@k. hongjoong ᵐᵉˡᶦˢˢᵃᵉ ᶠᵃᶦʳʸ Chaeryeong shook her head a little bit. "No... I haven't... I don't really know much about them..." She answered, shrugging. She hated being so afraid but she was. Every night. Afraid of who or what could swim in and get her. It was like a child afraid of the dark... But at least she had a valid reason to be afraid... Her gaze rested on the other for a moment. "A guardian?" She tilted her head slightly.
@l. chaeryeong ᵐᵉʳᵐᵃᶦᵈ Listening, he carefully landed himself beside her and thought for a brief moment. 'Have you.. ever tried potions? To assist in feeling safe?' He questioned, a soft frown on his features. He couldn't say he understood what it was like to be so afraid, all he had were his nightmares and more often than not, he didn't sleep alone. 'Or, ah.. what about a guardian?' Hongjoong perked up at the suggestion, keeping in mind she did live beneath the water.
@k. hongjoong ᵐᵉˡᶦˢˢᵃᵉ ᶠᵃᶦʳʸ "Yeah... Every night..." She said quietly. "I just... I'm paranoid... After what happened to my parents. I don't trust anyone or anything when my eyes are closed... There are nights where I don't sleep because I'm too scared to close my eyes." She inhaled softly, looking back at the water. Watching it rush over her legs. "Mmmmm... They are. Moon light makes everything so much prettier~."
@l. chaeryeong ᵐᵉʳᵐᵃᶦᵈ 'Ah.. I understand that scenario all too well,' he chuckled but his own sleep issues were caused by nightmares and overwhelming thoughts. The fairy lifted up from the ground to flutter just above the edge of the water, smiling at the way the cool waves moved against the bottoms of his feet. 'Seems like a lot of things are a lot prettier at night, lit up by the moon and whatnot.' Hongjoong finally turned his attention back to her, wings fluttering behind him.
@k. hongjoong ᵐᵉˡᶦˢˢᵃᵉ ᶠᵃᶦʳʸ Chaeryeong hummed softly, moving through the small bit of water with ease. She looked back to see Hongjoong smiling. She kicked the water lightly and kept walking. "Mmmm... Because knowing me... I'll be tired now... But then I'll lay in bed and not be tired anymore..." She said, shrugging. "Besides... The water at night is so pretty...."
@l. chaeryeong ᵐᵉʳᵐᵃᶦᵈ Listening with his wings fluttering slightly behind him, his honey colored gaze shifted back to the water and he took a small step towards the lining. The words made him blink a few times before it dawned on him that he did, indeed, match the color of the water - it earned a bright smile. 'I do,' he mused, shaking his bangs out slightly. 'Why not..? If you're tired, you should rest,' the fairy advised, frowning just a little with concern.
@k. hongjoong ᵐᵉˡᶦˢˢᵃᵉ ᶠᵃᶦʳʸ Chaeryeong hummed softly, kicking the water a bit as the other drew closer to her. "Mmmm... Absolutely~" She mused. The reason she took the job of a lifeguard... She could easily make her way out to anyone who needed her. She blinked before glancing at Joong and then back at the water. "Hey! You match the water!" Which caused her to smile ever more just at the fact. "That's good~" She shrugged a little in response. "I'm alright... Tired, like you... But... I don't feel like going home yet~"
@l. chaeryeong ᵐᵉʳᵐᵃᶦᵈ The bluenette perked up at the acknowledgment, honey colored eyes nearly glowing in delight. He nodded happily and glanced towards the water, 'It does,' he commented, 'a very beautiful sight indeed.' Hongjoong was always fond of water, strange for his type, but nonetheless it felt homey to him. However, his adoration for it didn't compare the the females- he could tell just by the look in her eyes when they visited. 'I'm okay,' he answered and offered a nod, 'a bit tired.. but okay. How're you, Chae?'
@k. hongjoong ᵐᵉˡᶦˢˢᵃᵉ ᶠᵃᶦʳʸ Chaeryeong hummed softly as she walked through the water. She spun around, smiling happily when she saw Hongjoong coming towards her. "Joong! You made it~!" She said excitedly. "I was just admiring the water~ It looks especially blue today~" She always did love the way the ocean looked. And how the sky was blue as well... The legend of the sea and sky was her favorite. One she was told many many times. She kept her eyes on Hongjoong. "How are you today, Joong~?"
@l. chaeryeong ᵐᵉʳᵐᵃᶦᵈ As if it was a trait to his personality set in stone, Hongjoong was late to make his appearance at the coast, fluttering his way through the forest after finishing his work. Landing at the edge of the forest line and shaking out his wings, a toothy smile lit up on his features as he made his way over to the familiar frame; he didn't have many friends, so it was nice there was always one simply ready to escape what their world had to offer. 'I'm here,' he called in a sheepish manner, pushing blue bangs from his eyes.
@k. hongjoong ᵐᵉˡᶦˢˢᵃᵉ ᶠᵃᶦʳʸ Chaeryeong hummed softly as she walked on the sand. To say this wasn't her favorite place in the world would be very wrong. And currently she was waiting for Hongjoong to arrive so they could relax on the sand. Maybe swim a bit. She gave a small hum as she looked out at the blue water, smiling. "So beautiful..." She mused. She stepped into the water that hit the sand and walked through it.
