ϟ Here they find and take individuals who have been 'touched' by the cat entity and run all kinds of experiments on them
ϟ If deemed successful these individuals are then sorted into stealth or power groups depending on how the gift has manifested itself
ϟ An example of stealth would be teleportation, whereas something more power based would be something like fire manipulation (Ask yourself, can your character likely easily sneak up on someone with their power, or are they going in head first fists swinging?)
ϟ Blessed beings are in one of two groups, either the Dragons with Chanyeol who focus on power attacks, or Jongin, the leader of the Tigers that focuses on stealth
ϟ If the individual proves a failure, meaning their gifts are not suitable for the above, then they are considered cursed but still kept
ϟ These people would find themselves locked up and left to rot the rest of their time away in a cell
ϟ The first group of cursed beings managed to escape, though disappeared under mysterious circumstances and have not been seen since
ϟ Only one cursed being from this group remains (Yeonjun)
ϟ The new group of cursed beings forming are evading the government but only just, since the government's forces are currently being spread thin with the outbreak of the blessed beings
ϟ As the new group of cursed beings forms, be aware their main goal is to expose the government for their unethical acts
