Information on heats & Ruts & itch!!
Alphas and Omegas: Go through heat or rut once a month, for seven days. You Must PM an admin as to the start date, so we can write it down. Your date, once submitted, is fixed and cannot be changed. must wait a minimum of two weeks between heat or rut cycles.
Betas: itch is nowhere near as intense as a heat or a rut, compared to feeling a little extra frisky for a few days, but with no knot and no self-lubrication. PM an admin as to your start date.
Think of these as "periods" irl: There are a few symptoms in the days leading up to your heat/rut, it gets very bad during the time frame you PM about, then you're done. however, Symptoms may shorten if you are well-satiated, mated, or if an omega becomes pregnant. preg and Mpreg are only possible after the omega goes through heat with an alpha partner.
