yes. your characters have heard of the avatar and his team, have likely witnessed things they have done, etc. you can decide how they were effected (if they like the avatar or not). if you would like to have your character directly be involved with the avatar (have gone on a quest, or be helped by him) please speak to the admin.
honestly, im giving free reign here. daughter of a general, avid follower of azula, rebel, blood bender, etc. anything is possible! if there are any questions or concerns feel free to bring them to the admin, especially if you want to have something specific for a character but dont know what to do.
yes! since it has been some time, im going to say that there has been procreation and that air nomads exist once more. we'll say i take creative liberties, though, and allow that there were some air nomads that were hidden away during the 100 years war, that way it's not just aang doing all the work :eyes:
another place i will take liberties. much like how katara's mother was trying to protect her to hide she was a bender, other families can have pretended not to be benders for the sake of their safety, so that would influence southern water tribe benders now. however, there will also be a limit on these, so please be aware.
i will say that you can say your character (if female) was self-taught or taught in secret, but if they are female they are not taught under pakku (unless in more recent times).
