.” He was tense but he was also ready to throw hands. Or a chair, whatever was closer and easier to do.

@p jimin "I know you just right," Seonghwa chuckled and shook his head. It was true, he knew quite a bit about his friend but it was the same the other way around. While Seonghwa preferred to not make new friends he did trust those he still had. He smiled at Jimin and relaxed even more intense the seat. "Also you gave me a nice amount of information, I should repay you as soon as I know the exact amount." He knew how much it should be but not how much it would be after all.

"Oh we will have many days of success. Because you will get information and I will get the items," Seonghwa said and winked. Aside from the his work as a scavenger helped immensely so there was that. Seonghwa had been doing this kind of work for quite a few years already and while he knew he was young he also knew he was really good. He wasn't overly confident we thought upon how arrogant he seemed but he was just the right amount confident - because he was really good. He knew how well he was doing great his job and anyone who had ever worked with him should as well.

"Madman, huh?" Now that made Seonghwa laugh. Jimin wasn't entirely wrong with that but it just amused Seonghwa. "Admit it, you enjoy it," he then said, looking at the street in front of them. "You wouldn't ditch me because you enjoy it," he then hummed and watched Jimin take a turn towards his apartment. It had been a while since Seonghwa had been there but was always a comfortable place. "Do you have a drink at home?" he asked curiously at looked at Jimin. Because if not they needed to stop by and get something to celebrate because the way Seonghwa had just stolen those artifacts? Heck this deserved a celebration!

@p seonghwa underneath those pink tinted shades, jimin was rolling his eyes. though, truth be told, no matter how absurd the other's plans may be, somehow, they would always work. he concluded that seonghwa was simply a mastermind. it was a miracle, how jimin ended up being his partner-in-crime.

bathe in money. those three words were such an enlightment to hear and had tugged up both the corners of his lips. "i think you know me /too/ well, hwa," he joked, chuckling as the smile on his face slipped into a grin. seonghwa was right, jimin had gotten a liking to his crazy schemes, although they'd make him anxious at times. a small chortle left his lips at his words. "say no more! we'll have another great day to celebrate our success." perhaps they could enjoy some wine while the other rambled on about his relics.

"excuse me?" jimin gasped, narrowing his eyes at seonghwa with a hand placed on top of his chest, as if he was offended by the other's comment. "says the one who is a madman! plus, if i had a cab then i would ditch you and tend to the customers instead–we don't want that to happen, hm?" he had not realized that the light had turned green and he was rambling further. it eventually ended with a huff. "right–be thankful of me." a loud honk could be heard from behind and jimin jolted into action, pushing the pedal and getting the car moving, heading for his apartment since it wasn't that far away from the city square.

@b baekhyun ren doesn't know why he's been dragged into the meeting when he — if he understood the purpose of it correctly — has absolutely nothing to do with it. "watch and learn," his superiors tell him when it's evident that ren is questioning his own presence there, "you need to know how to conduct proper business meetings if you want to survive." truthfully, he would rather go back to his lab and work on manufacturing the batch of drugs the gang has requested him to make, especially when he's a little behind schedule, but he doesn't tell them that. god knows what his superiors would do to him if they think that he's been 'slacking off' on his work.

the faces that greet them as they enter the meeting venue are mostly unfamiliar, but he nearly stops in his tracks when he catches the sight of his old friend sitting between the other members of olhos verdes as if he is a part of them. he quickly turns away before their eyes could meet, despite knowing that it's futile. the sacrifice ren made to their friendship to conceal his identity has now been rendered useless, as byun baekhyun, a cop /and/ childhood friend of his, now knows that choi minki, a man who killed himself roughly a year ago, is alive and... a criminal.

@p jimin “I know that look on your face,” Seonghwa snorted amused. The look when someone had finally understood that Seonghwa might be a little bit big crazy. But he didn’t mind, and neither seemed Jimin so they were good. He chuckled and shook his head. “You’ll love my schemes. Especially as I know where to sell these items to get some nice prize and you’ll be able to bath in money.” He wasn’t even exaggerating, he meant it exactly the way he had said it. Seonghwa knew where and how to get his stuff sold and especially how to get a nice sum of money.

“Good because I probably will if we end up drinking. You know me, I love to chatter about the knowledge I have,” Seonghwa grinned and it was the truth. Whenever they ended up drinking a bit, Seonghwa talked either about the relics or just some unimportant topic. He liked to talk when he was close to someone. So that was very nice.

“Well, aren’t you a little bit crazy? I told you, get yourself a real cab and people won’t look at you all weirdly. Though you’d have to drive way more people.” He chuckled and put the item away he was still holding in his hands. “Thanks, though. Otherwise I couldn’t have pulled that stunt.” Because he needed someone he trusted and he did trust Jimin. “I’d say either your or my place,” he then added, answering the question Jimin had asked. “You decide, I really don’t care.” He was in a good mood so it did not matter where they were going.

@p seonghwa imagining the man making detours in a building containing such high security systems made jimin think, once more, that seonghwa was a complete greedy madlad, and the way he had said that oh-so-simply just added up more to the madness—he couldn't believe it. though, no matter how many times jimin had worked with him, he would always be both baffled and impressed with the sweet and victorious end results.

"you and your schemes." jimin tsked playfully as he spared seonghwa another glance, then at the rather small relic in his hands before focusing back unto the road. he couldn't really tell what the item was as seonghwa had already covered it with a cloth, and gave an understanding hum at the explanation. no wonder he wanted his hands on it so badly.

he knew that seonghwa absolutely loved talking about the histories of every single trinket he'd lay his eyes and fingers on, and jimin was quite curious and intrigued to know about them as well. it really depended on his mood if he wanted to listen or not—and right now, he was in a sudden but very pleasant mood. "you can spill all the deets later," he suggested, stopping the vehicle upon seeing a red light, "but now tell me where are we off to?" he faced him with a raised brow and a smile, before shaking his head as an answer. "aside from the people at the sidewalks looking at me judgingly for acting like a crazy person? nah, we're fine!"

@p jimin Seonghwa was one lucky man that he could trust Park Jimin completely. Any other person who was witnessing him break into a building and steal millions worth of antiques he would probably not trust. Aside from the fact that those people would be a lot noisier than Jimin and Seonghwa couldn’t deal well with noisy people. Jimin though was his friend and Seonghwa had to be honest: he trusted him. Something he rather rarely did.

“Ah, you know… detours happen,” Seonghwa said pleasantly and leaned back in the seat as he grabbed a small item from his pocket. He had put it into a soft piece of cloth so it would stay safe and sound. “I’ve heard lots of rumours about it, it’s something from a Chinese tomb, rather famous, so I didn’t expect to see it here so, yup. I had to stop by and make an extra round of snacking it away.” He grinned at Jimin.

Fortunately Jimin knew about Seonghwa’s needs to get whatever he wanted – especially when it was about some really interesting relics or antiques he had read about. He was not supposed to break in and steal things but, honestly, that was typically Seonghwa. Life was too short for no fun. “I’ll show you in a bit. And maybe I’ll tell you about it, if you wanna hear it.” He grinned at Jimin. Seonghwa loved talking about all the old things he would be selling but he also knew that sometimes it was just boring – and he totally understood that. Some people just couldn’t appreciate old art. “Anything suspicious while I was gone?”

@l jeno the light that occasionally seeped in from the streetlights was enough to illuminate the timid smile he showed her, a small smile forming on her lips again. "hey, we wouldn't even be in this situation if i didn't trust you enough." a small laugh following her response, shaking her head lightly.

the cab suddenly goes to a halt, niki's head looking out the window to see that they've arrived outside her place. her hands fumbled around before grabbing a small roll of money, giving it to the driver and thanking him. she looks back at jeno with a grin, "ready to change those nasty shoes of yours?"

@p seonghwa with dark pink shades perching loosely on the bridge of his nose, jimin was bobbing his head to the upbeat music that was playing on the radio and simply grooved to the song. he looked at the clock, watching as another minute flew by, fingers tapping the steering wheel to the rhythm as he was patiently waiting for seonghwa to complete... whatever the heck he was doing in the building, praying that everything was going perfectly as planned.

the chauffeur was caught off-guard when he heard someone entering the back seat, just to find seonghwa in an exhausted, breathless state through the rear view mirror. upon being ordered to drive, there was not a single bit of hesitation in his moves, his foot quickly pressing onto the pedal as his hands smoothly handled the steering wheel, swerving the corner with ease. only when they were in traffic did jimin slow down, trying to blend in with the rest of the drivers and act as if nothing happened.

jimin glanced sideways at the guy. hearing the news was like tasting candy, it felt just as pleasant and sweet. a bright grin made its way onto his tiers. "really? i can't wait to see it!" he piped up, though, his excitement seemed to not last long, dropping in a matter of seconds. "you were late though. what the took you so long?"

@z niki jeno raised his index finger to his cheek, scratching it a little as if it would help hide the possible blush he might be adorning after hearing that she trusts him with something like that. to any other person, someone else's trust should be a given. but giving and receiving another's trust is a very personal thing for jeno, and to have niki say that so nonchalantly took him aback, causing his train of self-deprecating thoughts to derail. "thanks for... trusting me," his bottom lip quivered into a timid smile, hoping she would be able to see it even in this dark.

jeno whipped his head around to look out of the window of the cab, staring in awe for a bit before he turned back to nod at her.

@p jimin “ ,” Seonghwa mumbled as he rushed through the dark hallways. He was sure the alarm would go off any minute despite him having precisely planned out the entire situation. He hadn’t expected the safe to be this difficult. He had almost set off the alarm then already and had just made it out in one piece because he was definitely one clever . Seonghwa kept cursing under his breath as he rushed the way back he had come. If he had been just one second later, the cameras would have caught him however he slipped out of the building and surprisingly the alarm stayed off.

Hurriedly he rushed to the car that was parked not too far away and threw his backpack in and himself right afterwards. “Drive,” he said breathlessly, looking back but the building stood still as if Park Seonghwa had not just stolen a few really expensive pieces of antiques. He had researched some and Jimin had been the one to give him the little details – where to find it, what it actually was. And , now it was his and no one would be able to track it back to him. Seonghwa did not seem like someone who loved the rush but oh he loved it.

“I got it all,” he then grinned at Jimin, climbing to the front seat and buckling up because he was not here to end up dead in case of accident, not after he had managed so well despite the odds being against him. “You will love seeing it. The metal is so nice to the touch.” Yes, he might have wasted a few moments to just touch the relicts as well and that might have almost cost him his safety but what had to be done had to be done.

@l jeno His consideration spread a warm feeling over her chest, making her head shake lightly. She turned her attention back unto her companion, a small smile adorning her lips. “It’s alright, Jeno. I- I was just caught off guard.” The stutter that came mid-sentence caused by the memories of her parents and her childhood; “I kinda trust you enough anyways.” The latter part of her sentence said in a voice barely above a whisper, the words bearing truth.

Niki looked out the window to see that they were nearing her place, turning to face him again.”We’re almost there- probably 5 minutes away.”
l jeno 3 years ago
@z niki even with the dim street lights seeping in occasionally through the windows of the cab, jeno could make out the obvious frown that painted her features. he felt his previous confidence shrinking again, having stepped on a landmine in the socialising field again. he was grateful for she didn't snap at him after possibly triggering memories of whatever she tried to get away from by drowning herself in alcohol, and on the contrary, showed him a smile.

"alright," he smiled back at her, his answer coming out quieter than before. he contemplated for a little while, and spoke while lowering his gaze to his feet. "but it's fine... even if you don't want to talk about it. it seems to bring you into a bad headspace."

@l jeno “Anytime, Jeno! I’d rather save you from that horrendous book than not saying anything at all.” Her words hinted with an excited tone, a smile painting along her tiers at the agreement on the book.

His sudden question however, made her frown, an evident dislike was apparent on her features. She hated being reminded of her own kin, her mood almost instantly dropping if it wasn’t for her rational side that talked her through to not lash out on the clueless companion she’s with. “It’s uh… a family matter. I could tell you about it later though, just remind me.” Niki’s tone was took a 180-degree turn from what she was a few moments ago, shooting Jeno a quick smile before leaning back into her seat, head resting against the window as her eyes fluttered shut to cool down for a bit.

@z niki "yup," jeno crinkled his nose out of habit, and smiled a little at the mention of the incident in the morning. "thanks for recommending that book though. i'm not through with it yet, but it's interesting. i went home and search up about the other book, turns out you were right," he turned to look at her. "it's bad."

he chuckled into his palm at her demeanour, nodding. "i wasn't going to, don't worry," he said calmly, touching his palm to his jaw as he did. "do you not like being called nicole?" he didn't know why he chose to ask a question like that. at the time, it didn't occur to him that there could be a line there that he shouldn't cross, blurting it out without a second thought.

@l jeno “Oh you like games too?” She asked, eyebrows quirking in interest; not minding the short answer, knowing it best not to pry at his private life. “I did kinda notice you liked reading- I did just save you from that horrid book this morning. Niki’s soberness started to kick in, getting much more stable despite of the massive headache brewing. “Oh me?” She asked, it wasn’t everyday she was asked about her in curiosity, teeth trapping her lower lip as she thought of what to say to him.

“I’m Nicole Zefanya- but call me Niki, the only people who call me by my real name is my parents-“ she said, rolling her eyes at the memory of them. “I don’t know if you know them but yeah- uh what else can I say? I’m 21 and I love reading too. I compose songs when I’m not cramming notes and when not wasted.” She continued to speak, laughing softly by the end of her introduction. She was never good at giving random facts about herself, only ever used to being asked of her name and being pushed to the sidelines right after. “I know I’m older but don’t you dare acknowledge that-“
