THE DREAM GUARD.
A group of creatures who were hand-selected by their captain, the Dream Guard are an elite force of warriors that might not seem like much, but are deadly. They are the city's law and justice and report directly to their captain, who reports to the Mayor of the city.
The Dream Guard's duty is to protect the city and its citizens, regardless of their species or other identifying factors. They do not answer to anyone but their chain of command, and the Mayor.
Whispers have spread that Captain Eden is missing, and the second in command, Klahan, hasn't been seen in four years...

VOS.
The chosen of the sea, as their leader calls them, Vos is a gang of creatures that dedicate themselves to crimes against humans in the name of protecting their kind from humanity, particularly hunters. Vos is known for being the largest organized crime group in the city, but with enough dirt and manpower to stand toe to toe with the Dream Guard, they operate in a strange kind of understanding with the Guard.
They say that the sea is weeping. Someone has been lost. Someone important, and Vos is thirsty for the blood of the perpetrator.

CITIZENS.
Covering anyone outside of the Dream Guard and Vos, the citizens can range anywhere from government officials to criminals to private investigators. This is a broad term and does not mean your character has to be an innocent civilian.

Something evil has been risen and moves in the shadows. The enemy is in your midst, but you cannot see them. Where are they? You may never know... until it is too late.
You cannot apply for this organization. Characters will be chosen for corruption at random. Please do not disclose which characters are corrupted.
